Extra expenses were being asked about the guest which were coming to meet in the room and this is not fair at all . I did not see any ectravagenous charges like this in other hotels . Moreover this is not written any where that the complementary snacks will also be charged . They charged while check-out for snacks too

As im a regular visitor in trust the brand and it's service.

I booked two triple occupancy rooms...but was allowed only one person per room and was charged extra money for the rest of my guests and the worst part of it was the rude behavior of operation manager. It was quite insulting and humiliating. Overall it was a bad experience.

Bishwaranjan sir is very polite and helpful person here, he arranged a very good and planned setup for my date on my wifes birthday.

Had an amazing experience. Booked with CherishX. Melony was there to serve us throughout the evening and she was very good. All in all would definitely recommend!

The service has been very good, staff is cooperative, working in a relaxed and smiling mode. Front desk staff, Shruti and Deepak helped us with all our queries and requests. So good if them. Breakfast was also good and served by all with a smile . Really nice experience.

We have chosen this hotel because of. Location near to our meeting area. We found it resonantly decent hotel. Rooms are good with scope of improvement but much better then other in Bangalore. Breakfast selection was good how ever service promptness need improvement. Check in and check out was very prompt and the receptionist Shrushti was very efficiently managed.

Foul smell was coming from the room’s aircon. Seems they didn’t do regular maintenance of the aircon.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The rooms were spacious, the atmosphere was peaceful, and everything was well organized. What truly made our stay exceptional was the reception team. A special shout-out to the receptionists Shruti and deepa who were incredibly helpful, welcoming, and professional from the moment we arrived. They assisted us with all our questions, gave clear information, and made us feel genuinely valued as guests. Their warm smiles and positive attitude really stood out. Customer service like that makes all the difference, and it definitely enhanced our overall experience. I would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again!

Stayed with 8 family members for a night. We loved the stay here. Surprisingly the food was exceptional and service was impeccable. Mr Shankar in the restaurant was super helpful. We loved the stay and would highly recommend.

This was my first time in India. The room was nice and clean. Facilities in the room were good. The food was great. The staff had good service minds. What impressed me was the service in the breakfast area, especially Ms. Melony, who took care of me and other guests very well. Even though there were constructions all over the city, but I felt relaxed when I went back to the hotel.

We came for a candle light dinner for our anniversary.. it was a great experience. The staff was extremely cordial, Meloni and Jyoti took really good care of us and were available all the while for us. Great experience.

The staff late in The night when checking in was rude and stupid

I stayed at Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Bangalore for 8 days, and overall it was a comfortable and pleasant experience. The rooms were well maintained, housekeeping was consistent, and the stay felt smooth with no unnecessary hassles. What really stood out was the staff attitude and service quality, especially from the restaurant and housekeeping teams. Melony Thomas from the restaurant team deserves special appreciation. She was warm, attentive, and genuinely cared about guest comfort. Her service made meals feel welcoming rather than transactional, which is rare and appreciated during a long stay. Mrinal Roy from the housekeeping team was equally impressive. The room was kept clean and organized throughout my stay, and he was polite, professional, and prompt whenever required. Because of people like Melony and Mrinal, the stay felt personal and comfortable, not just another hotel booking. I would definitely consider staying here again and recommend it to business travelers looking for reliable service and courteous staff.

Nice breakfast and reasonable food selection. good location in Kalyan-nagar. Great value for money for the price. The staff are very helpful and never say no, even at 2am some one came to help me to turn on the a/c in my room.

The entrance is a bit cramped but everything else about the hotel is great.

Staff very efficient, breakfast excellent as usual, bed and pillows made for restful sleep, hot showers.

Initially room appeared dirty around the edges, but this was corrosion of the marble because of the cleaning agents used. Metro being built just outside and venue will be much better when completed. Toilet seat loose.

The staff was very courteous and helpful. Room was comfortable and barroom was well kept.

Nothing really to not like about the hotel. Only the pillows were little big and not very comfortable. Rest everything was good.

The service was too slow. The mini fridge was not cooling at all. Pictures shown on the site are totally different from the actual.

Overall decent experience, room service was quick but somehow they managed to melt all the ice in stock and were not able to provide an ice bucket hence ordering in from Instamart, reception seemed more bias towards overseas visitors just asking if anything was taken from the mini bar and making us wait instead in order to send someone to the room to check weather anything was taken and a 50 lakh new car recently detailed and polished was brought back to be covered in filth and muck with an excuse that it rained which it didn’t because we were awake throughout through out the night. We keep visiting multiple properties throught India including country inn Amritsar regularly, this particular Bangalore branch needs to step it up!!!

Hotel country inn suits by Radisson is well maintained hotel with very polite convey our, helpful and respectful staff both at reception and even in restaurant and fell like at home , provide customised foods when we request that’s awesome . Thanks and wish each one of them all the best

Nivedita Deepa were really helpful polite and they do all this with a smile when goes and mile nowadays. They were helpful when my flight was delayed and I requested late check out they honoured my request. Excellent service

I go once a month to Bangalore and it's where I stay. I know the staff and they know me. It's located close to Hebbal and the staff is great. Food is good too. The best part are the rooms with the window bed.

Excellent breakfast and tasty dishes. As you like they can prepare for you also. This is really good. They are very friendly to co-operate with you and make you them order for dish preparation. The location is acceptable, and it is walking distance from Hilton.

I like this Hotel very much because staff co-operation friendly, breakfast is excellent, and acceptable cost for their buffet with several dishes. Therefore, make me pleasure and comfortable to stay there. Area of one person in a room was very good.

Very poor service , very slow staff Please check the bills before you make the payments. The staff will not smile at you they The reception is horrible, they will not give you bills on time , it's 100 unprofessional hotel. I m a vip Radisson guest but they don't value don't know how it is with Radisson group.
