Beautiful hotel with very nice pool area. Superb service. Great Relations with Hippy Beach made it easy to spend the day by the beach. Very nice staff.

La vue, la piscine et la chambre

Breathtaking view, amazing service, great rooms, very large and modern. Great location away from crowds but still close to everything by car. Pool and food were excellent. Had an insuperable stay.

Que hotel!!! Vale cada centavo pela vista e localização exclusiva, acomodação, piscina, café da manhã, atendimento. A poucos metros de um mergulho em água cristalina, com barcos ancorados ao redor. O quarto é maravilhoso, muito confortável, espaçoso e com vista incrível. Café da manhã ótimo. Parece um pouco longe do centro mas depois você percebe que faz parte do charme estar em um lugar mais exclusivo em mykonos. O caminho se torna agradável a cada hora do dia.

Spacious room with an ocean view and nice, modern interiors. The concierge service was very good and helpful. The hotel runs a daily shuttle to town, which was really convenient. I had a wonderful experience here and will definitely stay again when I return to Mykonos next year. Great value for the price. Really good hotel with 5‑star service. Thank you—we had a wonderful time.

The breakfast is mediocre, and I don’t know if it’s just a Greece thing, but the coffee generally isn't great—even when you order a paid specialty coffee. Still, these are all minor things.

Lage sehr abseits (was auch gut ist). Aufenthalt war sehr teuer, dafür hätte ich deutlich mehr erwartet.

Our 3 night stay here was wonderful. Great amenities and the room was clean and up to standard. Special thank you to the staff who were very helpful 24/7 with any assistance like arranging transportation and recommendations. The staff even helped set up a special surprise for my partner's birthday.

This hotel is located in a quiet part of the island, yet the airport, the town, and popular spots like Scorpios are all easily accessible. The staff are incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help with every request — from arranging car transfers to delivering flowers. The hotel feels brand new, the rooms are comfortable, and the overall atmosphere is wonderful. Breakfast was excellent, and we also had lunch there one day, which was equally delicious. The nearest beach is just a short walk away in the next lagoon. We definitely recommend this place and would love to come back.

The only small drawbacks are that the pool is quite compact, and the hotel grounds are not very large. Also, during peak occupancy, finding a shaded table at breakfast takes a bit of luck.

We had a wonderful stay at Enigma Hotel for our 10-year anniversary. A big thank you to the whole team, especially Christina and her colleague at the front desk, for their kindness, flexibility, and help with restaurant reservations, check-in, and check-out. The hotel is beautiful, the pool and the view are outstanding, and we were delighted to receive a complimentary upgrade. Breakfast is simple but very good. Thank you for making our stay so special. We highly recommend Enigma Hotel and would happily come back!

My Stay at Enigma was nothing short of Amazing. I arrived very late but was greeted by Andreas. Andreas was so welcoming and had a warm inviting ora. I was greeted with a welcome drink which was really refreshing. I met also Kasim who was also very helpful with assisting with luggage and bringing things as needed. Kasim was always ready to help, and it was very much appreciated. This hotel is beautiful and is easy to get to and from town. I had a rental, so town was only about 10 minutes driving. My room was beautiful and faced the sea, and the views from the wrap around balcony were stunning in the morning and at night. The room itself was so clean and very pretty, the bed was amazing. The pool area, the gym, everything was decorated so nicely. I had an early check-out, and they were so sweet and provided a breakfast box on the go, which they didn’t have to. That’s great customer service when they go the extra mile. Thank you all so much. Everyone at the hotel is so nice, and the bartender at the pool made good mojitos. I’m so sad I had to leave, but I will be back. It’s a no brainer book here.

Dieses atemberaubende und moderne Hotel bietet einen herrlichen Blick auf eine malerische Bucht. Mit seiner überschaubaren Größe und den wenigen Zimmern schafft es eine intime und ruhige Atmosphäre, fernab vom Trubel. Das Zimmer war wunderschön eingerichtet und verfügte über eine angenehme Klimaanlage. Täglich wurden zwei Flaschen Wasser und frische Handtücher bereitgestellt. Die etwas abgelegene Lage erfordert ein Auto oder einen Scooter für Einkäufe oder Ausflüge. Das Hotel bietet jedoch einen praktischen stündlichen Transport von 18:00 bis 24:00 Uhr nach „Mykonos Oldtown“, den wir fast täglich genutzt haben und der wirklich super war. Für sportbegeisterte Gäste steht ein gut ausgestattetes Fitnessstudio zur Verfügung.

Das Servicepersonal beim Frühstück sowie am Pool wirkte leider teilweise etwas unaufmerksam und nicht durchgehend serviceorientiert. Dies ist jedoch auch der einzige Kritikpunkt, den wir anmerken können.

It was wonderful. We went for our honeymoon, it's a very quiet and peaceful hotel. The staff are very attentive and friendly. We had no problems with check-in or check-out. The shuttle service to the city center is great. The breakfast and meals were delicious. The rooms were very clean. Thank you so much for the upgrade and the gifts. We will definitely come again ❤️🙂

Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit in den Enigma Hideaway Suites. Die Anlage ist wunderschön, aber der Service toppt alles! Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Shuttleservice in die Stadt klappt reibungslos. Ein absolutes Highlight war auch der Transfer zum wunderschönen Partner-Beachclub. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

A special thank you to the reception team, who were always kind, attentive, and incredibly helpful, and to Giorgio, our driver, whose friendliness and warm personality made our stay even more enjoyable. The team arranged everything for us, from scooter rentals and excursions to restaurant reservations, making our trip completely stress-free and seamless. Breathtaking view! We couldn’t have made a better choice in Mykonos! Spectacular views, brand-new, modern, and spotless rooms! Everything in the hotel was thoughtfully designed and crafted with care! Delicious breakfast, a stunning pool with a gorgeous sea view! The hotel is sophisticated yet perfectly tranquil. Attentive, helpful, and warm service, with special thanks to the Reception team, Luiza, and John, who made our stay even more memorable (tip: try John’s signature cocktail—it’s amazing). We’ll definitely be back!
