The location is perfect, right next to the action without the noise. The facilities are clean and working fine. Great value for money. The owner is very helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend. Not a fault with this place.

It's not a hostel, zero social vibes.. there's a bar but nobody ever sits or goes there There's no mirror in the room There's no cooler or fridge All furniture is worn down Found some nails on the sink

Location .. at the center of center. Everything near by and easy to move. Room is clean .. comfortable bed , excellent shower and AC works perfect. Staff are super nice and welcoming I felt very well .

Room facilities very basic - no tv no fridge only bed shower and good AC . For me it was fine . Fridge could have be the difference from 9 to 10 .

Tanti animaletti e insetti che entravano nella stanza, da un lato per la zona è normale ma con qualche accortezza in più si potrebbe evitare e elevare il soggiorno… tutto sommato rapporto qualità-prezzo veramente top

Location was super nice cos they are in the center of everything. You can just walk around and there's many food resto's outside the property and it's near the beach where the water activities where held. They also have 3 resident adorable dogs. Super nice people also.

Jhung and Angela are friendly and very helpfull. Voor 100 php they will drop you of at the busstation in Moalboal with an electric car. Also booking canyoneering is easy as a daytrip.

They have a cockroach problem. 3 nights i found 6 in total. It seems also shops in the village have the same issue.

Absolutely amazing and helpful staff. Perfect location and cozy rooms.

The location is amazing! The room was comfy and spaced enough and the value for the price we paid was top.

The hot water in the shower had low pressure. The crew was friendly and helpful but could be more available.

La chambre n’est pas très propre. Il y a beaucoup de moustiques. La serviette de bain était tachée. La pression de l’eau de la douche est très faible.

Room was not comfortable, Not like the pictures mosquites , they did not give even soap. For towels and toilet paper we need to ask. There is a weird Window in bathroom .

The couple who run it, Angel and John, were incredibly lovely and welcoming. They absolutely make this place.

I absolutely loved the way the staff helped us out with lots of different inquiries. There is a camping feel to the accommodation and we were left happy and calm during our visit!

The place was great - the owners were friendly and relaxed and very helpful. Great little place nice and close to the main street but still nice and quiet.

It can be a little noisy at night (this may bother some people) with the nearby bars but the location is very central which is great. The staff were very helpful - they booked our canyoneering trip and had a great laundry facility.

Excellent location right beside bars and cafes and very close to snorkelling spot. Lovely modern room with great air con - brilliant value for money.

The hotel rooms are very clean. The staff is very friendly. I am satisfied. I advise everyone to visit this hotel.

Great Location and great Host

We got a great price for scooter rental from them and for a taxi too booked from the hostel.

The location is perfect. It's just a stone's throw away from the main cluster of restaurants, bars and cafe's for anytime of the day. It's also super close to Pangasama beach where you can snorkel or scuba dive with a guide to see the sea turtles, sardines runs and so much marine life (you can hire a snorkel and do it yourself). The he'd was comfortable in the room, and the WiFi worked so well. The shower had hot water, and I enjoyed having a balcony area to hang my beach things to dry. I loved the outdoor feel of the hostel and they have beautiful plants in the garden. Rami was very nice and hospitable.

The room I stayed in could do with some improvement. It definitely needs a new door, because the door felt flimsy and not very secure though luckily I could lock it. The tap in the bathroom sink was loose and difficult to open and shut. You can hear the music and live bands at night from the main strip. I was given ear plugs but if you're looking for absolute quiet, this isn't the best place to stay. Some of the pieces of furniture were a bit dusty. Despite these things I did enjoy my stay here, especially for the location.

Unfortunately, the journey took a little longer than expected and although we had to postpone our arrival at short notice, it was no problem and we were warmly welcomed on site. Although you are in the town centre, you have a quiet and pleasant night and can have breakfast in just a few minutes the next morning.

Unfortunately, there was a problem with my management, so only 1 room was available, although 2 were booked. We were able to make arrangements for the one night, they sincerely apologized and the refund was also easy. Therefore only half as bad.

Location was very central but therefore sometimes noisy.

There was no reception or really communal areas. Although some outside space the family living there were often using it together so didn't feel you could intrude. The room was very very basic, no lamps, no bedside table, no hand towels. And the bathroom really smelt of sewage at times.

Had what we needed for a one-night stay. Was very close to the beach and restaurants, but also quiet and private enough. The room was very clean and the atmosphere was relaxing.

The location, accommodation and certainly the hosts Angel, Sir Jong/John and Rami where the best. So welcoming and helpful. Even cooked local breakfasts and dinners where you could join. Just super. Would definitely recommend this beautiful stay to anybody. Very nice spacious room in the middle of the city center, yet no noise.

Ms. Angel is the kindest host we had met. From the start, we just requested for change of linens but she gave us a new room. She will also ask us how was our trip and also suggest place and tour guide that is very helpful. We also love the 3 pet dogs, they are so cute and friendly! If you are a dog lover, this place is a must. I already miss them!

The only down side i observed is the room can be more clean like windows, and linens. But all in all, our stay was decent.

The place was nice and had a very nice location. The bed was comfy, and the room had a good size.

We were driving a car to Moalboal and booked this because it said they offered free parking, but when we got there there was only ONE car park available so we had to pay for the overnight parking nearby which was 200.

The property was in a very ideal location close to all the resteraunts and beach. The room was ideal, very clean and comfortable. The hosts were really welcoming and friendly.

Location was great, the host super friendly and helpful. The beach was a 1min walk and there are many good restaurants and bars very close by.

There was some noise at night as described by the hosts in the description. Due to the excellent location close to many restaurants and bars earplugs are useful.
