Friendly people, decent food. Location is fairly close to the beach and not to far from Bodrum. Price is fair.

Bathroom is a little outdated.

The hotel staff were very friendly and the location was great to experience in resort as well as beach activities. The reception staff escort you to your room and give you a brief overview of where things are which when arriving later is quite a nice touch.

Although the staff escort you to your room and give you some information there was a lot of info that was missed such as how to access a la cart dining, how to order / get a drink at dinner resulting in us missing out on the a la cart menu. When we arrived the music in the central courtyard was awful, pounding deep base that reverberated around the hotel room to the point I refused to stay in the room after 30 minutes as we had a toddler and had a 20 hour travel day with a suggestion that the music would stop between 2300-0000 each night. The hotel did move us and upgraded us to a family room mid way up the resort I can't fault them for that. The beds were quite hard and the upkeep of the rooms was below standard ( trims coming off door frames, ill fitting hotel room doors, door handles coming off which i had to fix) however my biggest issue which I'm actually quite disappointed about was that only the hot cooked items were labelled with what it was and nothing had allergy labels on, there was a colour coded allergy notice on the wall but none of the food items had corresponding colour codes and for someone with a lactose and gluten intolerance this made life incredibly difficult even though rules have been in place in Turkey since 2016 for allergen information to be present at buffets and restaurants. In short my wife and son had a great time, I didn't, and for the various reasons mentioned we're unlikely to go back, which is a shame as the resort had good reviews which is why we booked over other competitively priced resorts. the resort was labelled as 4 star and I would suggest that its more in line with the standards of a European 2 -3 star.

The rooms are even worse than a pansion. The cockroaches on my bed, imagine you have to sleep with them. The staff in the bar doesn’t care about what you order. Imagine doesn’t even have an iced coffee. Very simple order. Generally rude behavior from service staff. Not recommended at all..!

Très bon séjour, je recommande vivement ! Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans cet hôtel. L’emplacement est très bien, la nourriture, notamment le petit-déjeuner, était bonne et le personnel était vraiment sympathique et disponible. Nous avions une chambre familiale pour 4 personnes, qui était spacieuse et confortable. Seul petit bémol : un problème d’évacuation de l’eau dans la douche. Le dolmuş passe juste en face de l’hôtel et permet de rejoindre le centre de Bodrum en environ 30 minutes, ce qui est très pratique. La plage de sable se trouve à seulement 5 minutes à pied et l’hôtel met également des transats à disposition de ses clients. Je conseille également de louer une voiture afin de découvrir les différentes plages et les environs. Par exemple, Gümbet Beach ou camel beach qui est magnifique et vaut vraiment le détour. En résumé, je recommande vivement cet hôtel, surtout pour ceux qui recherchent un établissement à taille humaine, familial et convivial. C’est beaucoup plus agréable et calme que les grands hôtels all-inclusive souvent très bondés.

Le Wi-Fi était malheureusement inexistant dans les chambres, ce qui est vraiment dommage et vient quelque peu ternir la très bonne impression générale que nous avons eue de cet hôtel. Il n’y avait pas non plus de bar ou de service de boissons directement à la plage. Même la possibilité d’avoir simplement une bouteille d’eau aurait été appréciable, notamment pour éviter de se déshydrater pendant les journées ensoleillées. Enfin, il n’y avait ni toilettes ni douche à proximité de la plage. Heureusement, l’hôtel se trouvait à seulement 5 minutes à pied, ce qui permettait d’y retourner facilement.

I had the chance to stay for one night, and I must say it was a truly impressive experience. The atmosphere was beautiful, and there were pigeons and rabbits around. With its Funland entertainment areas, I highly recommend it for families to visit and stay.

Helaas was ons verblijf een grote teleurstelling. De kamer en badkamer waren erg vies en stonken. Er lagen haren op de wc-bril en in de verstopte doucheput. Er lagen ook haren in bed. De airco werkte niet, waardoor we niet hebben kunnen slapen. Ook was het hotel lastig bereikbaar met de taxi: ’s ochtends hebben we een uur moeten wachten en later op de avond was er opnieuw geen taxi beschikbaar in de omgeving. Door de slechte hygiëne durfden we zelfs niet in het hotel te ontbijten. Absoluut geen prettige ervaring en voor ons geen aanrader

Были одну ночь проездом. Самое важное-отсутствие пляжа, общественный пляж у отеля сложно вообще назвать пляжем, все в окурках и семечках на замызганных шезлонгах, в воде камни. Система всё включено-это химозные соки и какие-то 5 коктейлей, пробовать не рискнули, кофе отвратительный.

The staff are friendly and helpful, and the food is excellent. The beach is also very close by. If you need anything special, the staff are always happy to help and respond immediately. Overall, a wonderful experience!

Stayed with another family member x2 rooms as a base for daily visits to Memorial Hospital visiting a relative. Excellent location with beach.and promenade restaurants and bars in walking distance which was an added bonus returning back daily late evening from hospital. The staff were excellent in dealing with our matters and were always welcoming to our request, specifically Mr Umit the manager. Breakfast was good selection and quality. Great value pverall considering the cost as budget option.

We had a room change due to proximity to a generator which was accommodated immediately by the team aside this for the time spent in hotel had no complaints.

From the very beginning our stay was very pleasant. The staff is very friendly. Especially Seher in the reception and Nurullah in the main restaurant. We really appreciate their kindness. They did everything possible to make our stay good. The food was good. We enjoyed our stay. The perfect service for this price.

Забронировали гостиницу по дороге, сильно не выбирали, но очень повезло, встретили гостеприимно, нам выделили два семейных номера с террасой и в знак гостеприимства также сделали всё включено, очень чистый, свежий, номера свежие не к чему придраться, питание на высшем уровне, бар работает постоянно, помимо ресторана есть перекусы, за такую цену в Бодруме это выйгрышный билет ничем не уступает 5 звездычным отелям которые привыкли отдыхать, персонал очень вежливый и приветливый!

Tesisin tasarımı, temizliği( ortak alandaki tuvalet ve duşlar dahil) , odaların genişliği iyiydi. Alkol kalitesi iyi sayılırdı. Resepsiyonda oda müsaitlikleri olduğu için odamız bir üst odaya yükseltmeleri ince bir davranıştı. Havuzu gayet keyifliydi. Bitez sahil şeridinde çok yakın.

Yemekler ne yazık ki vasat, çeşit bol var ama yemekler lezzesiz. Bir de tesise ait olan plajda belediye ile işbirliği yapılıp duş hizmeti verilmesi sağlanabilir.

Das Personal ist sehr engagiert, hilfsbereit und herzlich. Angefangen bei der Rezeption, zum Koch oder Service am Tisch. Die Jungs und Mädels sind lieb und arbeiten fleißig. Die Leitung kann sich geehrt fühlen, solch ein Personal zu haben.

Amazing Hotel

This is the fifth time we've been to Paloma Family Club and we can't wait to return. The general manager, Fikret, is very charming and always busy with improvements, such as the bunny petting area and a new a la carte restaurant. Ahmet and Ferat recognised us from previous stays and never let our cups go empty. The food is excellent, and this year I loved the breakfast: pancakes and eggs made any way you like by Yusuf or Serap. The rooms are spacious and very clean. We visit just outside of the high season so the weather isn't always favourable, but when it is the pool and loungers beckon. My daughter loves the bunnies, the cats, the doves and the tortoises. I love the sunshine and fabulous staff. Ask about going horseback riding with Bodrum Horse Riding - a wonderful experience.

The internet is not ideal for streaming 4K videos and requires your passport number to login. I usually remember that after I've put them away.

🌟 Un séjour parfait, je recommande les yeux fermés ! Tout était parfait du début à la fin. Le personnel est incroyablement gentil, attentionné et toujours aux petits soins. Franchement, je n’ai jamais vu un accueil aussi chaleureux ! Chaque jour, ils prenaient le temps de demander si tout allait bien, avec le sourire et une vraie gentillesse. L’hôtel est à deux pas de la plage, super bien situé. La piscine est grande, propre et très agréable. On peut même commander à boire ou à manger directement au bord de la piscine, ce qui est vraiment top. Merci infiniment pour ce superbe séjour 🙏

Tesisin lokasyonu çok güzel. Oda kahvaltı Konaklama yaptım kahvaltıları müthiş çok çeşitli ve kaliteli. Otele erken gitmeme rağmen hemen odama yerleştim hatta çıkış günüde ücretsiz geç çıkış yaptım. Personel çok iyi. Herkese tavsiye ederim.

Tesiste hizmet çok iyi. Odalar tertemiz. Tüm personel sizin için elinden geleni yapıyor. Özellikle kahvaltısı çok güzel. Denize uzaklığı 200 metre çok yakın. Akşam bitez deki restourantlara yürüyerek gidip güzel zaman geçirebilirsiniz.

Ogle yemegini otelde extra olarak aldim fiyati makuldu temek lezzeti ve sunumuda cok guzeldi. Odalar cok temiz ve donanimliydi. Resepsiyon size her konuda yardimci oluyor. Very friendly, helpful staff, delicious food and comfortable rooms. They also take into account dietary wishes which is very nice. Totally recommended. The name says it already but its very family friendly, suitable for young kids and made my family feel at home. The beach is a short walk from the hotel and pools are nice and clean.

The food was amazing at this resort. The location is beautiful and peaceful. The housekeeper went above and beyond to clean our room and brought extra things for our 6 month old baby

I had low expectations of the hotel being a 3 star. Rooms were small, but facilities were adequate. Pros - Great staff, Ridvan and Gaye, went above and beyond in accomodating our party of 21. They were both very patient. - Gaye and the on-site medic were fast acting and very helpful during a medical emergency. - 2 big pools and 2 paddling pools

Cons - Small rooms, but the facilities make up for this! -wifi isn't great in rooms, buy an esim!

What made our stay exceptional was the staff. A-MA-ZING! The stay was comfortable, the food is delicious. All the guest are offered one free visit to A La Carte restaurant in the hotel.

Rooms need to be renovated. The beach is close, but it was a bad experience, so we swam in the pool.

Incredible staff, friendly and hardworking, those who didn't speak much English used Google Translate and gestures. Helpful and kind as well. We cannot wait to go back and plan to make Paloma Family Club a regular destination.

In our room, there were a couple of things that suggested age. One evening the inside door handle came off in my hand as I was locking up. The next morning we reported it and the entire assembly was replaced while we were at breakfast.

We have just got back from Paloma Family Club and had a wonderful week there , all the staff were great but a special mention to Oban & Riza they made our holiday. Would definitely go back.

Nothing not to like.

Territory is really nice with its pools and lots of plants, quite ambience, you are like in a small lovely village with 1 floor white and blue houses, the staff is polite and kind, doing their job always in silence. The distance to beach is short, sandy part of it is more far if you continue to walk to the right by the sea. The beach club at the mosque was for us the best, called +/- "woww".)) The towels and bedlinen are white and clean. The balcony and views over pools and other houses from the territory are lovely, especially in the evening. Btw, the light music in the bars is very good. Few Russians were during our stay, so you don't hear complaints and screaming on kids.))

For this price we paid at the end of season we can't complain at all. However, the room needs renovation at some details: shower cabin, curtains, windows painting. Food was as we expected for all inclusive: medium. In 4 nights we were at hotel we had fish only once, meatballs also once, but I didn't like them, and all the time was chicken and often turkey. Desserts are good only 1-2 from 6-8 they propose, and it was home made pie usually. Baklava was the lowest quality we ever tried.)) Drinks also are as expected for all inclusive, but still beer, tea and coffee were good enough. The room's confort wasn't very high, somehow I didn't want to spend time there, just for shower and sleep. But it was our plan anyway to spend time outside more.

Food was ok. Breakfast not great. guest save the sun lounges so don’t get a chance to get one. Wifi really bad. kids club non existent even though it states it has one. one kids pool slide. Not enough for the kids to do there. beach is walking by distance but it is not a sand beach and so not really worth the visit.

We really enjoyed the hotel. It is perfect for families. It’s also very near the beach and restaurants if you don’t want to stay at the hotel the whole time. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful.

There could have been a bit more variety of food choices/higher quality but it was still nice especially considering the cost.

The food is not very diverse. Also there are no activities for children.
