Good value for money

The location is good, easy to get to restaurants and bars, plus quite at night,

I see only advantages. I've stayed for two nights, and both times I had enjoyed a peaceful sleep in my room. Everything have worked fine, on my 5th floor I've had a real city view, not a "wall-view" or something. Every sight in district 1 had been so easy to reach. The bus station had been also only in 100 metres. My first night had been on weekday, around 300k dong. Nothing to add more. Just enjoy.

De kamer was heel ruim en schoon. Alle faciliteiten voelden nieuw aan. Ook het bed was heerlijk! Het personeel was behulpzaam en denken mee als je vragen hebt of niet uitkomt met je planning. We hadden een late busreis en konden gelukkig nog een aantal uren erbij boeken. Ook onze bagage konden we achterlaten zonder extra kosten. En de locatie was top!

Très bien placé dans la ville. Très proche des bus pour le Cambodge. Plein de restaurants dans les environs. Facile de prendre un Grab d'ici. Pas d'ascenseur mais on nous a aidé pour monter les bagages. Possible de laisser les bagages en consigne pour la journée.

Emplacement proche des commodités et des rues animés sans la perturbations du bruit. Chambre propre.

Devoir passer par un barbershop pour accéder aux chambres sans ascenseur. Les équipements sont assez vétuste et abîmé . L’eau chaude aléatoire.

Fijne, schone, ruime kamer. Locatie perfect. Midden in het bacpackers gedeelte maar in een steeg zonder herrie. Het was muisstil.

the room it s quite good staff very helpfull

i have 70 yo and 3 floor up down without lift it s a inconvenience. This shoul be mentioned in booking it s that rigth. Also when mentioning Tv ther s only as decoration or only you tube that i have in my phone anyway. So i expect to what world cup nothing at all

Bien placé dans une toute petite rue non accessible aux voitures donc très calme. Chambre spacieuse. Personnel très sympa, souriant et disponible. Eau chaude, clim ok. J'ai aimé la literie. Prises au bord du lit.

Pas d'ascenseur mais on nous a porté nos bagages donc cela revient au même On a jamais réussi à faire fonctionner la tv mis cela a été pareil dans tous les hôtels et on avait une clef USB avec des films poir le soir. Donc pas grave

Very close to Walking street + Markets

We were disappointed with our stay at this hotel, especially considering it was one of the more expensive places we stayed during our travels through South East Asia. Upon arrival, we left our luggage at reception while waiting for check-in so we could explore the city. When we returned, the staff member at reception rudely questioned the size/weight of our bags, which we later discovered was because there were no elevators in any of the buildings. Had this been communicated to us earlier, we likely would have chosen alternative accommodation better suited to our needs. We were repeatedly told this information was listed on Booking.com, however after checking multiple times, we could not find this disclosed anywhere. We had also booked a “city view” room, but the actual view was simply of the neighbouring buildings, which did not match expectations. Additionally, our room was not serviced during our stay, and we had to walk to another building to request basic items such as toilet paper and fresh towels. Another disappointment was the payment process. A sign at reception stated there was a 3% card surcharge, however we were charged 4% and told the sign was outdated. This felt unfair, as customers should not be responsible for incorrect pricing information displayed by the hotel. Unfortunately, despite the positive reviews we originally saw before booking, our experience did not reflect them. Overall, the hotel felt very misleading compared to what was advertised.

The location is very good. Close to the walking street. The bathroom is clean and new.

The mattress and blanket were not clean, and there were flies and mosquitoes in the room. Anyway, it is also my fault for not informing the staff. We were too tired to complain to the staff.

Value to money, friendly staff.

The air conditioner remote control was a bit odd. The air conditioner itself worked, but the remote didn't display the temperature or change it.

ישנו בקומה חמישית בלי מעלית, הניקיון טעון שיפור.

Ubytování bylo čisté a pohodlné. Velmi výhodná poloha v centru a přitom v klidném prostředí. Hezká koupelna.

1.24小時都有櫃檯，櫃檯人員都很親切都會主動打招呼，也都能夠用英語簡單溝通，並儘量滿足我們的需求（礦泉水、掃房間、被子、多要一張房卡⋯⋯） 2.離范五老街、濱城市場很近，幾乎可步行抵達 3.以這樣的價格來說，CP值非常高，四人房住五晚不到六千台幣 4.如果提早入住可以寄放行李 5.因為聲音的問題，我們想換房間，也很阿莎力讓我們換到高樓層的房間 6.他們有好幾棟同名的旅館都在同一條街，我們換房間後是住在一棟一樓是理髮廳的旅館，但也不用擔心因為門口有磁扣需要逼卡才能進去，滿安全的 7.他們的房間沒有照騙，都是真實拍的

1.大部分非飯店的這種小民宿都沒有電梯，如果有長輩出遊或行李很多的人要再考慮 2.因為離夜店街很近，所以低樓層的房間容易有噪音，怕聲音的話應該可以提早跟飯店聯絡要高樓層的房間 3.會有小蟲子小螞蟻 4.換房間前的房間馬桶蓋有點問題但吹風機很強，換房間後的房間廁所抽風在廁所外面（？），就有點有一好沒兩好的感覺

The apartment are comfortable, have plenty of light and a view. They are close to the action with plenty of restaurants and bars. I would really recommend as a great value hotel

It was a bit noisy with the bars arround, but nothing disturbed our sleep. There's no lift, so you have yo walk up stairs.

Все комфортно, ночь заселили без проблем, местоположение прекрасное, в маленькой улочке рядом с центром) пешком с чемоданом очень близко от отеля да места отправления слипбаса в Нячанг)

Nous étions au 3e étage, les lieux sont calmes. .

Les serviettes étaient sales, et les draps pas vraiment nets...la salle d'eau pas entretenue.. C'est vraiment dommage. Heureusement nous n'y étions que pour 2 nuits et nous avons passés nos 2 jours à l'extérieur.

Great location and comfortable room. Friendly staff who booked us on a great trip to the tunnels and let us leave our bags on the day we checked out. Great value for money hotel in HCMC.

Great location good staff! Everything was standard and the room was clean, basic amenities that worked well. The noise was not a problem for us at any time of the day despite a few reviews saying it bothered them, we heard no music or noise from the street even when it was busy.

There were quite a few ants in the room despite it being on the 5th floor! It wasn’t a total infestation but it made the stay slightly uncomfortable, can’t bring food or anything into the room as it would make the matter worse. The room was on the 5th floor with no elevator which was unpleasant to climb in hot heat. When we arrived they moved us to their sister hotel as it must have been overbooked, the amenities were a lot more basic in the sister hotel but it sufficed.

Location is good and rooms are fine. Barhroom has good waterpressure. Beware with the heater because it is very effective and hot. You have to put on water and feel the heat and adjust it to your preference. Every mm you turn the handle to the left...it changes significantly. Once you find it comfortable and fine the temperatur will be stable Now you know.

Although it says there is a safetybox in the room, in the description on Booking, there was'nt any. At least not in room 1A or 1B which we stayed in . Even if it feels that the hotel itself is safe since there always are some staff sitting at the gate, I dont feel comfortable leaving passports/money/laptop in room. All theese are to vital and important when you are travelling. If they get lost.......you will be in deep trouble which also will destroy your plans for your travels.

Отличное местоположение. Хозяин встретил нас в 2 часа ночи, обменял валюту, мы сразу у него приобрели билеты на комфортный слипбас. В номере есть всё самое необходимое. Отличное соотношение цена-качество.

Room was a little dirty with some sticky stains on counter where many ants were coming to and from. There was some garbage in the drawers so clearly wasnt cleaned thoroughly

My room had a broken air conditioner and was really hot so i couldnt sleep. Generally the room isnt worth the price at all. There's almost no room for parking a bike and even if you find a place the workers move your bike and squeeze it somewhere else wothout you knowing. One morning a came down to my bike parked outside and i find out that the owner put on my bike a rent sign for his own advertisment even though i did not rent the bike from him. And when i confornted him about it he tried to weasle his way out of the inconviniance . STAINS ON THE BLANKET AND TOWELS

Easy access

Stairs to the 5th floor. The bus payed was a two layer sleeper with less and vip. Wow this was a shot hole. The bus is probably 30 years old and falling apart. We stopped 3 time so the driver could fix his seat. With the about of times the driver blows the horn. Not sure how any body could sleep. Paid $400,000 value $150,000. The stop for food not good take a lunch. Better yet don't take any services from this hotel. And request lower floor or move.

They cancelled our reservation without telling us

Останавливались на 2 ночи. Все понравилось. Очень приятный персонал, сотрудник с ресепшена принял нас поздней ночью, помог поднять до номера чемоданы, при выселении также помог с чемоданами до такси. Отель находится в оживленном районе, рядом полно кафешек, пешая доступность до центра города с его достопримечательностями. По соотношению цена/качество можно рекомендовать.

Расположение - топ, прекрасная атмосфера, близко до основных достопримечательностей, много ресторанов, магазинов, близко к торговым центрам. Чисто, не шумно, несмотря на весьма оживленную ночную жизнь вокруг, хорошая кровать.

Отсутствие лифта. У нас был высокий этаж и крутая лестница. Было тяжеловато с вещами подниматься наверх. Конечно можно попросить помощь персонала. Мы сразу не догадались)
