Nice comfortable room and lovely hosts. Great breakfast options and good food. You can't go far wrong by staying here and we would happily come back again.

Constructive criticism only as this is a lovely place to stay. Shower pressure wasn't the best and having a bathroom window that doesn't have frosted glass on the ground floor should be thought about. A blind is ok but an applied film would be better.

Very comfortable apartments with wonderful and extremely helpful hosts. They were very kind and welcoming throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious, generous, and filling. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again!

Es war weit von Killarney auf der Hauptstrasse. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hat aus unsere Sicht nicht gestimmt. Die Übernachtungen in eine B&B haben mehr als bei 4 Sterne Hotel gekostet.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft und sehr nette Gastgeber. Das Frühstück ist das absolute Highlight und hat fantastisch geschmeckt.

Wunderschönes B&B mit unglaublich freundlichen Gastgebern. Es liegt ca. 6km von Killarney, da wir aber mit dem Auto unterwegs waren und es in Killarney direkt im Zentrum einen ganz großen Parkplatz gibt, war das kein Problem. Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das bisher beste Frühstück auf unserer Reise. Preis-Leistung super. Sehr gerne wieder.

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft mit sehr gutem Frühstück. Die Zimmer zum Garten sind auch bei offenem Fenster absolut leise. Gute Ausstattung und schickes Bad. Die Wirtsleute sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Im Trubel des Sommers dauert es wegen vieler Staus nachmittags doch etwas länger in die Stadt - bei uns fast 45 Minuten.

Die Lage 7km vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Mit Auto gar kein Problem (Stadt hat sehr gute Parkplätze) Zufuß könnte es etwas weit sein

It was very conveniently placed 5 mins out of Killarney by car, backing onto large garden, fields and mountains in the distance. It was very well maintained, friendly owner and great breakfasts.

The room was great. The bed was very comfortable and the view was beautiful. I loved the cows in the field behind the B&B. The breakfast was delicious.

Friendly and not intrusive staff! Breakfast is fancier than in many other BnBs.

The rooms are small and a bit pricey but that is to be expected this close to Killarney.

Everything was great, room was comfortable, the breakfast was delicious and the owners were gracious and friendly.

Lovely home and most comfortable rooms with large bathrooms and space to relax. Outdoors and indoors places to be out of room. The breakfasts were spectacular. As the photos show, I loved the continental-works of art and delicious! Julia and John are delightful people that made us feel so welcome. Very warm hosts!

Wonderful location for exploring the area. The hosts were great. Breakfast was large and wonderful.

Our rooms were small, but that was 100% my fault. When booking, I didn't change the number of guests from 1 to 2, so we were assigned smaller rooms. They were still comfortable and, since we were really just sleeping and showering there, the rooms were fine.

Road noise unacceptable even with the windows shut, & continued well into the night. Could hear other people through the walls. We hadn’t stayed at a B&B before so we thought we’d try it but found that the owners weren’t social or interested, just seemed to be a business for them

Lovely family run B&B about 10m ns from the town centre. Friendly service and great breakfast! Easy parking and access to airport.

Julia was a wonderful hostess, and John was really interesting to talk to. The breakfast was delicious. It was very comfortable, and we enjoyed using the sitting room, and the big TV.

The host was absolutely amazing. They were super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast choices were great and the food was delicious. It gave us the opportunity to taste and enjoy an Irish breakfast. The shower was nice and hot.

The room was small for two people but that was definitely our fault. We should have requested 2 rooms.

It was our first visit to a B&B and we were not disappointed. Julia and John were most welcoming, they did everything to make our stay in the area amazing! They arranged a bus tour of the ring of Kerry for us that was fantastic, we would never have found this tour company on our own. Breakfast was cooked to order and the house was so very clean and comfortable. Staying at Ashbrooke house was a great choice for our stay in Killarney.

A superb B&B in Killarney. Super comfortable and the hosts were fantastic. Really lovely breakfast each day we stayed. Facilities included a large guest lounge and great off street parking. We highly recommend this place for anyone wanting a welcoming, comfortable and classy place to stay. 10 out of 10.

Breakfast includes continental breakfast/full irish breakfast, omlet, etc,etc. Bed is very comfortable. Staffs are really nice, they wait us unitl very late in the evening.

Hot water a little bit unstable.

This property is well.located, a short drive from Kerry Airport and Killarney. Ample off road parking, large bedrooms each with a very nice bathroom. The hosts are amazingly helpful, knowledgeable about the area and provide a fantastic breakfast. We will visit Killarney again and Ashbrook will be our first choice for accommodation.

We were made to feel very welcome and the facilities were very good. Breakfast was prepared to order and was plentiful and tasty. There was adequate safe parking and the run into Killarney was straightforward although it was necessary to use a car as it was too far to walk. The local pub, the Sherwood, served good wholesome and very reasonably priced food. Travelling a little further into Killarney opened up a whole world of gastronomical delights albeit parking could perhaps be a little difficult.

Everything! Julia, the host is really lovely and friendly. The house was beautiful and spotless. The bed was the most comfortable bed, I think I ever slept in and the foods was second to none. I could not recommend this B&B highly enough.

The property was spotlessly clean and Julia and John were very welcoming and made every effort to please us all. Breakfast was made to order with a good variety and plentiful. Julia provided us with information on places to go, with maps etc and patiently took care of our every need. I would highly recommend their BnB to anyone travelling to Killarney.

Lucy was great. She made us feel at home and comfortable. Breakfast was also home cooked, well made and in plenty.. Spotlessly clean and good size room and bathroom.

Shower pressure was low. Some road noise (but not too bad).

The Property was super cozy and clean. There was an outside area to sit in and a living room for guests. The room and bathroom were super clean and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was also absolutely amazing.
