wer auf 15 stunden / täglich musikbeschallung vom nachbarn mit bass steht , verdreckte nicht funktionierende klimaanlagen schätzt , der ist hier genau richtig . die schränke waren dreckig . kein tv vorhanden wie auf den bildern abgebildet. die vermieter sind sehr nett und bemüht.

The bedroom and bathroom were very spacious and comfortable; the staff was kind and made good efforts

There were several incidental problems, due to poor management. The hotel is somewhat isolated, and it is not amenable to cycling or hiking as advertised. The breakfast was meagre.

The hosts, Dung and his girlfriend are very nice and incredibly helpful. The place was quiet and with a big green garden the room was very luxerious and they have a nice dog.

Massive Bungalow with soft bed, huge bathroom, jungle view. New modern furniture, very luxurious. Everything working, hot water, hair drier, heating for the room. Very quiet place.

De ligging is perfect, net buiten het centrum maar met de taxi binnen 10 minuten te bereiken (tussen de 50K dong en 70K dong). De natuur en de rust bij de accomodatie is heel fijn, het verblijf zelf super mooi en schoon. Een plek om van te genieten! Het personeel is vriendelijk, kan erg lekker koken (zowel ontbijt, lunch en diner passen ze aan op je wensen!) en kan overal mee helpen, ze zijn op een prettige manier betrokken. Dong reageert vaak binnen een minuut op vragen via WhatsApp, heel fijn! Absoluut aanrader!

Most lovely stay ever. We felt so welcome and homely. All staff and owner so kind and helpful. Super bathroom with top of bill automatic toilet and shower. Endless hot water.

We really didn't like to leave this home and family. Lots of hugs to say goodbye !! Missing you already!

Nice place, the staff was very helpful and kind. It is quite a walk from Ha Giang (around 45 min from bus) but the staff offered to order us a taxi which we took back to the city - we payed around 40k so it doesn’t really matter that it’s a bit further. They didn’t care if we check out later than advertised, they were really nice

Dung is the man. Took care of me my whole stay. Went beyond the call of duties to make sure I had a remarkable time, sightseeing, meeting locals, great experiences that you might call once in a lifetime. However, I made a true friend, and plan to go back in a few months.

Modern rooms in a peaceful garden - the perfect place to recover from the Ha Giang loop! The host is friendly and really helpful, helping us early in the morning and when we left something in our room.

The amenities were amazing. Great value for money. Our host, Dung, was very attentive and helpful. We really enjoyed every minute of our stay! We would definitely recommend booking this listing in Ha Giang!

We came back from our Ha Giang loop tour and we felt like returning home. The amenities were top notch and the value for money was incredible. Once again, we highly recommend this property. Kudos to Dung and his great team!

Unfortunately I can't give a positive review because we didn't sleep the whole night and the reason was the pub which was next to our apartment. The party and shouting lasted until midnight so if you wanna have a good rest we don’t recommend this place.

Very cute and tidy rooms with a lovely view on the lake. Host was really great and arranged everything for us (bus + taxi). Highly recommend!

The homestay is perfect to chill and healing. The price is too cheap. The host is friendly and help us anything we need. Thank him and the women in Lake House. We should be in here more than a week. The furniture is more expensive than 4 stars hotel.

Dung, who owns the property, has created a beautiful and tranquil place away from the hustle and bustle of the city. He was super nice and attentive and went above and beyond to make our short stay comfortable. Dung even drove us to our bus at 6 in the morning after he had prepared breakfast for us! Simply outstanding!

We had an excellent stay here at Lake House. The room had absolutely incredible views, overlooking the gorgeous mountains - it was such a joy to wake up to in the morning. We were immediately impressed with how luxe the room felt. The owner went above and beyond to make it comfortable for us, booking us taxi’s if we needed to get in and out of town, and making sure we were fed before leaving on our adventure the next day.

We couldn’t get the air conditioner to work, so the room was a little uncomfortably warm during the nighttime.

Beautiful peaceful property, spacious, modern, and well thought out, with rooms accessible to a central dining building. We were given the choice of two different rooms, and picked the larger one with a very comfortable bed, lounge, coffee table, and desk, surrounded by gardens, because we wanted lots of space. The other room was right on the water, which was also excellent. Both were spotless, well furnished, and light. Dung, the lovely host, was fantastic. He looked after us like we were family, helping with information, bookings, food, everything he could think of. So worth staying here if you can.

Amazing, spacious accommodation with peaceful surrounds. The space truly exceeded our expectations. The room is huge! And the bathroom is beautiful. Friendly owners who welcomed us and provided us with breakfast, dinner and transport into ha giang town and helped us rent a bike.

The home was stunning and the staff incredibly kind. We ended up staying two extra days for unexpected reasons and they took very good care of us. The room was stunning, with a comfortable bed and expansive views of the mountains and greenery.

If you are fortunate enough to book this place, please do. One of its kind in the area (if not the entire region). If you are not in a hurry, i recommend enjoy sun raise and sunset here, the house is so well-designed that waking up to a mountain view is a worthy experience by itself, and then the coffee, breakfast, etc.. you just need to request. The host deserves an entire review for himself. You may have planned your trip well, until you talk to him and realized you had not.

Very big room with very comfortable bed. Big bathroom and huge walk-in closet - big enough for your complete wardrobe plus plus. Extremely friendly and helpful host. He took care of every detail and even showed us around.
