Pues siempre tengo experiencias maravillosas y he recomendado siempre este hotel.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2025I stayed twice at this hotel and would definitely stay again. The rooms are huge, beds comfortable, water is hot, internet fast, and the staff are extremely accomodating. Both times they let me stay late in my room to work while I was waiting for my transportation to arrive. They kept some of my luggage while I was spending a few days outside of town.
Not a problem for me, but if you are cold-averse, this hotel doesn't have central heating. This is quite common in Colombia but Pasto is a chilly town at night. I like sleeping under lots of blankets but it might not be the choice for everyone.

Reviewed Oct 22, 2024The property was excellent - very new, clean and fresh. Our room was great. A good size with a balcony which was perfect. A good location - close everything and staff that were incredibly friendly, helpful and professional. There are any a restaurant onsite but they serve a good breakfast and you can order in from an extensive menu on Sundays when most of the restaurants are closed
