Capitani Guest House

Proche aéroport. Service navette. Beau .

Was great location and very accomodating owner :)

Really nice property with nice area and garden you can spend nice time on

Lovely, comfy place to stay. Lovely people, great facilities, and shuttle service to the airport was much appreciated. Recommendations for eating out only a 10-15 min walk away too. Would definitely stay again.

No issues at all.

Very clean & quiet. Staff very helpful.

The property was convenient to the airport, clean and the owners were extremely helpful

Amazing Property as well as the people who run it. Cristiana was so thoughtful and kind and directed my trip to the airport perfectly with a shuttle on premises. Clean neat and wonderful

tutto molto curato. ambienti nuovi e curati nei dettagli.

nulla

Owners were super friendly and helpful. Perfect place to spend a night before flying from the airport in the neighborhood.

Everything was perfect!

Owners were nice and friendly, free ride from the airport to the apartment, cleanliness, food was good, free bikes, good air conditioning!

Everything was great!

Very clean, spacious, and comfortable. They have an airport shuttle service for 15 euro which is less expensive than the taxis on the FreeNow or Uber apps. The breakfast had everything I needed to fuel up before a long travel day.

Wished it was a little closer to some of the shopping and restaurants. It’s probably only a 15-20 minute walk, but I was there when it was 95 degrees which made walking a bit uncomfortable.

The owners were friendly, helpful and very obliging . The room immaculate, clean and modern.

N/a as all excellent

Silenzioso ,pulito ,

Cerca al aeropuerto

Very friendly lady keeping the house in order. Close enough to the airport.

The room could use an upgrade as its a bit run down. Its hard to find this place by public transport

It is a friendly family run place with a lovely conservatory surrounded by fruit trees.

For a newcomer, getting to the place from the airport by public transport was not easy. But we got better at it from the second day

Lovely clean cool modern room and bathroom. Owners very friendly and helpful and location great for airport and walking distance to beaches and restaurants etc.

This was the perfect place to stay as my final nights accommodation before departing Italy at Fiumicino airport. It was clean and comfortable with wonderful, friendly and very generous hosts. The taxi service to the airport was very convenient. What I didn’t realise when booking was what a great area it is located in with exceptional restaurants along the port only a short walk away. I highly recommend Capitani Guest House.

There is nothing I didn’t like.

Soundproof, clean and comfortable. The shuttle service was good. Communication with them was good.

Nice and good location

Difficult to get to by pub transport

The hosts Stefano and Cristiana were wonderful and accommodating in every way! The restaurant Stefano recommended was delicious! We loved everything about the property! From the fresh water and cookies in our room, bikes, and delicious breakfast! The house is immaculate!! I would highly recommend staying here!!

Our host was exceptionally kind and accommodating. They went above and beyond to answer our questions about accessibility. We also arrived later in the evening and they ensured we had very clear instructions to make our late checkin a breeze. The large spread of breakfast options was also a lovely touch!

Nothing to note!

It was just a few minutes away from restaurants and a short bus ride from the airport.

I told them when I would be checking in and when I got there, no one answered the doorbell. I had to call the number. Other than that, no complaints

Location, location, location …… close to airport Very clean, great breakfast!

Perfect overnight stay prior to my departure home to Perth. Lovely clean rooms, wonderful breakfast and such a helpful and friendly host. Thank you so much I highly recommend staying here 😊

Staff were very lovely, bed was comfy and facilities were great as well as good breakfast

Do dyspozycji patio w ogrodzie gdzie można wieczorem miło spędzić czas. Śniadania w sam raz, a kawę podaje właściciel. Szczerze polecamy to miejsce.

From check-in to check-out, my experience was fantastic!

Great location to the airport, clean, comfortable bed, nice breakfast and wonderful staff.

The location was good even though we were directed to take the bus and the bus dropped us off with still a 15-minute walk. Normally I wouldn't mind but lugging suitcases was a bit of a pain. The staff was super friendly.

In regards to our actual stay, we were in room 5 I believe and the plumbing ran directly beside the bed which meant we could hear everyone flushing the entire evening. You wouldn't expect it to be too disturbing, but it was actually quite loud and annoying. We weren't able to eat breakfast and it seems odd to me that a hotel that is specifically set to cater to travelers being so close to the airport would only offer breakfast starting at 7:00 a.m.. also, the airport shuttle seems a little ridiculous from 8:00 a.m. to noon. What a short time window.

Praticidade da estadia, conforto, recepção carinhosa, localização, variedade no café da manhã. Lindo e aconchegante o lugar todo ..principalmente o jardim com as frutas e plantas ! Principalmente o Albicocca ( Damasco ) que pude colher e comer direto do pé 🫶

Las instalaciones y cordialidad de sus dueños ! Lugar súper recomendable.

Spotless clean, walkable to restaurants, very hospitable hosts!

The sheets were not quite soft enough for me; but the pillow case was very soft.

This was the perfect place to stay for our night before our flight home. The owners care so much about the place they're running and were able to cater to all our needs, including having a scale on hand to weigh luggage, multiple plug options including US 2/3 prong and USB ports for charging devices on each nightstand, tips on where to eat and a readiness to book a shuttle to the airport (which we didn't need). Breakfast was simple but ample, and the location near to the airport was very convenient. The room had a little balcony area and it was honestly better than we hoped. We needed an efficient, sufficient place to stay for one night, but we could have happily stayed longer.

Great hosts, clean, close to airport. Breakfast and shuttle service

Very nice and clean. Great location and great and helpful hosts

A simpatia, atenção, zelo e principalmente o lugar extremadamente limpo, organizado e tudo novinho!! Quarto decorado a medida!!

Cercania al aeropuerto

Todo muy bien

Was soooo grateful for the owners getting our room clean and ready for us when we arrived earlier than check in time. Loved the comfy bed, breakfast and also garden to chill out in whilst waiting for our transit to airport. Good location for walk into town and cafes and restaurants. Very helpful. Highly recommend.

Nothing to fault at all.

We were satisfied with everything here: the accommodations were comfortable, there was a wide variety of food and drinks for breakfast, you could choose something to suit any taste, the location was convenient, it was easy to get to the airport, and the hosts were friendly. )))

The folks running this place were incredible kind and friendly, we could not say enough nice things about them! The room itself was spotless, and the building had nice amenities (patio, bikes, etc.)

The location was a little difficult to get to from the airport, but if you can figure out the local bus route ahead of time it’s very reasonable.

Nice options for continental breakfast.

Very clean and kindness

Ottima posizione!

Easily accessible by bus #8. There is a nice restaurant nearby..overall this is the best.

Very clean and efficient. Owner was friendly and extremely helpful. He arranged for a taxi to pick us up at 3:15 am for an early flight! He also directed us to a couple of restaurants within walking distance for dinner.

We had everything we needed. We weren’t able to have breakfast because of the early flight, but the little dining area looked nice.

Accoglienza ,pulizia e letto comodissimo

Clean The staff very nice
