El wc estaba pegado a la ducha, había una separación por una mampara de cristal, pero el agua se colaba igualmente. Esto no se ve en las fotografías. Desconozco si fue solamente en mi habitación o también en otras. El minibar no funcionó.

Excellent stay! Clean rooms, friendly staff, and a great location. The service was outstanding, and everything was comfortable and well-maintained. Highly recommended!

Great location for both Angkor wat and the city. Appearance of the hotel lives up to the pictures. Overall very good experience and excellent value for money.

Only really that staff had limited English. Otherwise great experience.

If breakfast is not served at the property. Lazy walking guys would find it difficult. Staff looks quite new to their job. They don’t sound to address customer needs.

The staff were very kind, and I felt truly welcomed, well taken care of, and safe. The hotel is quiet and within walking distance to the APOPO HeroRATS center, and the botanical gardens. Overall, the people in Cambodia are amazing — so warm and friendly.

New district of the city. New hotel. Not far from Ankor Wat.

Internet and phone service were poor. Lack of pool and restaurant.

It was the best place we have been to throughout all our stay in Cambodia. Would recommend 100%.

The breakfast is a bit small portion. The bakery basket is basically some slices of bread but costs 5 $.

Room was clean & comfortable and the staff were nice. It’s quite close to the Angkor Archeological Park with an option to rent a bicycle or a moto.

It’s a little further from the city centre of Siem Reap and its shopping and restaurant options but still a short ride away.

Great value, quiet, friendly staff. It’s a little outside the center of town, but on the way to Angkor Wat. Just a 10 minute tuktuk ride into town.

I stayed there with my family, and we booked 3 rooms in total. All rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly, and we extended our stay for an additional night which was easy to organize with them. Great parking space for cars.

Location can be good or bad depending on what you are looking for. It's good when you want to visit the temples but a bit of a tuktuk ride when planning on partying at the pub street.

The staff are very helpful.

they charged me $1 for a sandal I never used and was broken from before. Toilets in the room have glass instead of wall. There were bugs in the bed

I couldn’t rate this beautiful hotel any higher. The staff really made me feel at home, going beyond any customer service I’ve ever come across. My room was perfect, location was also very ideal

Spacious room for the type and price, good location, clean with good amenities provided (such as hair dryer, a big smart TV, fridge, new A/C, quality toiletries). Would recommend to anyone.

Some (NOT ALL) of the reception staff do not seem to respond at all to my request for extra towels. Had to ask three times. Nonetheless, they are all friendly and courteous.

A little far from town but not too far

Very good hotel between Siem Reap City (20 minute walk) and Angkor Wat. The hotel fulfills higher European standards while the staff is always helping and greets you with a smile.

We were very happy with the hotel was upgraded to a family room, which was very roomy and even had a bathtub. The location was perfect for us as we were visiting family cure living in Siem Reap. We felt at home and well-cared about by the staff who addressed anything we needed.

Wonderful staff who went out of their way to help. Clean, convenient. So grateful for all their kindness and help.

The bathroom floor was very slippery after a shower. Could have done with a mop so we could clear the water.

the location is easy to find

the shower is a bit challenging for those who doesn't want their to get wet. The noise between to room. we can hear the other room noise which is a bit annoyed sometimes.

price was great and hotel staff was great. The host I spoke with helped me deal with a Tuk Tuk driver that tried to hustle me.

This is an excellent hotel. Although away from the city centre it is only a short Tuk Tuk ride away from the main areas of Pub Street, etc. The area is quiet (opposite a childrens hospital) and the staff very helpful.
