The Apiary

Quiet location with beautiful views, friendly hosts, very clean and modern accommodation with all the facilities you need. I have stayed here twice and it's been excellent on both occasions.

Easy to find and a very peaceful location with a lovely outlook. Not far into the Killarney town and to the supermarket. Had everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable.

There's really nothing we didn't like but if we're being picky it would be to have glass wine glasses rather than plastic ones :-)

Sweet and nice design. Lovely dogs. Good equipment. Recycling capabilities.

Le matelas mériterait vraiment d’être remplacé, il est extrêmement mou et bruyant, dès que l’un bouge l’autre est secoué ! Des vrais verres à vin seraient appréciés plutôt que du plastique…

Great little set up, loved the views of the paddock, great facilities.

Quiet location, lots of nature around. Private unit. Functional kitchen with utensils, towels, tools to cook. Hosts were available and great. Place was as described, pictures accurate.

Nothing. It was as described, just a little cottage a few miles from Killarney, the National Park, and endless exploration. I'm 6 feet tall...if you were any taller you'd be too big for the door frames!

Ruhige Lage mitten in der Natur. Die Unterkunft ist modern eingerichtet und befindet sich auf einem sehr gepflegten Anwesen. Alles war sehr sauber. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Lidl) mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.

Um zum Killarney National Park zu gelangen muss man den ganzen Ort Killarney mit viel Verkehr durchqueren. Es gab zu wenig zu wenig Teller und Trinkgläser. Auch ein Nudelsieb wäre wünschenswert. Das Waschbecken im Bad ist ein wenig klein.

We were spending four days in Killarney and wanted a place to relax in the evening after busy days sightseeing. The Apiary was the perfect location. From the welcoming loaf of brown bread and butter waiting on the table when we arrived, to the friendly conversations with our hosts. A relaxing, comfortable, beautiful cabin. A perfect place to be when you need a base for your busy days exploring one of Ireland's most picturesque regions. We recommend The Apiary to everyone looking for a special place to rest at the end of a busy day.

Very beautiful, warm and cozy private cabin, calm and roomy with a well-stocked kitchen as well. Lovely hosts and great location. Beautifully decorated to fit the "Apiary" theme.

Only the bed was a little springy for our taste but not an issue at all overall

The hosts were helpful and friendly and had baked a delicious loaf of Guinness and walnut bread for us! Although small, it was comfortable. Great location for exploring the Ring of Kerry and Dingle peninsula.

There was only one pan lid which made cooking a bit challenging.

Lovely cabin in a quiet place, equipped with everything for a pleasant stay. Perfect!

The Apiary had alles wat ik nodig had: comfort, luxe en ook erg gezellig. Heerlijk bed en ook heel goede douche. Gastvrouw en gastheer waren erg attent! Dank je wel voor het fijne verblijf!

Very clean and cosy cabin, with fully equipped kitchen. The area is very peaceful yet close to town.

Clean house and environment. Very relaxing place to be.

Far from town

Quiet location but only few minutes to town. Cabin had everything we needed. Were presented with a super delicious homemade bread.
