Wij hadden familiekamer en de bedstede beneden was de matras volledig ingezakt waardoor onze zoon een slaaploze nacht had. Als management dit leest, moeten ze dit oplossen of er komen veel klachten. Jammer, want. Ons bed was wel top notch en de redt van onze ervaring was absoluut 5 sterren!

Magnifique établissement dans un très beau ancien bâtiment rénové avec gout et raffinement. Emplacement en plein coeur du centre avec possibilité très facile de parking. Accueil sympathique mais professionnel avec un petit historique sur le bâtiment avant de regagner les chambres. Très bon petit déjeuner. Et Ioannina est par ailleurs une ville très agréable qui mérite vraiment d'être visitée

What a fantastic hotel. Everything exceeded our expectations. We were made to feel special and it felt like an oasis. Absolutely everything in the hotel was exceptional and the staff were amazing. We will always choose to stay at this hotel when we are in Ioannina. It was exceptional.

Right at the city old town, in a historic building, which made it a great location. Parking is a couple of blocks away, but there is a mini bus transfer available. Nice breakfast selection. Staff were really pleasant.

This hotel was absolutely amazing from start to finish! Truly 5-star service in every way — the rooms, food, drinks, staff, and attention to detail were all exceptional. The rooms were beautiful, comfortable, and incredibly well thought out. Every little detail was spot on, and you can tell how much care goes into making the experience special for guests. Do not miss the restaurant! It was honestly some of the best food we had in town. The food and drinks were fantastic, and our bartender, Constantino (I believe that was his name!), was incredible. He made our evenings so much fun and took such great care of us. The front desk staff was also top-notch — welcoming, professional, helpful, and always available for anything we needed. The level of service throughout the entire hotel was outstanding. If you are visiting this area, this hotel is an absolute must! Everything exceeded our expectations, and I would stay here again without hesitation. 10/10 — book it!

From the moment we stepped through the door, we knew we had discovered somewhere very special. This beautifully restored listed building has remarkable architecture and stunning décor, with every detail thoughtfully designed with exceptional taste and respect for its history. The rooms transport you to another era, perfectly combining authentic character with every modern comfort. The cleanliness was absolutely impeccable, both in our room and throughout the hotel. We also greatly appreciated being collected from the hotel’s private parking area, which made our arrival and departure especially easy and comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful and perfectly matched the high standards of the hotel—generous, beautifully presented and prepared with excellent-quality ingredients. The food is also well worth experiencing: exceptionally refined, carefully prepared and something you simply should not miss during your stay. Εξαιρετικό περιβάλλον, που αναδεικνύει την πλούσια ιστορία της πόλης, με άψογες παροχές, ευγενέστατο κι εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό , φιλόξενο και με επαγγελματισμό. Η γαστρονομία σε πολύ υψηλό βαθμό, το κάνει μοναδικά ξεχωριστό! Ένα boutique hotel πολλών αστέρων.!!!

Δεν υπάρχει κάτι που να μην μ´ εντυπωσίασε και ικανοποίησε!

Super mooi boutique hotel in het centrum van de stad, je loopt zo naar de winkels en het meer. Super vriendelijke mensen die hier werken en het eten zowel het ontbijt als het avondeten was heerlijk. Ik denk één van de beste restaurants in Ioannina. Wat ook erg pettig was dat het hotel een eigen parkeerterrein had wat 2 minuten lopen is maar als je koffers bij je hebt halen en brengen je zelfs daar naar toe. Het gebouw zelf heeft veel geschiedenis en wat leuk was dat we bij aankomst hier ook een korte uitleg over kregen.

Niet negatiefs op aan te merken.

The staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming. The hotel is in a perfect location and is housed in a beautifully renovated historic building. It has retained its original character while offering all the modern amenities you could need, creating an ideal balance between history and comfort. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the room was very comfortable. I would highly recommend staying here.

Everything about this hotel stay was very elegant. The location was perfect for walking around in the part of town that was a tourist destination in itself. The hotel was absolutely surrounded by charming shops, streets and restaurants. The hotel building is a historic renovated structure that retains much of the original atmosphere. The staff were all ever so helpful and professional. I hope to visit again.

Rooms as shown on website. Hotel has been completely renovated from old historic building and both rooms and public spaces are newly-designed and beautiful. Do enjoy a meal here, top chef creates delicious food choices. Good location with easy walking to sights. Appreciated the service and kindness of the gentleman who operates the van from/to parking lot.

This hotel is simply gorgeous! Very modern. A beautiful mix of old (stone walls) and new. Staff was very accommodating. Location is ideal to lake, castle, and restaurants.

Everything was excellent. No complaints. Only "negative " is offside parking, but it's a short walk to hotel. Hotel also provides transport from parking to hotel if you need it.

A wonderful hotel in the centre of Ioannina, with its own small parking lot close by. Very comfortable beds. We also loved the restaurant and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Μείναμε για ένα τριήμερο και όλα ήταν άψογα. Το δωμάτιο ήταν πεντακάθαρο, ιδιαίτερα προσεγμένο και με όλες τις παροχές ενός πραγματικού boutique hotel υψηλών προδιαγραφών. Το πρωινό ήταν εξαιρετικό, με ποιοτικές επιλογές και έμφαση στα τοπικά προϊόντα της Ηπείρου. Ξεχωριστή αναφορά αξίζει στο προσωπικό, το οποίο ήταν ευγενέστατο και πρόθυμο να εξυπηρετήσει σε κάθε σημείο, από την υποδοχή και το πάρκινγκ μέχρι το εστιατόριο. Μας άρεσε ιδιαίτερα το γεγονός ότι κατά το check-in η ρεσεψιονίστ μάς ξενάγησε στους χώρους και μοιράστηκε μαζί μας την ιστορία του ξενοδοχείου, προσθέτοντας μια πολύ προσωπική πινελιά στη φιλοξενία. Ένα ξενοδοχείο με χαρακτήρα, υψηλή αισθητική και ανθρώπους που αγαπούν πραγματικά αυτό που κάνουν. Θα το επιλέγαμε ξανά χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη!

Εκπληκτικής ιστορικής σημασίας το κτήριο με σεβασμό προς το σήμερα είχαμε κλείσει σε κανονικό δωμάτιο και μας έκανε αναβάθμιση σε σουίτα εκπληκτική το προσωπικό ευγενικό όλα πεντακάθαρα το πάρκινγκ 100 μέτρα όλα τέλεια στην καρδιά της πόλης

Beautiful room and redone building. Our room had a loft with a bathtub that my wife loved

It took us a while to get the breakfast right. Some things were missing like cut up fruit. After additional communication with the staff, it was much better. My only other complaint is that the room was dark with almost no exposure to light or the outside. Outside light and sunlight could not get in.

Our 3rd visit to Stoes and it never disappoints! Another fabulous room. The whole building has been beautifully converted with attention to detail, rarely found in Greece creating wonderful ambience. All the staff are welcoming, friendly and lovely people. There are 16 rooms - all unique. We hope to eventually stay in them all - might take us a few years! The attached restaurant (Nava) is 1st rate too.

현대적인 시설과 고전적인 감성이 잘 어우러진 멋진 호텔입니다. 테라스가 있는 펜트하우스로 업그레이드 해주었는데 정말 놀라운 방이었습니다. 직원들도 친절하고 편안하고 즐거운 경험이었어요. 호텔 근처 2분 거리에 맛집도 많고 카페도 많아요. 성과 호수가 가까워서 산책하기도 좋아요. 모든것이 완벽합니다.

Kahvaltı bölümünde çalışan bir personelin genel tavrı dışında olumsuz bir şey yaşamadık. İlgili personelde sonra uyarılmış olmalı ki son derece farklı bir yaklaşım sergiledi.

Το Stoes Boutique Hotel στα Ιωάννινα είναι ένα πραγματικά υπέροχο κατάλυμα, προσεγμένο μέχρι την τελευταία λεπτομέρεια. Το ξενοδοχείο είναι εξαιρετικά σχεδιασμένο, με σεβασμό στην ιστορία και την παλαιότητα του κτιρίου, συνδυάζοντας με πολύ όμορφο τρόπο την παραδοσιακή αισθητική με τη σύγχρονη άνεση. Οι παροχές του είναι απόλυτα αντάξιες ενός boutique ξενοδοχείου αυτού του επιπέδου, ενώ οι χώροι είναι κομψοί, καθαροί και ιδιαίτερα φιλόξενοι. Το δωμάτιό μας ήταν πολύ όμορφο, άνετο και προσεγμένο, δημιουργώντας αμέσως μια αίσθηση χαλάρωσης και ζεστασιάς. Το προσωπικό ήταν εξαιρετικά ευγενικό, χαμογελαστό και εξυπηρετικό καθ’ όλη τη διάρκεια της διαμονής μας. Τους ευχαριστούμε ιδιαίτερα για την όμορφη κίνηση να βάλουν παιχνίδια στο δωμάτιο για τον μικρό μας — ήταν μια λεπτομέρεια που μας συγκίνησε και έκανε τη διαμονή μας ακόμα πιο ευχάριστη. Η τοποθεσία του ξενοδοχείου είναι επίσης ιδανική, καθώς βρίσκεται σε πολύ βολικό σημείο, μόλις λίγα λεπτά από τη Λίμνη των Ιωαννίνων και κοντά σε όλα όσα θέλει να επισκεφθεί κανείς στην πόλη. Συνολικά, ήταν μια εξαιρετική εμπειρία διαμονής. Το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα σε όποιον επισκεφθεί τα Ιωάννινα και αναζητά έναν χώρο με χαρακτήρα, αισθητική, άνεση και πραγματική φιλοξενία. Θα χαρούμε πολύ να επιστρέψουμε!
