The laundry machine was in good working order,it was clean,appliances were easy to use,just perfect!

The place was very clean ane the furniture was comfortable.There was thoughtful toiletries . Lovely art on the wall.The bathroom is spacious and the cupboard space was generous.The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped.I loved the fact that there was OVHD TV.

I only spent 1 night.i wish I could have stayed longer.

It was great to return. The cleanliness and attention to detail is always amazing. I love that there is a fully equipped kitchen and there are sufficient detergents to use to tidy up.

It is located in a secure building with 24/7 security, which gave me great peace of mind throughout my stay. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. A special thank you to Charmaine, who was an outstanding host. She was responsive, professional, and accommodating to all my requests. Communication was excellent from the moment of booking until check-out, making the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. One feature I particularly appreciated was the blackout curtains. As someone who enjoys sleeping in and is definitely not a morning person, they made a huge difference and allowed me to get a great night’s rest without being woken up by early morning light. Overall, this was a fantastic stay, and I would happily book this apartment again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable, secure, and well-managed place to stay.

Easy to access Essentials in the bathroom are 100% feels like home. Bathroom design is beautiful pictures told no lies. Curtains are perfect for privacy.

The couch doesn’t allow you to cuddle and watch the tv especially if if you’re a clingy person

The apartment felt like home. It’s in a great location, in a quiet and safe neighborhood. I was able to plan all my activities with ease. Another important detail is that it includes 24hr security and a free parking bay. The unit has all the facilities that make life easier, such as a washer and dryer, stove, and cooking ware just some of the perks I enjoyed. It is super clean and cleaning can be arranged at no extra cost to guests. Lastly, I’d like to add that the host, Charmaine, is one of the best hosts I’ve met in all my travels. It truly felt like a home away from home.

I requested to check in earlier than 2pm and even though I was not able to check in at the exact time I requested, Charmaine was professional and explained the reasons why but still made sure I was able to check in before 2pm. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and in the perfect location. I would definitely book here again.

Conveniently situated and spacious.

The reception area in the apartment block is not manned and the main entrance door is locked. Entrance is through the parking garage which is OK but not convenient.

I had a very peaceful stay❤️ the pool is very intimate perfect for a night away. I loved the stay to the t. The apartment is a 10.

Windows were not clean could not take pictures near them and the security guard made a very nasty comment about wat I was wearing since I was wearing a dress showing my boobs. I wish he could keep his beliefs to himself and kids.

The location is close to Gateway, the apartment has modern furniture and it’s a good quiet place. The security guards were very welcoming and professional, we felt safe and secured. Highly recommend for couples

There was a lot of noise from cars/road noise and people loitering around the block late at night.

What a find! Have been staying in the area often for work and can def vouch that this is one of the best places in the area. Excellent communication from the host. Easy instructions. Spotless and so tastefully decorated. So appreciative of the small touches. Close to everything. Will be back!

Loved the facility, its the second time I stayed there. The facility is so well equipped. Lovely towels, clean smells fresh. Really fantastic!

The property is ideally situated and close to all amenities. The apartment is extremely clean and tidy. Would love to go back. Only the staff that work on the property were very loud in the early parts of the morning.

The actual place was wonderful, but the apartment complex right next door to Marina Bay had some really noisy people, partying and talking really loudly at all odd hours.

The building and parking levels are poorly marked so it was difficult to get to the correct parking garage and then to find the parking on arrival. Security in parking area generally helpful.

Safety, quietness and cleanliness

Host was very friendly and loved the gift. The unit is well kept and clean, appreciate the mobile air-conditioner in the bedroom. Kitchen well equipped.

On our first 31/12/2024 night we wanted to have a look at the pool and courtyard, and headed out before quiet hours. We did not want to enter the pool just to see where it is and the opening times. Post viewing and making our way back to M floor the security came to us and told us that we are not allowed to be out of our unit at night. He seemed very upset and told us that at night no one is allowed to walk around. I didn't recall reading any of that in the rules so I asked him why? He just said it is not allowed and we should go back to our unit.

Great location, spacious, neat and well maintained unit. Hosts are friendly and quick to respond. Gym and pool facilities as well as underground parking.

Even though during the day on each day we were out, the place was more than expectations, clean, comfortable and got everything that one might require. The parking is safe and secure which is another positive about the place.

Of course maybe beyond the owners control the car(s) that were coming to the roads below/next to the apartment for spin/do doughnut and high revs, in general the midnight life noise somewhere there at the bottom.

Superb! Ideal location in Umlanga Ridge, close to all amenities and free secure parking in building. Excellent value for money with exemplary service from owners who checked in often to see if I needed anything to make my stay even better. Will definitely stay here again. I stayed in the apartment for a month and have no criticism. You simply can not go wrong booking this apartment.

The apartment was located close to Gateway and many other shopping locations. It was also close to the beach and within walking distance of a cute Cafe. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we could have needed for our self catering trip.

The bed was a little uncomfortable but not too bad.

There were no direction on how to operate the TV. Only after the 3rd time the owner came out and explained it to us were we able to operate it

The location was neat and quiet. The facilities are awesome. It was easy to locate the apartment. The apartment is homely.

It's abit of a distance from the mall and the beach. So you have to Uber or Bolt to everywhere.

It was incredibly difficult for my husband to access his room. He waited about 45 minutes for help, then a car guard tried to direct him. It was very hard to find the place.

I love how immaculate and quiet the place was. And the facilities there were made available to the tenants. The unit we stayed in was perfect, clean, inviting, spacious, and it had everything one needed. Life was so easy.

What's there not to like?

Location and easy to get to and walkable to surrounding shops or convenience store for things you need.Very safe and secure and a very quiet building which I enjoyed.
