Three Bedroom Georgian Retreat

Location. Well equipped kitchen. Good bathroom supplies.

Draughty front door right next to sitting area. Some glasses unclean. Several balls of hair from previous occupants on lounge carpet.

Fabulous accomodation, can’t fault any part of our stay.

Nothing disliked, but would recommend adding a soft lamp to the lounge area, bright white down-lights were a bit harsh for unwinding and relaxing with tv, at the end of a long day. We used one of the bedroom lamps for our stay.

Great place, perfect location for in the city. Spacious, comfortable, the bath tub was amazing! The little TV room worked a treat with the young one. Excellent hosts, promt communication. We were able to extend our booking very last minute which was no problem. Would recommend and rebook in the future 😊

This home was perfectly clean, well thought out, furnished with comfortable beds, linen, couches, and towels, and modern furniture.

Our hosts were great communicators and really appreciated the check in after we arrived. Lovely apartment and plenty of space. Great location too.

Nothing.

Perfect accommodation for our group of five. Walking distance to city centre. Very clean property and excellent communication from owner.

Loved location - walking distance to CBD Loved mini TV room for kids Loved downstairs toilet Loved courtyard Comfortable beds

Needs air-conditioning on 3rd floor Courtyard was left filthy, sticky from previous guests Needs kids cutlery and plates and cups Carport entry incredibly tight - we did manage to get our Nissan xtrail through but it was VERY stressful!

Clean, comfortable and cozy. Hosts gave clear instructions for entry and were very responsive. Excellent location for walking into CBD. Kitchen is well-supplied.

We enjoyed the cleanliness and comfortness very much!

The flat is a 3 bedrooms housing a max of 6 person. However, 1) with only 1 bathroom, it is a bit too congested for 6 guests. 2) the parking facility is limited to small vehicles and does not accomodate 6-8 seater cars, necessitating street parking with additional metered charges.

Close to everything, clean and comfortable

Lovely house, great location

Nothing, everything was perfect

Modern, clean, well located, easy to access. Warm and light. Bedrooms a good size.

Location, cleanliness, facilities.

Inaccessible car park for medium/large cars.

Convenient central location, great facilities and very comfortable beds!

Nothing to complain 😊

Awsome communication with owner. Great location clean and tidy and three bedrooms for us was a plus

A very well appointed, new apartment in an excellent location.

It was not advised anywhere that the parking was only suitable for small cars. We were only advised of this a few days before we arrived. We managed, but would be good to have this sort of information available at the time of booking.

Location: walking distance to city centre and easy parking. With three bedrooms ideal for families with up to four children. Kitchen had great facilities. Comfortable bathroom. Clear instructions from hosts.

Location! Quiet! Easy check in/out!

Ruim huis, goede faciliteiten.

Niets

Fresh and fairly new home. Bijou kitchen and sitting area but good sized bedrooms.

Good location, nice and clean

On site parking is quite a squeeze for anything more than a small car

The property is very clean and we were able to get in without issues. It has everything we need, even a rice cooker! It’s a beautiful property and we had a very comfortable stay.

Nothing

Very clean, the kitchen amenities were great and the overall look of the house was gorgeous

The noise from the road was a little loud especially on one side of the house.

Great spot, charming house.

The house was just what we wanted for a few days in Christchurch, it was a cold week and the house was very warm and cosy. The 3 bedrooms over the top two floors had comfortable beds and plenty of wardrobe space. The washing machine was a nice bonus and everything we needed in the kitchen. Jason was a fantastic host, who kept in contact to make sure we were happy and any questions answered quickly. The shops and CBD were a 10 minute walk away, so we didn't need to drive and pay parking fees. Can also recommend the short walk to Little Poms cafe for breakfast, delicious food and coffee.

Nothing, it was great!

The situation of the house is very fonctional. The house is very well equipped and is confortable. It' a very cosy place.

Easy check in, friendly host , clean and tidy house

Very Small but probably the car park only good if you have a small car large you will have to park on the road

Beautiful, modern and clean. Great location. Would highly recommend and would stay there again if we find ourselves in Christchurch again.

Extremely trivial and not even a complaint but no full length mirrors in the apartment. Would recommend adding one to at least one bedroom

There are many well designed apartments in Christchurch, unfortunately this was not one of them. Located on a busy multi lane road, the access by vehicle to the property was a hassle. The neighbour parks their car directly in front of the driveway, you also have to ensure you are in the far left lane to enter. The driveway is definitely not suitable for cars larger than a ford fiesta, mini or similar. We were advised of this after the booking was made. The damage to the side of the building is evidence of this. The lounge room has a green door which opens onto a small patio. It is not insulated nor weather sealed. It rattles at the slightest movement outside, which with constant traffic and heavy vehicles is frequent. When we stayed it was 12c outside in the daytime, and the door rendered the heat pump inefficient, so we had to wear our puffer jackets inside. Two of the three bedrooms are on the roadside, and yes you can hear the traffic. The blinds which are neutral do not block out light at night. In the bathroom located on the middle floor there is a large frosted window on the wall of the shower. When the light it is on it’s not effective at blocking your silhouette, which was uncomfortable. The height of the bath and the stairs mean this property is not suitable for movement impaired people. Lugging a suit case up three flights of step stairs is also a hassle. I can see how the property would be suitable for large groups of young people. The property photographs well, which is why we booked it. The hosts are good at communication. The bed was comfortable, the selection of cushions was not. Unfortunately the property wasn’t suitable for our needs,

We booked this apartment because of the free parking and it’s walkable to the main attractions. The apartment is very modern, clean and new.

place and beds. Nice service provided. With some clear guidance and info.

Great modern town house, walkable into the city. Good kitchen.

Small lounge, outside space too noisy due to busy road.

Very clean, excellent location, staggering distance to town :) We were ok but some small milk containers would have been appreciated by people we were travelling with. Extremely good value for money.

1. The owner is easy to communicate and flexible. The check in instructions is very clear. 2. The house is extremely beautiful, clean, and new. The facilities are high quality and fully equipped. 3. The location is great.

Nothing at all. Everything is perfect. This house is one of the best accommodations I have ever booked.

Great location, easy walk to the city and near the river. Very clean, comfortable, spacious and modern and we definitely recommend it for anyone whether it’s business or holiday accommodation.

Accommodated 6 adults

Pillows were uncomfortable and there was no milk on arrival

Great location, enough space for 6….. clean and warm. Quiet neighbours too. Easy communication with property manager.

Shame the developers didn’t think the drive way area through, our rental car was too big to turn the corner but plenty of off street parking available. We were grateful for the heads up about this issue, before we arrived.

Generally clean and modern.

Cups were so stained inside, we weren’t sure if they had been washed. Pillows were so thin, perhaps it’s time to change them.

Modern, clean and comfortable.

Ease of walking distance to beautiful areas and shops.
