Fiumicino Airport B&B Deluxe

Perfect location close to the airport Comfortable mattress and pillows Friendly and helpful Shuttle bus to and from airport. Also there is a Restaurant not far from the accommodation for dinner, that was recommended by Reception staff

Clean and good location

Didn’t provide shampoo and conditioner Reception isn’t 24 hours Quite noisy between floors

Localizaçao/quarto atende muito bem/recepcionista muito atencioso e simpatico

Struttura pulita e ben tenuta, personale cordiale e disponibile.

B&B comodo vicino all'aeroporto

Prezzo elevato per la stanza

The location was close to the airport. Air con was really good. Staff helpful

Nothing

Friendly and helpful staff. Great location for airport convenience.

Overall the price is slightly high.

Clean and functional

Some of the fixtures and fittings were a little flimsy .

The location was convenient, especially for an overnight stay near Fiumicino Airport. The receptionist was helpful and kindly lent me a phone charging cable when I needed one, which I really appreciated.

I booked two rooms for my family. Unfortunately, Room 102 had a very strong smell of cigarette smoke and it was obvious that someone had been smoking inside the room. I immediately asked for the room to be changed, especially because I was staying with my children, but I was told that all the other rooms were fully booked. I found this unacceptable and very uncomfortable for my family. In addition, there was no proper soap or shampoo provided; instead, we found used/partially empty bottles in the room. When I later went to reception to speak with a staff member about these issues, nobody was there because the receptionist had already left early. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, basic amenities, and available staff was very disappointing.

Clean

Staff were helpful. Very clean and good value for money.

Breakfast was mediocre. Could have been better quality products.

Definitely off the beaten track near the airport in some neighborhood. When we arrived at 11pm a big thumping concert was going on down the street.

You get what you pay for. Sponge beds, air conditioning barely worked.. The room never cooled down. It felt really rundown. Don’t even call it a bed and breakfast. There was no food available. No staff on premise. The only good factor was it the closeness to the airport.

Excelente todo , muy limpio

check in, staff advice, location to airport, reasonable prices, assistance with an early morning taxi

not very comfortable bed, TV in an odd location, didn't experience breakfast because of very early departure

Close to airport

No kettle in room , no cereal or food available for early travellers Bathroom was tiny

Struttura pulita e ben arredata

La gentilezza del personale

Perto do aeroporto, funcionário super educado e atencioso

Zeer vriendelijk personeel. De kamer is in orde. Vlak bij de vlieghaven. Shuttle mogelijk naar de vlieghaven.

The contacting staff is very pleasant and helpful to give me information and follow up with the driver to ensure that I was on the right bus.

The room has ants on the floor and table and water leakage in the bathroom sink.

Vicinanza all'aeroporto visto che avevamo il volo presto

Nice cool aircon.

No food/ drinks available.

Location close to airport was very convenient for our overnight stay prior to early morning flight. Comfortable and clean room. Easy checkin and checkout. Though neighborhood seems a little older, location very close to seaside restaurants and beach vibe. Sunset is a must-see !

La posizione

Perfetto

I appreciate the individualized service and the overall communication to ensure a smooth arrival and departure.

Close to airport and breakfast for 12Euis good value

Not what I expected, motel type

Struttura comoda, pulita, molto vicina all’aeroporto. Accoglienza molto cortese. Vari ristoranti raggiungibili a piedi.

La zona circostante non è bellissima.

Ottima posizione e camera confortevole.

Quartiere molto sporco.

The staff were very good

Noise at night, run down

It is very near Fiumicino airport. It takes only 10 minutes with the shuttle bus. The staff was friendly and answered all our questions. From the hotel, we could walk to Fiumicino city center (we actually had a nice dinner near the river).

The private shuttle bus to and from Fiumicino is a little pricey. Unfortunately, it seems that private transportation in Rome (in general) is quite expensive.

Friendly staff.

The bed wasn't suitable for someone with back problems. I didn't have any issue, but like I said, not for someone with sensitive backs.

Bon rapport qualité prix pour aller à l aéroport

Good breakfast, clean room.

The pipe in the bathroom was in bad shape, the water was not going out during the shower.

Very close to the airport, clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to restaurants, wine bar and great gelato at Lenci in Darsena. Staff was friendly and helpful with setting up Airport shuttle for an early morning flight. Would definitely stay here again.

Staff was great. Very prompt and easy to communicate with. The location to the airport was nice, however not very close to restaurants.

Location was most important to us. The unit was located in a residential area, not real close to anything.

Reception was lovely and welcoming

The overall location. Its very quiet and secluded

It was very close to the Airport but one of the things that I love is that the host kept in communication with me through WhatsApp days before my arrival. Because we were coming from another country we arrived late but the host made a video of how to open the lock box which key to use to open the front gate and the room and made things so simple. There was two bottles of water ready for us. These guys were exceptional and a must stay.

What I didn't like was that I did not get to spend more time at this place.

Staff was very helpful and communicative and made our stay so easy.

They were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend them.

Wouldn't change anything.

The girl at the desk was a great help. They were very accommodating. It was very clean and comfortable. Walking distance to a bunch of nice restaurants.

Location was very good; easy walking distance to multiple restaurants and small shops (like mini-market grocery). The B&B was very quiet although it's obvious you're near the airport. Plane noise was nonexistent from about 10:00 p.m. until early morning. The room was clean and comfortable and on the ground floor; no need to climb stairs. The facility will arrange for shuttle service to FCO for 10 Euros -- very reasonable. You pay the night before and they'll give you a voucher to hand to the driver. Pickup is outside the B&B gates about 30 meters away.

It wasn't clear to us (3 friends traveling together, two rooms) that you cannot check in prior to 3 or 4:00 pm. We called when the doorbell got no answer, and the proprietor came over -- not sure from where -- to let us in. Be sure to verify check in time before arrival. The B&B does not provide breakfast; however, there is a very nice and inexpensive cafe/bar just 30 meters away where you can get a cappuccino and cornetto (or whatever) in the morning.

Vicinanza aeroporto

Clean (but very basic). Cheaper option around airport area when you don’t feel like spending more money before after a holiday and before your flight home. Couple of restaurants at walking distance. Port with restaurants also at walking distance to kill time before later flight. We had a later flight so they kept our bags when we went for a walk to kill time before the flight.

It can be a bit noise with people checking in and out at odd hours of the night.

The place is nice, restful and close to the airport, is a good place to arrive and go to the Fiumicino beach or plan your departure so you don't rush from further places.

The staff is not always 24/7 so during the night you may have not a quick assistance, but there's no much to do nearby during the night so, it depends.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. We were Deaf disabled travelers—they made us feel welcome. Arragned taxi for us as we had to be at the airport 430 am.

Amazing Staff! Great, Clean and practical room and space.

This was our second stay here. It is convenient to the airport and they provide a shuttle.

The air conditioning in our room was not very cold.

Helpful lovely lady on reception. Availability of transfer to and from airport was a real value add.

It’s old and a bit tired but that’s didn’t overshadow the positives.

Geruch nach Schimmel im Zimmer, Betten abgenutzt, unangenehme Atmosphäre

De host was reactief via whatsapp.

the staff and the airport shuttle service.

we booked two rooms for my family of 6. the air conditioning unit (directly above the door) in one of the rooms constantly leaked all day and all night. we had to put a bucket and towels on the floor (see picture), and we got wet each time we wanted to go between rooms -- either from the puddle on the floor or the dripping above the door. the attendant told us that the a/c unit would probably leak as they were showing us the room, so they obviously knew about the issue. in the same room, the overhead light bulb flickered off/on, so we couldn't use it. the other room wasn't bad though, so the kids stayed in that room!

Close to the airport and airport shuttle was fantastic.

No kettle in the room

The proximity to airport

Everything else. It was not very clean. The attendant was not very kind or helpful. No one is there later in the evening. Our toilet stopped working and no one was there to help. The shower leaked all over the floor. The other guest had their doors open and were all talking to each other and being loud. There was no one there in the morning when we were leaving. Also booking.com says you don’t need to pay any more money but we had to pay a tourism tax when we got there.

Vicinanza con L Aereoporto

Vicinissimo all' aeroporto

Decent location, good facilities

You had to go next door for breakfast

Close to the Airport. Shuttle available. Walking distance to the Docks where all the restaurants are

The staff were amazing & helpful. Great location. Very basic accommodation but homely and nice.

Convenient and fast for the airport

I forgot to pack something in the room, I messaged the staff, she insist no found, if you stay in this property. Pls ensure no missing packing, they will not return anything back to you.

Perfect night for a good rest before a flight back home ! Extremely clean and very cute, would totally come back. Was also hapilly surprised with the city and the quality of the restaurants around it.

Nada me gustó, solo estaba bien aseado

Cleanless

Location and money

Gentilezza del ragazzo alla reception. Pulizia

Clean and fresh, helpful man at front desk. Nearby to nice restaurants

Solo la vicinanza all'aeroporto.

Clean, very nice rooms, comfortable bed.

My only minor complaint is that there was no platform in the room to place and open my suitcase. It was also a 500m walk to evening bars and restaurants.

Great location. Good size room. Friendly staff. Very clean. Easy shuttle service available.

Beds were very comfortable, tidy, spacious room, shower provided towels and much needed water for all 4 of us, with clean fresh towels for each of us. The hostess Claudia wasn’t but her son was there to greet us and was very accommodating- carried our luggage up to room, and recommended a wonderful restaurant that was walking distance for us. Claudia always answered my questions of how to get there quickly which was comforting since it was our first experience staying in B&B’s specially abroad. Even sent us pictures of the room. Grazie Mille
