This guesthouse is near the Dragon Bridge and the beach (about a 20-25 minute walk). It's clean and well-equipped. The staff are very friendly, provide detailed directions, and are always ready to assist.

Etablissement avec chambre cosy, très propre et bien équipée. J’avais choisi une chambre avec balcon très appreciable. La chambre était très calme également. Localisation excellente, on peut aller à pied au dragon bridge et son tra food market, ailleurs rapidement avec un grab. Il y a un café juste en bas et des petits restaurants pour prendre Lé petit dejeuner vietnamien. Bonne organisation pour faire le check in et check out en autonomie.

המיקום לא רע, אולי במחשבה שנייה הייתי ממליץ לישון בצד השני של הנהר, ממזרח ולא מערב. החדר היה מספק עבור הצרכים שלי כאדם אחד שצריך מקום לפרוק ציוד ולסדר מוצ'ילה.

ישנתי 2 לילות בהום סטיי הזה ובשניהם הייתה הפסקת חשמל איזורית. בלילה הראשון היא הייתה למשך שעתיים בהם התעוררתי מהחום ומהמזגן שנכבה. כתבתי לבעלת המקום בווצאפ (כי היא לא נמצאת פיזית במקום) והיא ענתה שמדובר בהפתעה. טוב נו. בלילה השני הפסקת החשמל התחילה באיזור 22.30 והסתיימה ב06.30 בבוקר. סבל אמיתי. כמובן שלא קיבלתי הודעת התנצלות/ בדיקה מקדימה מבעלת לגבי היתכנות להפסקת חשמל יזומה כזו ארוכה. ברור שזה עניין חד פעמי, ומדובר בתיקון ייזום. אבל הייתי מצפה לקבל יחס בסיסי בהודעה על עניין כזה מתסכל. המיטה הייתה קשה מאוד המצעים לא באמת נקיים

Booking made and confirmed late at 10PM previous night then we drive to home next morning and reliaze : The owner said could not contact us since we slept after booking , then gave the room to other person , with no helpful explaination, no suggestion, then Block us on Zalo chat, This is quite very bad experiences.

Great home stay. Almost like a hostel, but with privacy and more quiet. Location is nicely tucked away from the busy city, but not far from it. Local shops nearby offering traditional food and drinks that locals will go to. Very friendly neighbourhood

When I booked the room, I contacted the host and she was great in helping with everything through WhatsApp, she is friendly and very responsive. The room is good enough for money. The house has a lift, which surprised me. I only carried a backpack, but it was still nice to skip the stairs. The mattress is thin and surprisingly I had good sleep.

The location is rather remote, so renting a motorbike makes getting around much easier. However, I felt there was a lack of human connection and warmth here. During my three-night stay, I didn’t meet anyone—the process of picking up the keys, making payment, and returning the keys was all done by leaving them at designated spots. The room I stayed in looked older than in the photos; the pictures were taken really well. There's no filter water dispenser but kettle to cook water, I bring my own bottle but hardly refill water here, my room has only 2 bottle of 500ml water.

We liked room 202. Easy check-in, cute room, air con, fan, hot shower, comfortable bed, balcony with nice view, quiet building, very responsive host, everything you could want for a pleasant stay! We would choose Nang House again.

Good location, and such a beautiful homestay, I strongly recommend this to others. It is easy to self-check in and close the Dragon Bridge and the beach. The host Ann is so helpful and always in contact with me when needed. She shared useful information about the area.

This homestay is 10/10 to me so nothing to complain about

Washroom facility is bit weird…also water pressure was so low..very difficult to take proper shower, specially after day in beach ..

The rooms were clean and had a theme. We had Mexican with Cactus in the room. Walking distance to the dragon bridge show and night market.

Only found out at the end that you needed to flick a switch for the hot water so we had cold showers. If the staff could advise guests on arrival, that would be nice.

Located in local residential, being a bit remote from convenience stores and daily necessities. However, the room is good enough for money and the host is friendly and very responsive to our needs.

Air conditioning and ventilation can be better. Hooks can be added in bathroom.

I really felt like i had a home here where i could rest after a long day, the interior is lovely, its really clean quiet and comfortable and the owner is super friendly and helpful!

They have a different concept from each room and has a beautiful design. The room’s clean and spacious. The owner, Minh is so helpful. She provided everything that we need and shared the useful information around the area. The atmosphere made us feel like home. Warm and lovely.

All good. But one thing, they dont have elevator, so will need some effort to bring the luggage up and down.

A lovely homestay located right near the Dragon Bridge and night market, easy to reach all spots. Rooms are clean and full of natural light which I love the most. Staff are really friendly and helpful. The homestay provides free bicycles.

The only minus point is that they didn't have clothes hanger inside the bathroom. I did feedback to the homestay owner and she said that she would fix it soon.

Shower was a bit too slow

A beautiful quaintly decorated homestay. Location was very convenient for reaching the beach about 20 minutes walk and Dragon Bridge just a few minutes walk. We were there on Sunday so we were able to visit the night market near the Dragon Bridge as well as watch the fire and water show on the bridge and then just walk home as opposed to getting a cab as the roads were very busy. Safe parking space for motorbike.

Lack of places to have breakfast. There were many cafes in the area that only served drinks.

Lovely owner, always keep in touch via whatapp. No receptionist, I love how they manage the payment. We respect & trust to each others. Feel like home.

This was the perfect place to stay in DaNang! It is walkable to the night market and dragon bridge which are both really fun. The host helped us book a tour to the Ba Na hills to see the golden bridge. She also told us about the fire show at the bridge (which we had no idea about) and sent us a great list of local restaurants and a short list of ones that would be open late since we arrived around 10 PM. We felt so at home, the room was exactly as pictured and the place is clean and lovely! There were also bikes available that we took to the beach which was only a 20 minute walk, or a 10 minute ride. The rooftop was also really nice. We would definitely stay here again, its excellent!

Its a very nice place with kind and helpful people.

The owner helped us with our itinery and went out of her way organsing things for us, including trips and getting sim cards for us. The hospitality was excellent.

I really enjoyed my stay here and plan on staying again! The staff is wonderful and was amazing enough to hold onto a bag for me while I went to Thailand. I also locked myself out and she came and rescued me because I grabbed the wrong key to get back in. make sure to communicate in advance what your arrival time is so they will be there for you and you won’t have any problems. Grab is not a issue to get anywhere.

no TV but for me it was nice to not have it for a few nights. just something to know. Really I liked everything about my stay and can’t wait to return!

Love the decor in this stay! Also the staff was really nice and helpful. I walked over to the Lagoon Rooftop, that has amazing cocktails and an even more amazing view of the dragon bridge. From Nang House it's a 4 minute walk 😃. The room was clean and tidy and has airconditioning. Felt very comfortable here, would definitely recommend!

I love the location because I walk only 5 minutes to the night market and the Dragon bridge. Inside the room nice and cute. Host help and answer me my questions and request.

No elevator. Host say the first floor is second floor. the second floor is third floor. It's true floor. from the host. Face towel only and exclude body towel or hair towel.

This place is more hostel than guest house, in terms of there being a communal kitchen and no tea making equipment in your room. Also your room will not be cleaned during your stay. The room does not have big towels, only hand towels. There is rarely a staff member in the building, they are only contactable on WhatsApp. Also we was on the fourth floor (no lift) with two toddlers, it was a lot of stairs!

The decoration is comfort and relaxing theme just as the photo shown. Common kitchen area, is a good gather point for group traveller. There is a nice coffee outlet just 1 min walk from the unit, open very early in the morning.

would be great if there is lift in the unit, else please expect to carry the luggage up the stairs.

I never did stay there, how am I supposed to leave a review? I was left with luggage in front of the place (locked), unble to reach the number, until I facetime called them thru email and was told that the room was cancelled because I didn’t pay - which is ridiculous as 1, booking.com says “book now, pay when u checkin”; 2, the ownver sent an email and a text message (ready-made template) saying I need to pay in 24hrs - I book the place at 8 pm the night before and was coming to pay at 4pm the day after; and 3, I never received a cancellation accouncement by booking.com even until now, all I got was a single missed call from the owner. I understand all the upfront payment thing, but the frustration caused to the customer by their bad communication is unacceptable. They could have just sent me a text saying “hey I couldn’t get hold of you so I cancelled it”. How simple and polite that would have been!
