Reviewed Sep 30, 2025La atención de Ramiro y la señora de limpieza. Siempre muy atentos a nuestras consultas y requerimientos. Las habitaciones (dentro de una casa destinada a turismo) muy limpias y cómodas. Volvería a hospedarme ahí si vuelvo a salento.
Solo deben mejorar un poco la acústica ya que de noche se escucha el ruido desde el espacio común, todo lo demás súper bien.

Lo único que mejoraría de tan buena experiencia, sería poner más cortinas para cubrir por completo la luz del alumbrado público. Pero no fue un impedimento para dormir bien.

Reviewed Mar 1, 2025I like how the location is close to the main square but not too loud. The facilities are sufficient and clean. The wifi is fast.
The sound isolation was not good but all guests kept their talking at a low level. When I checked in at 1am in the morning the window was open and there were giant bugs in my room, so I spent some time dealing with them before going to bed after 8 hours of long travel.

Reviewed Jan 24, 2025There is a shared kitchen and a fridge. Location a block away from the town main square from where jeeps go to Cocora.
There is no reception, so in order to check in you’ll have to call the host via mobile/WhatsApp - that may be a problem if you don’t have a local SIM/internet. Hot water in the shower was hot for about 3 minutes, then turned cold.

Reviewed Dec 21, 2024For value for money this place is great, even with no English the staff were accommodating with leaving luggage so early as we arrived on overnight bus, they also let us check in at 12pm. Wifi was good and the bed was comfortable the extra blanket was appreciated as it does get cold.

During the day there was no water. I know it's a problem of low pressure in the water facility in the entire aldea, just didn't expect it.

While the location is downtown, it is extremely t noisy at night (bar next door). The walls are very thin and you can hear everyone else talking when you’re in your room. I spoke to the owner about other members yelling in the shared space at midnight and he brushed it off with a bit of a laugh. Would be good if the hostel provided some information on suggested activities/recommendations

Reviewed Apr 15, 2024The landlord is super sweet, the house is super nice, clean, beautiful. It's really nice. Spacious, good kitchen, great beds, balcony, view. Super!
I think it's a Colombian thing. The windows are different than what we're used with and they don't really keep noise out. But they keep the room at a good temperature, and I prefer that.
