Reviewed Sep 7, 2026The host was super helpful and friendly. He welcomed us in early and offered us a tea and drink whilst we waited for the room to be ready. He also gave us good recommendations. Breakfast was also quite good! It’s in a super convenient locations near the souks.
It rained one evening quite hard and there was a bit of a smell coming from the pipes

Un ringraziamento speciale va ad Abdelrahman😊, senza dubbio il miglior host che abbia mai conosciuto. È stato gentilissimo, disponibile e sempre attento a ogni nostra esigenza, facendoci sentire davvero a casa. Anche le signore delle pulizie sono state bravissime, gentili e sempre disponibili. È stata un’esperienza bellissima, fatta di persone splendide, tanta gentilezza e un ambiente accogliente e pulito. Consigliamo assolutamente il Riad Tawja e speriamo di poter tornare presto!

I would definitely recommend this riad for anyone wanting good, affordable and authentic accommodation in Marrakech.

Reviewed Jun 1, 2026Le Riad est bien situé, le personnel agréable. Seul point négatif, a partir du jeudi soir au dimanche de 22 a 2h du matin une boite de nuit située en terrasse à 3 Riads fait exploser les décibels.
Soit que la boite ferme à 0h ou que les chambres soient mieux isolées phoniquement.

La studio était sombre et une des chambres donnait sur une rue bruyante. Mais être aussi proche de tout sans bruit me semble difficile. Bon rapport qualité prix. Peut-être pouriez-vous rajouter le nom du riad sur la sonnette d'entrée. Aucune indication pour identifier le lieu. Adresse caché ?

There was an eggy smell in the room that wouldn't go away and you had to keep the aircon on to get rid of it otherwise it just got stronger.

La ubicación genial, muy cerca de la plaza y de Koutubia. Habitación muy bonita como todo el rihad, la terraza preciosa. Muy limpio. Ojalá volver.

Pokoje sprzatane codziennie wymiana recznikow zmieniane codziennie. Śniadania smaczne i obfite. Polecam kazdemu kto przyjechał pierwszy raz i nie chce sie zgubic ( zabĺądzić) a byc w centrum Marrakeszu.

Reviewed Apr 14, 2026Очень неприятный запах при входе в рияд на 1этаже портит все впечатление! Номер чистый, но полотенце было с пятном, по просьбе его заменили. Сам номер приятный, хорошая терраса есть на крыше, завтрак довольно хорош для рияда! Сотрудник там один паренек, он супер! Старается и во всем помогает! Локация отличная прям перед входом в Медину и идеально можно подъехать на такси прямо ко входу. Если рияд уже внутри Медины, то туда надо идти пешком и тащить чемоданы пешком тоже! Так что обращайте на это внимание

J'ai aimé la gentillesse du personnel rencontré, les dames de ménage et le monsieur qui s'occupe des petits déjeuners, tout particulièrement. J'ai aimé ma chambre, la qualité de la literie, la propreté et la décoration.
Aucune indication du nom du riad sur la porte, on peut avoir du mal à le trouver, rien ne l'identifie, dommage. Le rooftop laisse un peu a désirer dans sans ensemble tout comme la gestion de l'établissement. Je pense que ce lieu a un fort potentiel à développer et pourrait être beaucoup mieux. Du coup pour moi le rapport prix qualité n'est pas rempli. A part ce léger détail mon séjour s'est très bien passé. Pour moi les avis notés 9.1 et "exceptionnel" sont exagérés.

My friend and I loved the hot breakfast everyday and Moroccan tea. The riad is safe, easy to find, and very convenient. It is next to Koutoubia Mosque, the Souk market and many delicious restaurants, and you can be easily dropped off by car.

Riad stupendo a due passi dal Piazza Jeema el Fna, cuore pulsante della città. Siamo rimasti piacevolmente sopresi dalla pulizia e dalla cura nei dettagli che abbiamo ritrovato in tutti gli ambienti della struttura. Camera con bagno privato davvero bella. Inoltre all'ultimo piano c'è una terrazza bellissima con vista sulla città, dove abbiamo fatto una delle colazioni migliori in Marocco con prodotti locali davvero di qualità, penso che non la scorderò facilmente. Inoltre il ragazzo che ci ha accolto davvero gentile e disponibile, che definirei fresco..proprio come questo riad. Super consigliato! Mary e Ersilio.
