I liked that the TV had access to Netflix and YouTube, Aircon availability, Bed was Soft, linen was clean, bedroom and kitchen was clean, clean towels. Host was available when I arrived but full details was not provided before I arrive or contacted before hand.

Bathroom - Found a cockroach behind the bathroom mirror, cleanliness in the bathroom was a 5/10 (hair in the shower), Kitchen - no milk for the coffee and tea and no refills on the 2nd stay Paid for cleaning facilities - this was not fulfilled Slight Bad Smell in the room - had to spray perfume and open the window. What was not pleasant which broke some privacy is I was in the bathroom and because the windows go into section where the gas geyser and washing machine is. The helper walked in by the washing machine which I was concerned as this could have broken our privacy if I was in the shower luckily I was on the toilet and not in the shower at the time.

Loved the location, central for my travels and I liked the modern look of the apartment.

Very noisy. Staff unfriendliness, don’t greet when being greeted. Reception talks on their cellphones load and no respect when a client walks in however continues with no apologies, very unprofessional mainly the day staff. Happened everytime I had to visit reception. Had an issue with the moving of the rooms however it was told that the client must wait. Tell him there’s no rooms available however I already saw the entire open rooms whereby I could be accompanied. Upon arrival to the new requested room a half eaten Sausage was in the microwave. Every night there was noisy and even worse on weekends. The mornings I have been woken Up by Staff shouting from 1 floor to other right outside the room door. The room I moved to on the 3rd floor shower was blocked.

My stay started off very poorly and unfortunately didn’t improve. I had emailed the host because I couldn’t receive WhatsApp messages, but my emails were ignored. When I eventually reached her, she said she had no data. Thankfully, the security guard assisted me with getting my access details. I was then assigned a room that was already occupied, which was very unprofessional. The replacement room had unreliable Wi-Fi that only worked in the living room, the TV was difficult to use without a working remote, and the housekeeping information provided was misleading. The security guard was the only highlight of my stay. Overall, I was disappointed and expected a much better experience.

Lack of communication from the host. We woke up with no hot water on Friday; we had to bath with cold water. Only to be told by the Maintenance guy that it was a planned outage, meaning it was communicated to the host, but she did not say anything to us not even an apology.

No one came to check if it’s clean or not during our stay the room was dirty on my second and third day I didn’t have a spare broom to clean it myself and the toilet paper was not enough also the towels were not enough

The Room was clean an fresh just as I expected

The level of Noise. Seemed like in the room above us they were having a party the music was so loud and also they were stomping thier feet so since we were in the lower room we could hear everything. It was very unpleasant hence we struggled to sleep

The cleaning staff tried to open my door before 9am and also the apartment opposite us, not professional, they just want to clean and go home before our check out time.

My room wasn’t entirely clean. Noise in the morning from the people cleaning in corridors )they were speaking so loud shouting at each other). Upon arrival there was orange pee in the toilet , some hairs here and there and an empty packet on the floor in front of the bed. Grey fabric couch appeared to be stained. Only a shower gel, no shampoo, no water bottle in the fridge. Previously stayed there under someone’s reservation in room 107, where there was all the bathroom amenities, atleast a bottle of water in the fridge, clean room with a clean leather couch

The property is well secured, overally clean and the rooms are spacious and well maintained.

1. The constant switching off of the geyser and having to call-out someone 2. No cleaning of room by housekeeping until we had to send a message/email. One would expect that it’s done without requesting considering that we stayed for 5days 3. The pots and the utensils were dirty from usage by most probably the previous users, the washing sponge wouldn’t properly wash the dishes when we tried. 4. There is too much noise from the adjacent building - CCI especially if the unit is facing that direction, one had to close the windows to reduce the noise

The balcony is ridiculously small but overall nice place.

The service was poor when we done booking they didn’t give us whole information and details needed like access code from a gate the security ask it we were not given. Second we waited so long for them to give us a room number and the key but we made bookings earlier there was no appropriate apology for that, even if we go inside the was no booklet details about a room and facilities security codes and password like WiFi , we have to call them. No park number given in time. This was so frustrating because we pay more money for such services. Last the room was advertised R964 on the app but I end up paying R1164 if I can get a clarification for that. Front desk must a have a good communication with room mentainance management this effect us as guest to experience bad service on a location marked as best “ site visiting”.
