Nothing. It may be a bit cheaper than others but not value for money at all. It boggles my mind that they have a "Wonderful rating"

I typically prefer boutique hotels over big chains because I value unique charm and personalized service. Unfortunately, my stay here lacked both, turning into a highly frustrating series of misfortunate events. I will never stay at this property again. The Issues: Check-In Failure: Upon arrival, the digital front door access code did not work. For a property marketing itself with smart features, failing at basic entry was a terrible start. Severe Hygiene Issues: The bedroom linens were soiled, yellowed, and I discovered multiple strands of hair as soon as I opened the comforter.Poor Maintenance: The mattress was excessively soft—clearly worn out and structurally compromised from overuse. Additionally, the bathroom water pressure was incredibly weak. Unprofessional Staff: The responders lacked any boutique charm. They were neither amiable nor apologetic when issues were raised, and their personal presentation did not meet acceptable cleanliness standards. Overall, this stay was a very bad deal. It completely missed the mark on basic hospitality, cleanliness, and guest comfort. Avoid at all cost!

Really comfortable stay, great location just off a main road in District 1 yet still very quiet! Great value for money.

Nous avons du attendre 50min que la personne vienne prendre notre paiement au Check-in alors que nous avions donné notre heure d’arrivée plusieurs heures en avance, puis confirmé à nouveau l’heure exacte 30min avant d’arriver comme nous l’a demandé l’hôtel.

Great stay. Great communication via WhatsApp. The room was clean and comfy. Perfect stay while in the city. Also the ability to use the washing machines is amazing. Defiantly worth the price and staff were great over whatsapp.

Our Host and his Mother [sorry I battle with the names] went out of their way to accomodate us. Even took us on the scooters for our boat tours!

Communication fluide sur WhatsApp. Emplacement idéal au calme des grandes rues mais proches de tout le centre. La machine à laver et le sèche-linge à disposition rendent un grand service ! Il y a aussi une mini-cuisine pour se réchauffer des plats.

Pas de réception à proprement parler et la personne qui a fait notre check-in ne parlait pas anglais. Sinon tout était parfait !

Es un lugar lejos del caos de Saigón, muy bonito y bien ubicado… una de las mejores camas en la que dormimos en el sudeste! El anfitrión además es súper amable y rápido para responder. Recomendado al 100%

The rooms are all right and well maintained; the host was very accommodating in trying to address my complaints.

It is true that it is far from the traffic noise (although during the day there are some mopeds going through the alley). However, due to the bad sound insulation of the room, the night I stayed I could hear noises from the water pump on the roof, from loud neighbours on the ground floor, and even from the door keypads when someone entered their code.

The hotel is located on a side street, so there was no road noise. All tourist attractions are within a half-hour walk or taxi ride. The room was clean and comfortable. Instead of a TV, there was a projector (which we initially mistook for a camera) with internet access, allowing us to watch YouTube, which was quite convenient. We checked in remotely; we sent the owner a photo of our passport, and he sent us the room access code. We didn't pay attention to this detail, and while we were traveling, we didn't have a connection to read the message regarding the code, so we didn't immediately understand what was required, as there were no hotel staff. This was our oversight; overall, everything was very pleasant.

We stayed in floor 1.. I wish there was a window in the room Bathroom drainage is not very good. But with this price and location, cant ask for more!! We still appreciated everything they provided.

The property was clean and insect free, the balcony was beautiful but we couldn’t enjoy it due to the rain

The room we got was on the 3rd floor, the staircase is so narrow that I struggled to get my luggage up. The room is so tiny, there was literally no place to put our stuff so we kept it on the floor. The location is so hidden and we struggled with the taxi driver to get there at first. There’s no place in the room for anything at all but to sleep, you can’t stand, you can’t walk, you can’t even sit down. The toilet was so tiny, you can barely shower but you have to adjust the way you’re standing. The balcony and the terrace have a view of walls and other buildings that are so close. And to top that off, we had to meet the property management to pay them at 10:30 am so we postponed our trip to discover the city until then. And they had no other room to meet in the evening so I can pay them.

Расположение отличное. Очень чисто, все блестит. Есть одноразовые гигиенические принадлежности. Розеток много. Есть рабочая зона. Номер маленький, как и везде, но очень удобный и чистый. Добрый администратор.

Соседи из ада, которые в 2,3,5 ночи перемещали крупную мебель в комнате и орали во всю глотку. Их было не остановить. Три адские ночи по несколько часов воплей соседей.

Room 6. Номер с балкончиком. Кровать хорошая, шторы плотные, есть холодильник. Микроволновка и чайник в общей зоне на крыше. Отель в самом конце тупичка от дороги, поэтому очень тихо. Район удачный. Много разных кафешек от фастфуда до ресторанчиков, магазины, аптеки. Недалеко Mobifone — можно купить симку. А прям по соседству хорошая кофейня-пекарня — отличное начало дня. В шаговой доступности неплохой зоопарк и небольшой исторический музей.

Номер маленький, поэтому стола нету, не помещается. На балкончике нету крыши. На общем балконе крыша протекает — столы всё равно мокрые в дождь — нормально посидеть покушать не получилось.

Thuận tiện

Отличная локация. В апартаментах очень чисто, также чисто и в холе. Также очень тихо, так как здание находится в проулке. Спать получалось очень хорошо, если только соседи не поподудься шумные. Без контактное заселение, связь по watsap с хозяином. Бесплатно питьевая вода с кулером, чай кофе пополняется. Холодильник, вентилятор. Хорошая ванна. Рядом много кафе и ресторанов. Отличный вариант Хозяин помогает с информацией по городу.

Я бы добавил смарт тв.

Great service, very clean room and bathroom. Air-conditioning is perfect and most importantly, it worked silently, it was very comfortable to sleep. The beds were very comfortable with soft mattresses, which is rare in Vietnam.

There's nothing to say, everything is ok.

The room was cozy and very clean when we arrived, it has enough space for two persons. The staff was so helpful from check in to check out. I arrived late but was still able to check in smoothly. The location of the place is also good, there are convenient stores nearby, and many small eateries around. There is a free use of washing machine on the rooftop and a small kitchen + dining area too

The aircon unit was not that strong even if set on the lowest setting. There is no elevator so prepare to carry your luggages if youre staying on the higher floors

Very good value for being in district 1, close to many shops, restaurants and not far from the main attractions in the centre. The room was great, big comfy bed, mini fridge and lots of space to hang clothes. The room also came with a projector that had netflix and YouTube already on it which was amazing to relax in the evening. I loved my stay here and would definitely book again, the staff are really helpful and they let me leave my backpack there after check out for the whole day.

One of our favourite places we stayed across SE Asia - the beds are really comfortable, the whole room was clean and spacious, with a nice private bathroom and good hot water. There was also a projector in the room for watching TV which was an added bonus. Free drinking water is provided, and washing machines and dryers too. Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely place. Staff were extremely helpful when I wanted to check in early (after an overnight bus). They allowed me to leave my bag for an hour or so (I went and got breakfast) and then my room was ready. It was so so welcome being able to shower and do my laundry and get on with my day. My room was compact but very comfortable and clean. Location is great. Slightly away from the centre but very easy to access the centre and a generally lovely area.

Everything, they cleaned the room all the time and well. Communication was perfect. Loved it. Quiet, and loved the big projector for Netflix :)

The property was super comfortable and easy to get to. Through our travels of Vietnam a lot of the beds are hard, the bed here was super soft and comfortable. The host has been amazing for us, she sent us a list of places to eat and visit also we left an item by mistake and the owner is sending it to our next destination ready for us to collect. Couldn’t be more helpful ! I would recommend this to friends and family

Our stay was exceptional! The beds were super comfortable, the location was quite, but close to the main touristic spots, the room was clean, and there was everything that we needed. The manager kindly shared with us nice places to go to. For this money it couldn't be even better I think.

We had a great stay here. Great facilities. Had free water dispenser downstairs and free washing and a dryer on the top floor. Room was clean and comfy. Definitely stay here if you get the chance. Good value.

The easy access in the main door and room door. Love the big beds. With a kind staff both the cleaner (boy) and the girl who fixed the problem with water supply. Both are good communicator of English

A hidden gem is the best description. In a quiet lane surrounded with lots of nice eateries. I love the self check-in and good communication with the manager.

Compared to other 9+ this was the only really clean during our stay in vietnam. And interaction with the owner is quick.

I had a fantastic stay at Luala Home and was very satisfied with my room. What stood out the most was the exceptional hospitality—my hosts allowed me to check in early, which I truly appreciated. The room was comfortable, spotlessly clean, and I felt very safe throughout my stay. The hotel is centrally located yet peaceful, as it is situated at the end of a side street. This combination of convenience and tranquility made my visit even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Luala Home and would definitely stay here again!

Sudden water supply lost

While it's more of an airbnb concept, the host was very helpful through whatsapp. She helped us check in early when my boyfriend was feeling ill and made sure we were happy with the room. The room itself is clean and comfy. I liked the location in a quiet street but close to restaurants.

The sound isolation within the house isn't ideal but it's not a big issue.

The location is good and peaceful, even during the Tet festivities. The staff is exceptionally friendly! Everything seems new and freshly built with a good quality. The shared kitchen on the top floor is modest but definitely usable. Washer and dryer available, too. The projector TV works great. There's a water filtration system available to fill your bottles with fresh water. Thanks to the staff once more! 😁

I don't have negative comments. But I'll add things which might be of importance to some. 1. Only the bottom floor is accessible to wheelchairs and baby wagons. The rest is accessible only through a staircase. 2. The top floor room is a little bit on the smaller side due to the physical size of the building. But the private balcony and shared balcony on the other side will accommodate this shortage. 3. No 24/7 personnel on-site, but the response time on WhatsApp is quick and personnel will accommodate your requests above and beyond.

Perfect stay in Saigon. It’s in district 1 , 30 minutes walking distance to almost all viewpoints. Or bus is very convenient as well. Room is exactly what shows on the photo. Very very clean.

Good location, easy access, central but quiet enough that the big city noise won’t disturb you. Friendly staff, exceptional service. Nice room, really no weakness. Projector with Netflix, YouTube was the cherry on the cake.

The lady was very helpful and friendly. The bed was comfy, and the home had a good location, easy to get a grab into the centre. Would recommend!

Location is good, but not amazing. The Main Tourist attractions are around 30 minutes away by foot. We didn’t really find great places to eat close to the apartment, but maybe that was just our taste. Owners only come in once a day, so not always available, but they reply very quickly on WhatsApp and are very friendly.

Location is good, Grab is a good option if you don't want to walk a lot. Lots of restaurants nearby. Homestay is super clean, staff is very friendly and responsive on WhatsApp.

Room a bit small, but doable. There was construction next door (or opposite?) very early in the morning, around 7am. Not the fault of the homestay, but still annoying. The water pressure in the shower was quite low, but no big deal.
