Sometimes noise can be heard inside room. And our key card was not working since our checkin ! When we updated to front office : the respond from front desk staff was not helpful! They said please come downstairs so we went it repeated for the 4th times and again they told me to come downstairs . So , i went and told them to change the Key Card then if worked !

Rooms are very small , power is going every day, one hour - the area is closed for road construction- vehicles access is limited to the hotel zone. Dusty roads, heavy machineries operates during night time . Most of hours AC goes off - poor information from reception

Wheelchair friendly room is usable by wheelchair users but it is a bit small so the wheelchair cannot reach most parts of the room and the bathroom, while a roll-in, needs some adjustments. The toilet seat was difficult to get up from because of placement of the railings.
