Wings Ha Giang Loop Bungalow

Een fijne plek om een start te maken met de HaGiang loop. De prijs-kwaliteit verhouding vonden wij dikke prima. Ze kunnen de brommerrijders voor de HaGiang loop ook voor je regelen bij hotel. Zo konden we starten met de HaGiang loop bij het hotel wat heel prettig was.

We kwamen onvoorzien midden in de nacht aan. We mochten de eigenaresse wakker bellen en kregen nog een kamer voor die nacht. Ze regelde ook onze tour voor de ha giang loop. Deze was fantastisch! Toen we terugkwamen mochten we nog douchen voor we de bus opgingen. De bus werd ook door het hotel geregeld. Een TOPervaring dus!

Мы бронировали два номера - стандартный двухместный и суперлюкс. Наша общая усреднённая оценка за оба - 9,5. Суперлюкс для нас был идеален - сочетание современной и аутентичной мебели, высокий потолок, огромная ванная, балдахин, красивая сантехника, чистота, уют, балкон с отличным видом на горы. Без недостатков. Стандартный номер за свою цену был практически идеален, но недостатки были (см. ниже). И из него - сумасшедший вид на горы. Отель в шикарном месте, вокруг - горы, посередине - огромный бассейн с навесом (есть одновременно и более прохладная, и более тёплая вода - какую вам хочется). До города по прямой 5 минут. Территория удобная, чистая и красивая, фонарики, зелень, все дела. Хороший ремонт везде. Есть можно и в основном здании, и на веранде под навесом. Еда в этом отеле - это один из главных плюсов. Есть завтраки, обеды и ужины. В отзывах уже писали об этом, и я повторю, поскольку согласен полностью: готовят здесь очень вкусно, а порции - очень большие. Wi-Fi работал отлично. Есть очень много опций проката байков и не только. Главный плюс отеля - это сервис. Насколько я понял, отелем занимается семья, и на ресепшн постоянно кто-то есть. Желание и стремление помочь в каждом вопросе, подстроиться под клиента - на высшем уровне. Примеры: 1) в отеле супер гибкие периоды заказа еды, и нам неоднократно готовили завтрак, когда мы его заказывали в 11:45 - за 15 минут до истечения времени завтрака; аналогичные примеры были с ужином; 2) когда нам было необходимо что-то нестандартное, сотрудники всегда помогали и были на связи - на месте или в Zalo. И, что самое главное, всё было чётко и конкретно, всегда. За сервис ставлю 10 из 10, во Вьетнаме такой сервис - это редкость. Браво! Однозначно рекомендую отель!

Стандартный номер имел для меня два недостатка: 1) смеситель ванной тёк, из-за чего, если долго умываешься, на полу вода; 2) в номере нет ни одного шкафа - тяжело куда-то положить вещи. Суперлюкс, питание, интернет, территория отеля, сервис и др. недостатков не имели.

Schone en ruim opgezette kamers. Erg vriendelijk en hulpvaardig personeel. We zijn opgehaald vanaf de bushalte en op de dag van vertrek konden we even bijkomen (en afkoelen) van het motorrijden. De Engelse taal is goed. We hebben heerlijk gegeten in het restaurant. En het belangrijkste de tour (3D2N) is super goed geregeld. Ook de communicatie vooraf was heel goed. We hebben mede dankzij Wings een onvergetelijke ervaring opgedaan.

Rien en dehors de l'état des motos que nous avons louées, mais l' hôtel passe par un loueur local (ha Giang Go) et n'est donc pas responsable... Nous avons loué 4 motos et avons eu 3 pannes sur 3 motos, dont deux pneus crevés ( le montant des frais engagés a été entièrement remboursé par l' hôtel) Il faut peut-être aller dans cet hôtel vraiment exceptionnel, et louer soi-même les motos ailleurs ?

The staff, the food, the cleanliness of the bungalow.

The communal areas were not kept to a very high standard. There was no soft seating area to relax next to the pool. The bathroom, having the bathroom as a large wet room is just not to our liking. We prefer a separate shower. If it has to a wet room put the shower at the back and the toilet at the front. Also on a couple of evenings we had to walk to another hotel for dinner. A minor inconvenience but an inconvenience nonetheless

Un sitio muy tranquilo rodeado de árboles plantas dentro rocas y agua por el medio. El sonido del agua y pájaros, es incredible parece una isla pequeña 😀 Es muy limpio, comida muy buena, personal muy Amable, Winni y Mi son dos chicas extraordinarias 🤩

Aucune photo de l'extérieur n'est de cet hôtel mais de celui d'à côté : le SKY bay lodge qui est exceptionnel à 5 minutes à pied . Les deux hôtels sont tenus par la même propriétaire. Cette dernière nous a mis au Sky bay à la moindre réclamation. Seules les photos des chambres sont exactes .

Sehr schöne Anlage sowohl in Bungalow oder Zimmer, sehr ruhig, gute Luft, am Bergführer. In der Früh zu den Gesang von Insekten, Vogelzwichern auch Affenruf. Kaum Moskitos. Sehr guter nicht zudrängender Service für Motorradbergtour durch die Unnesco-geschützte Berglandschaft bis zur Chinagrenze . Einfache Küche aber in der Stadt 10 mit Motorrollervielfältige lokale Spezalitäten

Een prachtig plekje, enorm gastvrij en behulpzaam. Ze hebben een geweldige Ha Giang Loop Tour geregeld met een hele leuke gids die ook goed Engels sprak. Ook hebben ze ons geholpen met de volgende bustour naar Tam Kot. Helemaal top. Verder kun je er een eenvoudig hapje eten en dat is ook prettig omdat je iets verder uit de stad zit.

Era un lugar bonito y tranquilo, las chicas muy atentas y agradables, nos organizaron una excursión de la ruta ha Giang Loop y nos encantó.

Había arañas en la habitación y más bichos, pedimos que no nos limpiaran la habitación porque dejaban las habitaciones abiertas todo el día para ventilar y ahí entrarían los bichos. No descansamos bien por el temor de las arañas, eran bastantes grandes.

Espectacular un bungalow de lujo nos quedamos solo una noche pero vamos es un lujo millones de gracias!!!😍😍😍😍😍😍❤️

Superbe bungalow et super accueil pour des excursions à bon prix en direct. Notre fils a même pu faire une partie de pêche dans la jolie mare de l’hôtel. Piscine très grande et chauuudeeee.

Winni and the girls were friendly and helpful. The food was amazing and fresh.

We loved the peacefulness of this bungalow. It was the perfect place to relax before and after the Loop. The hotel staff are attentive, they helped us with everything from organizing our bikes, providing local information to booking our bus back to Hanoi. They did quick laundry and we're also available to cook food. The facilities and pool were clean. We would definitely recommend it.

The location is a bit remote, it is a long walk to the town to explore / get food. But the property provided everything that this wasn't an issue.

We had a lovely room and the environment is so peaceful and quiet. Just the rest we needed after touring the loop for 4 days. The food was delicious and plentiful. We loved everything here.

There’s nothing to dislike

The place is quiet but the facilities for guests are not arranged appropriately for the location. If you are someone who really likes peaceful scenery without too much human noise, this is also a good choice for a rest.

Quiet location and beautifully landscaped outdoor area. Mrs. Winni picked us up from the bus station. A homely atmosphere. We weren't bothered by karaoke. The beds are large and comfortable. Because the homestay is about 10 km from Ha Giang, you can take lovely walks through the villages and along the rice fields from the homestay. There are seating areas on the small balconies in front of the bungalows. The white cats are very affectionate and sweet.

Everything! I Wish we had got to spend more time at this beautiful little place. We had just finished a 4 day ha gaing loop tour so only got one night to rest before leaving the next morning. The staff were very friendly and helpful - I misplaced my credit card (I dropped it on the ground outside) they went above and beyond to help me find it and I thankfully did. The bungalow was lovely and clean and the surroundings of the place were so cute. We Didn't get a chance to use the pool unfortunately but it looked like a bonus.

Really loved our stay here! The bungalows were modern but with a traditional charm, super clean, hot running water with bathtub, heating and bed & bedding super comfy. Winnie helped to organise a bike and a recommended route for the Ha Giang Loop. Super communicative before our arrival and the family are all just so lovely and helpful. We’d definitely come back for sure.

The bungalow was clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly.

Because the location was a bit out of town you could only reach the bungalow by taxi. We were aware of this when booking so it was not a problem but just wanted to mention.

Very good value for money. Breakfast and dinner available at property and pool too. The cats were a bonus. We stayed here the night before the loop and the night after. I highly recommend doing the loop with Wings we had an amazing time and it was all very easily organised through Winni. She also organised our transport to and from Ha Giang and even accommodated a change in bus for us the night before.

On our first night the water was cold. On our second night the tv didn’t work.

Great place with a pool, ideal for relaxing either side of doing the Loop Nice and peaceful a little away from the main town. Excellent and convenient Loop tour organised from the homestay.

the staff is very friendly and attentive. I unfortunately got sick and they provided us with all that i needed. the room was very clean, comfortable and i would book it again. Also if you have to catch a bus, they help you arriving in time at the bus stop. Prices are very fair.

Very cute place to stay over before doing the loop. Moreover, the hotel staff is very helpful when planning your trips. The hotel is a bunch of bungalows that are situated around a pond and the swimming pool. There are a few cats, little sausage dogs and two gooses that make your stay very lovely. The rooms are clean and have a good price-value.

Amazing stay! Nice rooms, absolutely beautiful property with cool rock formations throughout, a pond, a pool, and lots of sweet kitties running around. They made it simple to rent motorbikes with them and they even let us shower when we came back in the evening few days later. Helpful and friendly staff!

A little oasis away from town, is the best way to describe it. The rooms we stayed appeared fairly new, beautiful back porch overlooking a small creek. Smart TV in large room, along with coffee bar and refrigerator. Spacious bathroom with large bathtub, and great hot water. Restaurant has excellent portions and fresh good, we have the fish one night, very good, and fresh fruit juices, they also wash clothes on site. Covered parking for your motorcycle

The hotel is about 6km out of the downtown area which is great, as it's quiet and relaxing away from the hustle and bustle of Ha Giang City, but we both had motorcycles, for others it might be isolated.

The staffs are nice and friendly. The daughter picked us up from the bus station. The garden is nice to view. The Bungalow is cute and countryside style.

The location is not close to town. We had our driver to pick us up so we could go to town for dinner. But if you don't have a car, you will need motorcycle service or taxi to get to town. I also got mosquito bites and cat flea bites since they had some cats.

Amazing place. The upgraded rooms are in a new area of the village. There are new Wi-Fi router for every room, which is very fast consistently (60/60). The rooms are excellent, and well sized. There is an amazing view around the spot, and the food at the restaurant they have is great too.

Wifi had small interruptions on video calls. It’ll be perfect for digital nomads after this is solved.

The lady owner is very helpful with organising transport all the way from Nihn Bihn. Lovely food & smoothies. Nice animals. Great location and people.

Great bungalow down in ha giang! We had a pleasant night in our own little house and it felt great! Soft and comfortable bed and everything was clean, including the pool. When our motorbikes got broken, they were very helfpul and their mechanic fixed it all, very grateful for that!

Such a beautiful place to stay to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. I love the way they built the bungalows around the natural rock formations of the land.
