Τόσο καλή ομάδα που δε θα μπορούσα να μη βάλω άριστα. Δεν δυσκολεύτηκα πουθενά στη διαμονή μου που είναι το βασικό μου ζητούμενο, καθώς ηρθα για εργασία στην περιοχή.

Clean, within walking distance to attractions, staff was incredibly nice and helpful and the complimentary breakfast was amazing.

We didn’t realize the key card needed to be inserted to get the lights, tv to work so we had to call the front desk but it sounds like that is pretty common in Europe, so maybe that’s on us :)

Great location. Right in the centre of town. Exceptional breakfast with many kinds of food on offer: English breakfast, Continental, Greek, Japanese...... Fruit juice, fresh fruit, Greek yoghurt and pastries too if you want. Comfortable bed, hot shower, hairdryer and iron. Adjustable air conditioning. A handy lift for anyone with heavy baggage. Friendly staff. The reception closes at 22.00, after which you enter with a door code provided at the start of your stay. Only one issue, not really concerning the hotel. The hotel is on the corner of a busy main street, so you need to keep the windows closed to shut out the noise.

Absolutely lovely times. We had the loft included in our room, thank you! Both the room and toilet are spacious. Clean and comfortable beds, especially if you like soft cushiony beds. Breakfast hours are until 10.30am, with continental breakfast, croissants, omelette, pancakes, yoghurt, fruit platters…wow! Staffs are warm and nice - Vasilis is always very friendly and helpful, thank you to him! Hotel is near to a number of eateries, within walking distance to the ferry side, and also can walk to the shopping district. Wonderful stay in Ioannina!

Tout était parfait. Le personnel de l’hôtel était aux petits soins. La chambre était très grande et la literie confortable. Le petit déjeuner (grec) délicieux. Emplacement parfait pour visiter Ioannina. Parking proximité si vous ne trouvez pas de place pour vous garer dans la rue

όταν η φιλοξενία ξεκινάει με ένα τόσο ζεστό καλωσόρισμα, συνεχίζει με ένα καταπληκτικό δωμάτιο, ένα υπέροχο πρωινό και ένα αληθινό "καλό ταξίδι" δεν μπορείς παρά να το συστήνεις ανεπιφύλαχτα!!!

Το προσωπικό ήταν άριστο και το παλικάρι στο πρωινό από τους ποιο επαγγελματίες

Πεντακάθαρα, πλούσιο πρωινό, ευγενεστατο προσωπικό τέλεια περιοχή. Πολύ ήσυχα. Άνετο κρεβάτι.

Δεν υπάρχει κάτι που δεν μου άρεσε.

Πολύ ωραία δωμάτια και το προσωπικό μας εξυπηρέτησε άριστα Η τοποθεσία είναι τρομερή και έχει κ δημόσιο δωρεάν πάρκινγκ πάρα πολύ κοντά που πάντα βρίσκεις θέση!

πολυ καθαρο σε πολυ κεντρικο σημειο, το προσωπικο ηταν ολοι υπεροχοι και προθυμοι να σε εξυπηρετησουν , το πρωινο στο εφερναν στο τραπεζι αλλα ειχε οτι χρειαζοσουν . το πρωινο ειχε πολυ καλη ποιοτητα προιοντων(πχ ειχε φρεσκοστημενο χυμο πορτοκαλι και οχι ετοιμο χυμο). αν και μειναμε μονο δυο βραδια μας αλλαξαν πετσετες μπανιου.

Η τοποθεσία είναι ιδανική, το ξενοδοχείο υπέροχο, το προσωπικό πολύ πρόθυμο και αποτελεσματικό, το πρωϊνό πολύ ικανοποιητικό.

Δυστυχώς, δεν υπάρχει εργαζόμενος νυχτερινός στην Reception και γι΄αυτό τον λόγο νομίζω πως κάποιοι πελάτες δεν σέβονται τις ώρες κοινής ησυχίας!! Την μία από τις δύο βραδιές, γύρω στις 1.30 μετά τα μεσάνυχτα, κατέφθασε παρέα μεσηλίκων πελατών μετά από διασκέδαση και φώναζαν από τον ένα όροφο στον άλλον για να συννενοηθούν!!! Δεν υπήρχε κανείς να τους κάνει παρατήρηση και αναγκάστηκα να βγω εγώ η ίδια. Φυσικά έκανα 2 ώρες να ξανακοιμηθώ από την ταραχή γιατί στην αρχή νόμιζα πως κάτι σοβαρό έγινε, σεισμός, φωτιά, κάτι τέτοιο.... Κρίμα!!

Het personeel in het hotel was geweldig. De kamers zijn mooi en superschoon. Het ontbijt was super! Dit hotel is een aanrader!

Excellent location and very polite staff! Also, excellent cleanliness and care.

Zeer ruim ontbijt a la carte. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Kamer en badkamer waren top. Bestelde koffie werd naar de kamer gebracht en niet aangerekend., was in de prijs inbegrepen. Hotel op wandelafstand van de historische stad en het meer.

Hebben geen eigen parking, maar we kregen een tip van een vriendin dat er een parking heel dicht bij lag. We betaalden daar per dag €20. Misschien een optie dat het hotel dit voor zijn klanten zelf zou kunnen regelen, al dan niet aan een betere prijs?

Le personnel était très attentionné et gentil. La chambre était très joliment décorée, propre, bien équipée. Le petit-déjeuner était incroyable et, de surcroît, servi à table. L'hôtel est idéalement situé. Toutefois, pour se garer gratuitement, il faut se rendre au parking municipal situé au bord du lac (10 minutes). Hormis ce petit désagrément, notre séjour fut parfait !

Όλα ήταν υπέροχα,αρκετά καθαρά και τα παιδιά στην ρεσεψιόν πολύ ευγενικά και φιλικά. Και το πρωινό τέλειο.

Ίσως το ανωστρωμα στα κρεβάτια θα ήταν πιο βολικό είτε να αφαιρεθεί είτε να μπει ένα στην διάσταση ακριβώς του κρεβατιού. Στο δωμάτιο που μείναμε ήταν λίγο μικρότερο και λίγο άβολο στον ύπνο

Albergo risalente al 1934 da tre generazioni di proprietà della stessa famiglia, recentemente rinnovato presenta tutti i comforts. Posizione eccellente, camere e bagni spaziosisimmi. Ottima e ricca la colazione continentale servita nella hall. Personale molto gĵentile e competente nel dare informazioni sui luoghi limitroiï

Mary was so kind and attentive. Breakfast was great!

From the hotel receptionist, to the continental breakfast, service was excellent. The accommodations were superb.The room was very clean, the bed, very comfortable, the bathroom had a standalone bathtub, with separate shower. The linens were in excellent condition and the lighting set the mood. It was perfect.

Accepts the waiter was very friendly , nothing make me give a star for this hotel . There are nothing of 5 star hotel in here.

The room is small, no carpet at all, the bad room no toothpaste, the bed is uncomfortable. for one night there my back pain in the next 3 days.

Εξαιρετικό το ξενοδοχείο. Το προσωπικό πολυ εξυπηρετικό και επαγγελματικό. Άνετο κρεββάτι, πλούσιο πρωινό, οπου σου ετοιμαζαν οτι ήθελες. Σε πολυ κεντρικό σημείο. Πρόσβαση με τα πόδια στα αξιοθέατα, την λίμνη και το κέντρο. Ενα όμορφο, διατηρητέο κτίριο. Χωρίς φόρο διαμονής.

The bedroom was very clean with eccellent services. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was eccellent.

This traditional Ioannina hotel has had a successful makeover a few years ago and is a very good choice in the centre of the city, notwithstanding issues of traffic noise; we kept windows closed at night and relied on the efficient aircon for comfort. Our deluxe room (an upgrade) was very comfortable; particular praise for the bed! The shower was excellent plus we had a freestanding bath tub. Breakfast is served in an attractive setting; omelettes are excellent and I particularly appreciated a plate of fresh fruit. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I would certainly choose this hotel again if revisiting Ioannina, a lively town in a glorious setting on Lake Pamviotis, surrounded by mountains. I also recommend an excursion to the Perama caves, a short local bus ride away.

First of all- super easy to reach with your car! It's located on the main road, and it's very easy to drop off your luggage or find parking nearby (we found one really close, but I know there are a few parking garages around). It's located mere few hundred meters from the city center and the old town. Everything was reachable by foot and we didn't have to move our car at all! The rooms themselves are brand new and stunning. We were given a free upgrade to a deluxe room and it was amazing! Super clean and spacious. The staff were also very very nice and accommodating. A big shout-out to Vasilis, who gave us fabulous dinner recommendations, helped with planning our day, and the next morning even got there extra early to make sure we have time for breakfast since we had to leave early!! He was so nice, he really loves his job and it was important for him that everything went perfectly. Overall- really 10 out of 10!

Nice location. Very friendly staff. Very nice breakfast. Very personalized treatment. Very good quality-price ratio. Spacious room. Small hotel; not suitable if you want anonymity.

Noise from the street enters the room. The zone is reasonably quiet, but sometimes there is noise. This is not a five star hotel, but the price is correct for the place. (Five star hotels are usually way more expensive...) In my room I was missing a suitable desk for working.

Great location downtown, lovely staff, very clean. The room was spacious. Definitely recommend it for your stay.

Could be more soundproof.

If you need have rest, relax, total body-recovery - book this hotel! Soundproofing is amazing, the hosts are super friendly, room is perfect, breakfast is full. Location 🫶 after a few days of traveling with car, it was the first point of real quality rest

We initially decided on this hotel due to its proximity to the city center. It turned out to be a great stay. The rooms were spacious, elegant and most importantly, spotless. There were two available parking locations for anyone traveling by car at two different price levels, both of which were very close to the hotel. The receptionist, Vasilis, was also very helpful and gave us plenty of advice on how to best experience Ioannina.

Vasilis was amazing he needs a raise!!!! He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was pleasant!

Everything was perfect!

Not sure about the 5*, more of 4* for us, very comfortable bedding but I found the bed position not very FengShui. Above all, perfect location and very very nice staff. Definitely to be recommended.

This hotel is centrally located, and is within walking distance to sights and restaurants that Ioannina has to offer. Don’t let the historic Art Deco exterior fool you into thinking the hotel is outdated. It is very modern inside, with a modest cafe/dining area. The rooms are spotless and very well maintained. Bonus: the staff are very helpful and super- friendly, and very accommodating ( Yassas Vasilis! We miss your welcoming morning greetings!); the continental breakfasts are very generous! They even cook custom order eggs any style, and the coffee is excellent! I strongly recommend this hotel. We could not be anymore fortunate to have found this place. Will definitely stay here again on a future visit.
