Nomad Nest

The communication between the property owner and us was efficient. The facilities were fantastic with state of the the art electrical appliances, bath towels, pool towels and indoor slippers for guests in each room along with toiletries and a hairdryer. The pool was perfect for the family and the rooftop veranda was great for evenings. There is access to a PS5 and speakers connected to Alexa (the latter both indoors and outdoors). The kitchen was extremely well equipped and the laundry room and additional cooking area was perfect. Las Santa and his wife were very helpful throughout our stay and recommended some great places for lunch/dinner. We were more than satisfied with our stay there. Thank you very much!

Stayed at Nomad Nest in Hikkaduwa and had a really pleasant experience. The place is clean, well-maintained, and has nice amenities — the pool with the bubble bench was a great touch. It is about 1–2 km from the beach, but the location is still convenient and peaceful. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, which made the stay feel comfortable and easy. Overall, a great spot if you’re looking for a tidy and relaxed place to stay in Hikkaduwa.

It’s modern, spotless, and exactly as charming in person as it looks in photos. 2. Superb Facilities & Smart Living Every convenience was provided. With three bedrooms and three bathrooms, plus a living area and a fully-equipped kitchen with oven, kettle, and more, the villa offered ample space and functionality. The smart-home features were a standout: ultra-fast Wi-Fi, a digital assistant (Siri), Apple TV/streaming, and even a PlayStation 3. Relaxing Outdoor Space The outdoor pool, sun terrace, and lush garden were so inviting. We spent many relaxing moments around the beautifully maintained pool area 4. Location & Accessibility No need for long commutes—the villa is just a short drive (or tuk-tuk ride) from Hikkaduwa Beach (about 1 mile or a 5-minute drive) and within easy reach of local attractions. There’s also free private parking, which made getting around very easy 5. Incredible Host Our host, Lasantha, was absolutely wonderful. He welcomed us warmly, provided a thorough tour, and was responsive and attentive throughout our stay. His hospitality truly made us feel at home 6. The fast, reliable internet and dedicated workspaces are ideal for remote work, while the relaxing ambiance and amenities make it a great getaway spot

We stayed at this wonderful three-bedroom villa in Hikka, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The property is a beautiful piece of modern architecture, designed to make the most of natural light with its large windows and high ceilings. It also felt very safe and peaceful thanks to the modern surveillance systems and smart home technology. One of our favorite features was the jacuzzi, which could be turned on and off with voice commands. It was such a fun touch! The kitchen was fully equipped, the rooms were air-conditioned, and everything was brand new, making the space quiet, comfortable, and homey. We really appreciated how thoughtfully everything was set up, and it was a perfect place to relax and enjoy our time. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area.

Alles was perfect!

We absolutely loved our stay in the villa. The place looked even better in person, it completely exceeded our expectations. We were welcomed with a welcome drink and cake. The Villa is slightly out of the way which makes it very peaceful, yet within walking distance of everything, which was exactly what we were after. Also very easy to get transport to and from if needed. The private pool was absolutely great. The water temperature was perfect. The hosts were lovely and were very responsive. We were given a welcome guide and information to help us with our stay. There is clean drinking water available at all times which is great. I would highly recommend this accommodation. We stayed four nights and wished we had stayed longer.

Nothing - only thing I would say is to keep the bathroom doors shut as there is gaps to keep any bugs out of the main room.

Lasantha and Madhu are the best hosts you would encounter. They were present at check in to welcome us with some lovely refreshments and do a house tour and handover keys to us. The house is so well designed with quality appliances, and attention to detail. Its a clean, organised and spacious 3 bedroom villa with a pool and ample space outside to have a great time with family. I had just asked for a restaurant recommendation and I was sent a whole list of groceries, restaurants, supermarkets, etc by Lasantha, which was so helpful. In addition, the hosts checked with us from time to time to ensure we were comfortable in the house. It was truly an amazing experience for my family. We will always recommend Nomad Nest to our friends.

We were one of the first visitors to this villa. New, clean, comfortable house. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Common room and kitchen. Beautiful swimming pool, well-groomed yard area. Very nice hosts who will help with any question. The hosts gave us presents, it's very nice. We liked everything very much. We recommend this place to relax!

We discovered this gem for a relaxing holiday with kids and friends and it exceeded all our expectations.
