The property was perfectly fine. It was clean, quaint, and had the proper appointments.

Some apartments I've been to leave a bottle of water in the refrigerator. That would have been nice. Instead, they just left a bottle of wine that had to be paid for.

Die Lage war optimal, kurzer Weg zur U-Bahn , die sowohl zum Busterminal als auch ins Wiener Zentrum fährt. Geschäfte und Restaurants fußläufig.

Für meinen Zweck sehr gut gelegen. Check in und alles lief einwandfrei. Sehr preiswert.

Vielleicht das es außen keine Jalousien gibt. Im Hochsommer wird es dort vielleicht problematisch.

Belki ev küçük olduğu için tercih edilmedi ama yatak dışında küçük bir koltuk olsa daha iyi olabilirdi. Beğenmediğim birşey olmadı.

Nah an der U Bahn. Parkplatz hinter dem Haus.

Die Wohnung war sehr einfach eingerichtet. Die Küche war sehr einfach. Die Kaffeemaschine war sehr ramponiert. Es war nicht ganz sauber. Es fehlte ein Fernseher. Die Einfahrt hinters Haus war sehr eng. Mit dem Polo klappte es so grade. Die Duschtüre schließt nicht.

Ήσυχο δωμάτιο και πολύ καθαρό. Ωραίο μπάνιο. Πολύ κοντά σε στάσεις μετρό, τραμ και supermarket. Είχε όλα τα απαραίτητα που πρέπει να έχει ένα σπίτι.

Δεν είχε τηλεόραση αλλά δεν είναι χρήσιμη όταν είσαι διακοπές. Δεν είχε air condition αλλά δεν είχε πολλή ζέστη και ο ανεμιστήρας έκανε καλή δουλειά.

Excellent location in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The apartment was very clean and well maintained. Communication with the host was excellent, and the check-in process was simple and straightforward.

Since this type of accommodation is primarily used for sleeping (for example, there is no TV, which we did not expect or need), the bed and pillows should definitely be more comfortable. The bed was very soft, squeaky and uncomfortable, while the pillows were extremely small and soft. A better air-conditioning option would also be very useful during the hot summer months. Additionally, there are quite few power outlets in the room, so providing an extension cord would be a simple and useful improvement.

DIe Wohnung ist sehr ruhig, man hört wirklich fast gar keinen Lärm. Küche ist mit dem Notwendigen ausgestattet

Die beidne Matratzen in meinem Zimmer (Top 1) waren sehr durchgelegen. In der Matratzenmitte gab es eine eindeutig Kuhle.

Für mein Vorhaben in Wien hatte es die perfekte Lage.

A szállás elhelyezkedése számomra tökéletes volt. A környéken minden perceken belül elérhető volt. A lakás tiszta volt és tágasnak éreztem. A bejutás is nagyon egyszerű, a szállásadóval nagyon egyszerű kommunkálni, segítőkész.

A szálláson nincs légkondi. A kis ventilátor segít a helyzeten, de 35 C fokos napokon az nagyon nem elég. 3 edényből 2 használhatatlan állapotban van. Sokat segítene minden vendégnek egy jobban felszerelt konyha. A matrac is cserére szorul. Elképesztően puha volt, úgyhogy én leszedtem és a vékony matracfedőn aludtam.

L'appartamento non è in posizione centrale, ma è a due minuti dalla fermata della metro di Enkplatz che in 15 minuti arriva in centro. E' vicino anche a una linea del tram. Ci sono almeno due supermercati a poca distanza. L'appartamento è dotato di tutto l'essenziale e si presenta in ordine e pulito. Non ho avuto contatto diretto col gestore ma ho verificato che risponnde immediatamente alle richieste attraverso app Booking. com.

The best aspects of this accommodation are its excellent location, easy access and check-in, nice host and the fact that the apartment itself was very quiet for most of my stay. However, this changed on the final day when two people started having a loud conversation directly under my window at 6:00 a.m.

The noise from the outside highlights another important issue: the lack of air conditioning. During the summer, the windows need to remain open. I was significantly more disturbed by mosquitoes and insects (and noise, later), than by the heat itself, which could have been managed to some extent with the fan provided. In fact, because of the mosquitoes, I was unable to sleep properly. The curtains are very thin, meaning that from around 5:00 a.m. the room becomes fully illuminated by sunlight and also becomes very warm. It is difficult to sleep comfortably with the combination of heat, strong morning light, mosquitoes, and insects. The kitchen also lacks a microwave, meaning that even reheating prepared food requires using the stove, which is inconvenient. Overall, my experience was mixed. This accommodation may be a suitable option for a short stay, particularly during the winter months. However, these were significant issues that affected my comfort. I would strongly recommend adding air conditioning, a microwave, and installing a set of much thicker, darker curtains. These improvements would significantly enhance the experience for future guests in the summer.

Dicht bij metro en tramverbinding. Ruim appartement en alles wat je nodig hebt is er. Basic accomodatie.

Het was niet heel schoon, krappe badkamer. Entreehal, gang en lift voldoen maar ogen ook donker. Dat voelde niet heel prettig. Geen host gezien, alle contact verliep via app en sleutel lag in sleutelkluisje. Wat verder prima is natuurlijk.

Sadly, the summer is really hot in Vienna this year. A fan could do so much to cool, but that’s not something I could expect a studio to adapt to on a short notice

the pillows were really flat and not very comfortable. Also the cleaning lady entered our apartment even tho it was locked while we were sleeping around 10am

Logement fonctionnel, avec tous les équipements nécessaires (il manque peut-être un micro-ondes), il se situe à 5 minutes d'un arrêt de métro (40 minutes pour le château de Schönbrunn, 30 pour le centre), plusieurs commerces sont accessibles à pieds. L'hôte est réactif et je me suis bien sentie en tant que voyageuse seule.

Le ménage laissait clairement à désirer (vaisselle sale, traces sur la cuvette des toilettes, sol sale pas aspiré...). Les murs sont fins donc pensez à prendre des bouchons d'oreilles si vous avez le sommeil léger car il y a beaucoup de bruit dans l'immeuble.

Lokacija blizu podzemne željeznice. Komunikacija sa domacinom vrlo dobra. Za 20 eura moguće dogovoriti parkiranje u zatvorenom dvorištu.

Skromno opremljen apartman. U apartmanu je bilo dosta vruće. Zavjese ne blokiraju svjetlost ujutro. Uzak krevet. Grozno smo spavali.

Leider war ein Bett kaputt, was der Gastgeber mit bedauern zur Kenntnis nahm Leider kein Fahrradkeller

De gordijnen waren niet blinderend genoeg dus het was heel licht in de kamer zeer vroeg in de ochtend. Luid gebouw, als iemand de deur open en dicht doet heeft iedereen het gehoord. Hoge prijs voor het appartement, met maar twee kleine snacks.

Woold have like a working stove and some tea and cofee for the coffe machine. A bit noisy in the morning..main door is not a good insulator for sound.

와 진짜 U3이랑 트램이랑 2분거리 컷이에요 그리고 상점이랑 세탁소도 바로 옆에 있구요... 외곽이라서 거리자체가 조용해요... 또 옆에 있는 성당도 너무 아름답고.... 화장실도 수압이 강해서 막힌적없구요 드레스룸도 있어서 옷정리할때 좋아요.. 침대도 넓고 다만 이불이 좀 얇긴해요 근처에 담요사서 덮는것도 좋을듯 책상도 큼직큼직 주방도 깨끗~ 엘레베이터도 있고~ 1층에 쓰레기처리장 바로 있고~ 쭉~ 살아도 편한 곳이에요

Расположение апартаментов недалеко от множества магазинов и около 10 минут от центра на метро. Квартира точно такая же как на фото и комфортная

Lage gut, Ubahn und Bim-Station in der Nähe, in ca 20 Minuten im Stadtzentrum. Bäckereien in der Nähe. Restaurants in der Nähe. In der Nacht sehr ruhig, gute Erholung möglich. Im Wohnblock ebenfalls sehr ruhig, keine laute Nachbarn. Badezimmer top, Apartment sehr sauber. Bett könnte etwas bequemer sein, da hat aber jeder eine andere Vorstellung davon.

Eingang Haus wirkt vernachlässigt (Sauberkeit), wir fühlten uns aber dennoch sicher.

Preis Leistung ist top. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut. U- Bahnstation gleich in der Nähe. Ruhige Gegend. Gastgeber war sehr nett und sehr zuvorkommend wenn man Hilfe brauchte. Kann ich weiter empfehlen.

El apartamento es muy agradable y el propietario, a pesar de q no lo vimos, estuvo pendiente. La ubicación es buena, aunque no esté en el centro, tiene transportes cercanos y llegas en pocas paradas.

Al apartamento le falta un microondas, una cafetera y más gel para la ducha si vas más de 3 días. Sería una buena mejora sin tener mucho coste.

Schmales Bett mit durchgelegener Matratze, total zerknitterte Bettwäsche, verschlissene Hand-/Badetücher. Die Wohnung ist sehr abgewohnt (Wände fleckig und beschädigt, Spiegelschrank kaputt). Für eine Nacht war es erträglich. Größe der Unterkunft und Lage waren für unseren Zweck okay.

Mancano lenzuola, coperte piccole, letto attaccato al muro da un lato, manca mensola in doccia, materasso esageratamente morbido

在維也納能夠找到這樣的公寓，對於旅行超過一週的遊客很划算，附近就有好幾個超市，廚房基本設施足夠應付三餐，還供應餐具鍋具跟洗潔劑。就是不知道垃圾怎麼丟，一有問題透過booking可以馬上得到回覆，令人安心。

沒有，就是維也納住宿比較貴。

Das Haus, der Flur, das Treppenhaus und sehr Schmutzig überall.

Super feine Unterkunft wenn man in der Szene Wien feiern will. So nah, und doch sooo ruhig. Behalten wir uns bestimmt im Hinterkopf wenn wir wieder nach Wien kommen.
