There’s no doubt that this is a beautiful place surrounded by lush green trees that offer welcome shade during Bodrum’s hot summer days. The breakfast, served under the trees, is prepared with so much care and love. The pool is a nice size for a refreshing swim, and the on-site café and restaurant are a real bonus if you’d like to relax and spend the day at the hotel. It’s also just a short walk from the beach, where you’ll find plenty of great restaurants. The café staff are kind and welcoming.

We didn’t like that there were no mats or rugs in the room, which made it difficult to keep things clean, especially you go in and out of the patio. The space felt a bit cramped due to the amount of furniture, and I think the rooms could really benefit from a thoughtful redesign to make better use of the space. Although I requested a quiet room, we were initially given one right in front of the pool, the noisiest spot. We also found some items left behind by previous guests under the bed and it was not as clean. After mentioning these issues, the staff were very kind and allowed us to move to another room. It’s a small hotel, and I feel that the comfort level can really depend on the other guests. Just before we left, one guest even set up a portable BBQ right in front of our room, and couple of larger families were inconsiderate, shouting across the property as if they had the entire place to themselves. Unfortunately, that really disrupted the calm and relaxing atmosphere for us and we usually spent our time on the beach (Which meant we had to pay for sun loungers every day). I would agree having the prices adjusted and having the breakfast included would be much more helpful.

The breakfast per day per person works out at about £10.50 GBP which for what you get (a sort of continental meets light Turkish) isn't the greatest of value. Things have become more expensive in Turkey. Either they reduce the offerings and the price or offer more variety for the same price.

Очень хороший отель. Красивая территория, удобные номера, в которых есть все необходимое. Магазины и море в 5 минутах ходьбы. До Бодрума 15 минут на транспорте. Персонал очень отзывчивый и старается решить все запросы сразу. Самое главное он тихий и для семейного отдыха просто идеальный.

Everyone was very kind and friendly and the site was so beautiful with lots of flowers and fruit trees.

It's a small boutique hotel with great charm, good breakfast, nice and clean rooms, nice pool, hosts and staff are super friendly, really liked our stay there. Location is good, short walk to Bitez beach. Hotel itself was quiet, made it easy to relax and sleep well

Abbiamo adorato questo residence. La struttura è studiata per garantire pace e tranquillità ad ogni appartamento, l'esterno è ricco di vegetazione molto curata che garantisce fresco agli appartamenti, per dire noi non abbiamo mai acceso l'aria condizionata in agosto! Cucina ben fornita, spazi generosi e letti molto comodi. La pulizia e cambio asciugamani giornalieri, impeccabile. Abbiamo passato 5 giorni con la sensazione di sentirci a casa, posto delizioso. Una cura dei dettagli che raramente si vede in Turchia. Si trova in centro a Bitez, una frazione poco lontana da Bodrum, decisamente più tranquilla in agosto. A piedi si raggiunge la spiaggia ed il lungomare molto vivace e pieno di ristoranti e negozi. Consigliatissimo!

Forse sarebbe necessario qualche posto in più per stendere le cose bagnate. Ma in generale era tutto splendido

Fantastic property that kept so clean. Staff so helpful

We loved the location, the cleanliness of everything. Loved the pool which was of a larger size than I imagined and also the short walk to the seafront. Elvis bar opposite is worth a visit ( despite its name).

It’s a calm group of buildings around a large pool - it’s super clean and the other guests were families who were also quiet and respectful.

The apartment was spotlessly clean, beds made, bins emptied and towels changed daily. The setting is beautiful, flowers and plants throughout very well tended. The apartments felt very peaceful and the pool was lovely. Staff were friendly but not intrusive, it was really relaxing. 5 mins away from beachfront and 8 from shopping area and ATMs. There is a decent restaurant opposite and a small migros supermarket 1 min away. There us a washing machine and tumble dryer for guest use at a small charge

Not the fault of the apartments but the typical Brit thing of getting the towels out on the sunloungers first thing, then leaving them empty half the day. No need for it either as plenty of room for all. The kitchen area is basic, it would be hard if you wanted to truly self cater but with so many restaurants locally I would doubt this would be an issue for many.

Staff is very polite and helpful. Breakfast is delicious. The beautiful mulberry tree in the cafe provides a delightful shadow during breakfast. 10 for cleanliness doesn't do justice. Thanks for everything.

Private parking area is limited, but we didn't have any problems. There is also plenty of street parking in the area if needed.

Everything was absolutely amazing! A cosy 2-room appartment, friendly and helpful staff, an every day cleaning, a wonderful green territory, 8-minute walk to the beach made our holliday really unforgettable.

The beauty of the hotel, the swimming pool, the friendly and flexible personal, the proximity to the beach, the rather stylish look of the flat. The breakfast was also quite nice.

Everything was clean, tidy & comfortable. Pool and pool chairs were great & always accessible. Daily cleaning & towels. Staff very helpful. Cafe very good. Only very slight drawback was that wi-fi sometimes dropped out. Overall excellent!

Meis is a Gem ! It's a very peaceful, spotlessly clean and well equipped hotel with beautiful gardens and only a 5 minute walk to beach.

We had wedding at one day and they gave us iron for clothes:) Every day different type of breakfast, clean rooms, gorgeous place to take some photos or just chill at the evening near the pool. They watch their territory and clean it every day. Place looks better than on photos. Wifi is better than in other hotels.

Perfect in every way. Bright, modern, spacious rooms. Spotlessly clean throughout every area of the accommodation including the swimming pool. So peaceful and relaxing, yet within 19 minutes walking distance of beach, bars and restaurants. A fabulous stay ❤️

Everything! Wonderful location; lovely quiet pool (thankfully, no blaring music); loads of loungers, so no mad dashes in the morning to get a bed; good size apartment with good kitchen facilities; staff were always helpful and pleasant (especially Jo who was brilliant); good food at the on site cafe at good prices; apartments were cleaned daily, which was a nice surprise- all in all a great place to stay!

This place is outstanding. Everything is perfectly curated. It's spotless clean, there are two pools, one for the babies, the garden is soo beautiful. The interiors of the apartments are elegant and simple. Mosquito nets at the windows. The trees give you some shade, so there is almost no need to turn on the air conditioning, even at the end of July. There's a reception, so there's no fuss in collecting the keys on arrival. They also provide a breakfast which is amazing, with homemade jam. Quite place for relaxing. Good for families. Not a partying place.

Warm and friendly staff, Meis is exactly like the photos or better. English speaking staff helped orient us as new visitors to the beach/town and arrange transport to our next (inland) destination.

Hosts are nice and helpful, we arrived and there was no baby bed for our baby which was arranged few minutes after, we could park our car inside the property which had a small parking so we didn’t have to leave our car on the street, The pool was really nice, the area around is so green and clean, beds are comfy and staff although some didn’t speak English yet they were nice and always smiling

It can get a bit noisy from the other rooms around but nothing major or disturbing, otherwise all was perfect

Great Pool area and excellent breakfast. All members of the staff are friendly and keen to help, if needed. Very nice garden and relaxing atmosphere. Very close to restaurants, if you search a little bit.

A little bit of noise from the main road.

It is a clean, well looked after hotel surrounded by beautiful garden. No loud music, no disturbing people. It is very family friendly and staff is brilliant in helping you with any requests. Breakfast is yummy with options changing every day so you get to taste different Turkish food and sit under the shade of a lovely big tree. We stayed here twice and will definitely come back again.

The property was only small with blocks of 6 apartments. The staff especially Jo on reception and cleaning staff & staff in the on-site cafe are so helpful and friendly. It is only 600m from beachfront, restaurants etc on your doorstep, buses to bring you into Gumbet & Bodrum . We also found a beautiful cliff walk which brought you to different coves to swim in

To be honest I don’t have any complaints. However if you don’t like cats they are present in the property but are friendly little things

It had everything - amazing pool - great cafe - wonderful staff and location so central

A dog was allowed to stay 😬 it barked continuously at the pool side and in the apartment- i complained & the manager immediately acted - told the owners not to take the dog to the pool side & they moved the owners to another block- fantastic reaction. Shame on the owners of the dog out in that heat with no water. It showed how valued we were as guests and fully appreciated how quickly & efficiently the management acted- they value you.

Nice peace and quiet lovely pool accessible for my elderly mother as well ..it was nice to return to pool and be so peaceful after the loud music on beach .. apartment nice size kept very clean by super friendly staff . All staff are very friendly and helpful ..breakfast is lovely and served in a lovely pretty location . If you need to check out at 12 and fly later they provide a lovely shower room for you to use free of charge .gardens are kept beautiful by a lovely man . We will be back thank you Meis for a lovely stay .

The apartments are set in a tranquil setting. Everything is immaculately clean. The pool is perfect.

Lack of storage/wardrobe space in the apartment.

It's just a few minutes walk from here to the beach at Bitez though we spent most of our time relaxing around the fantastic pool. The room was comfortable and exactly as advertised, and the on-site 'cafe' is all we needed (after a steady diet of Turkish food, the cheeseburger here was really good and great value) Staff were helpful and if you are going to Bodrum and want to be out of town (we had a car, it's about a 10 min drive) then you can't go wrong here.

Good choice of food and drinks. The grounds are kept beautifully. The room kept clean. The staff always so helpful,polite and happy making it a lovely holiday experience. So peaceful and relaxing and no loud music. The view of the pool and gardens are spectacular. It is in a good position, close to bus stops, very close to two very good restaurants and bars. Five minutes from one supermarket and ten minutes from three others. Ten minutes walk to restaurants and bars and beach.

Lack of hanging space in wardrobe, pretty cramped for two people. Bathroom could be brighter to apply makeup etc. Food and drinks could be hotter when served by kitchen, better if plates were heated. Kitchen area in rooms not enough counter space to use for cooking or for plates to drain.

I want to say a massive Thank You to the staff at Meis, we had a family emergency and had to come home early, they were very understanding and supportive to us. We will return at some stage, Thank you all so much

Very nice "apartment hotel" meaning the rooms comprise a separate bedroom, dining/seating/kitchenette area and a cute little balcony. The place has a family, rather than corporate, feel to it, I think probably because the owner(s) and some family members were staying on the premises. I just got a sense that permanent staff were happy to be there. Very clean and functional interior. The sofa, I believe, turns into a double bed. Smallish bathroom but who cares, the shower was great and everything worked! My unit had views from every window, either of the grounds (which are beautifully landscaped) or the hills. Bougainvilleas abound and breakfast is self-served under a huge mulberry tree in the back (awesome breakfast selection, BTW). Huge, inviting, swimming pool in the courtyard with a smattering of sunloungers and little tables carefully placed around. I really can't say enough about how pleasant and friendly Meis was. And it's a 5 minute walk to the touristy beaches, if that's your thing, or a 5 minute taxi ride (or a 25 minute walk) to the lovely Aktur beaches. And loads and loads of bars and eateries within walking distance, take your pick. Finally, they let me check out at 3 PM at no extra charge. Would 100% go back.

A bit of traffic noise when windows were open but maybe that was just my unit which was close to the main street.

Meis has beautiful quiet grounds, pool and well appointed apartment. The staff were very kind, welcoming and always accommodating to our requests.

Each Meis Apartment is on the ground or first floor around the large swimming pool. Plenty of sun lounges for everyone. 24hr reception and very friendly English speaking staff. Optional breakfast for additional price was excellent, set in lovely shaded courtyard garden. I enjoyed lunch at the Meis cafe open until 4pm. Room spotlessly clean and cleaned daily. Put DND sign out if you sleep in! Housekeeping in Turkey is not standard anymore in 2022! Located 3 min walk from beach & away from the crowds. Mini market for drinks & snacks next door. Restaurant Buber opposite was delicious. I was able to do laundry for very small fee. My only tip: subject to availability seek a Villa away from main road. Doors and windows are all soundproof and sleep was plentiful and uninterrupted. I was in room 24 in the middle of property. No loud bars or music is anywhere nearby which is why I chose this property. The bars are all at the beachfront. They also have a shower and change room for late check out which I was invited to use. You will feel safe, so relaxed here, sleep well and not want to leave. I can’t wait to return. Thank you for a fabulous stay Meis!

This was our second stay at Meis Apartments - they are just wonderful. The apartments themselves are spacious with a separate bathroom and bedroom and a good sized balcony, and they are kept spotlessly clean with a daily housekeeping service. Rooms are quiet and air con and towels are included. The apartments are in small blocks of 6 apartments, all surrounding a large pool. Even though we were there in mid August, we never had to scramble for a sun lounger round the pool - there is plenty of space for everyone and the vibe is calm and chilled. No noisy music or rowdy crowds! Our children are 15, 13 and 12 and were probably the noisiest in the pool! Lots of younger families and couples too. The grounds are well kept, lush and green, with plenty of beautiful plants and grassy areas. Best of all is the Turkish breakfast which is served on a spacious terrace under a huge mulberry tree. The owners have put so much thought into serving the meal with care and attention, with home made jams and yoghurt, eggs, tomatoes etc - all absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. Breakfast is extra but well worth it. The owners are friendly and always on site if you have questions. We love it here, as do most people, who come back year after year. Highly recommended and we look forward to our third visit!

Well equipped apartment, daily cleaned, fully air conditioned, just few steps from gorgeous pool, located in beautiful garden. Exceptional breakfast for very reasonable price! 5 mins on foot to reach the beach with several choices to eat.
