少し寒かったです。それと、まあ、ロケーションが仕方ないのでしょうが夜うるさい地域ですね。

價格合理，地理位置佳，且有微波爐、冰箱、電磁爐，空間很大！

電暖器聲音大、熱水不夠

房間夠大 ,設備齊全.充電頭很多款.真的貼心. 地理位置更是絕佳. 距離2號線跟9號線都非常的近.

住屋留下很多餐廳跟 PUB.每晚都會吵到3點才沒聽到音樂聲音. 建議要帶耳塞才能入睡.

Host非常快速的解決了我們的問題

位置非常好，在兩個地鐵站之間，離公車站也非常近，樓下有許多餐廳跟便利商店。房間乾淨、舒適。寢具非常柔軟、舒服。小廚房跟冰箱非常方便，暖氣也很溫暖。

熱水是電煮熱水器，洗澡要快一點，不然熱水不夠。一樓餐廳跟夜店有一點點吵，但不影響休息。走廊公共區域有點味道，但可以忽略。

ロケーションはムシンサのすぐ近くでよかった。ベッドは4人仕様で広かった。連絡に対するレスポンスがはやかった。清潔だった。エアコン以外に電気ヒーターもあった。食器がたくさんあった。暖房がなくても部屋は暖かった。

電気ヒーターやドライヤーをつけるとブレーカーが落ちる？のか長時間使用ができなかった。エアコンもつかなくてヒーターも使い方が分からないので寒かった。シャワー室は清潔だが、設備自体は古かった。ホテルの場所がかなり分かりづらかった。現地の人に声をかけて連れて行ってもらいました。夜間は若干治安が悪く感じました。ただレスポンスがめちゃくちゃ早かった。それは良かったけど、ヒーターやエアコンの詳細な使い方を聞くのがめんどくさくて聞かなかった。真冬なら死んでた。

The accessories were the best. Location is well communicated. Lots of convenience stores, cafeterias and restaurants nearby. Mega Coffy's hazelnut americano is fairly cheap and our favorite.

There's some noise, it's Gangnam after all. Friday and Saturday nights can be a bit noisy which is to be expected.

The location of the stay is prefect. Staff is the best and sweet. I can put my luggage with the manager before check in and after check out.

The stay is not the fanciest but it’s ok. I don’t like the building itself, the smell and noise.

The room was very spacious and had all the required facilities including plates, bowls, glasses, etc. It could easily have accommodated 4 people. It was also very clean. Also, Chloe who was managing the room was very easy to contact and always exceptionally quick to reply.

It didn't have unlimited hot water but plenty for 2 people having a reasonable shower.

최악. 세탁기 취식도구 토스트기 밥솥 후라이판등등 아무것도 없는것도 알고 있었지만 티비도없음,, 위치가 전철역에서 가까워서 선택했는데 숙소가너무불편해서 너무스트레스받아서 계속 택시타고 다니느라 위치가좋은점 1도없음

전혀 가성비숙소가 아님.. 정말 솔직한 후기 적습니다, 강남가성비랑 금액도 비슷한곳 100미터근처로 편의시설 좋고 깨끗한곳 정할려다가 부모님이 불편하실것같아 몇미터라도 전철역에서가까운곳으로 정했는데 실버타운오피스텔이였고 왜관은 1950년대 견물보다 허름한것같고 입구도 너무 더럽고 1층입구랑 엘베도 환풍기가 안돼는지 습한냄새에 기분부터 나쁨 객실은 7층고층인데 채광1도 안들어오고 지하같은느낌 수건에도 오래된습기냄새에 수건사용할때마다 구역질나고 티비 세탁기 후라이팬. 아무것도없음.. 침대컨디션도 당연히 너무안좋고 머하나 컨디션좋은 물건이없음 벽걸이시계조차 장식품도아닌데 배터리 없어서 작동도안함, 몇번이나 시계보고 시간 착각해서 화가남 욕실에 옷하나걸어두는 옷걸이하나도 없고샤워기는물도 잘안나옴 물이안나와서 샤워하는데 1시간은더 걸리고 화장실 환기도 안돼서 힘들었음.. 티비도 없어서 주인한테 연락했더니 요즘은 펜션이든 어디든 다 티비없애고 빔을 사용한다다나 나보고 티비없냐고 묻는사람 첨봤다고 오히려화냄, 울아빠 출장이많아서 호텔..급할때는 모텔도 사용해봤는데 아빠도 티비없는곳은 또 첨본다고 여기까지도 참고 선택한 저희가 잘못이라고생각하고 주인한테 빔사용방법알려달라고하니 유튜브사용링크 한통 보내고 보고 알아서 사용하라고하네요.. 사용방법대로 해도 작동도 안하고 사용방법알려달라고하니 주인도 유튜브보고 대충 알려주는데 하라는대로 해도 안됨 너무허름하고 습해서 환풍기켜고싶어도 화재날까봐 돌리지도못하고 너무습해서 제습기 선풍기로 해결안됨.. 창문은 너무앒아서 7층인데 1층24시간 젊은사람들떠드는소리에 잠도못자고 새벽에 드나드는사람들때문에 복도도 진짜시끄러움,, 싱크대는 제가 키가 큰편이아닌데도 싱크대가 너무낮아서 물다튀고 당연히 온수도 안나와서 커피포트에 물데워서 그릇씻음., 옷장을 싱크대로 개조해서 싱크대밑에 턱이 높이15cm 가로10cm 턱이있고 그릇한번꺼낼려면 문을 밀고 그릇옮겨야하는데 싱크대가 불편함의 절정이였음.. 음식한끼 해먹고 너무불편해서 음식챙겨간거 다버리고 결국밖에서 다 사먹음.. 티비도 없어서 고속터미널휴게소가서 티비보고 힘들어서 택시타고 숙소오면 1층입구에서부터 습한냄새에 더럽고 1층화장실외부인출입해서 무섭기까지 숙소가 불편해서 최대한늦게왔는데 화장실환기 안돼고 샤워기물잘안나오고 수건습한냄새에 슬리퍼는 안에 무슨종이가말려있어서 머하나라도 편리한게 없어서 많이힘듦. 연휴라서 2박에 22만넌인가.. 스트레스받고 침대컨디션안좋아서 허리아파서 계속택시타고다니고 객실요금보다 몆배더 금액을지출한것같음 아무리 객실이없더라도 일정을다취소하지 강남가성비 는 두번다시 오지않을꺼지만 저같이 리뷰보고 오는일없도록 솔직하게 후기적습니다.. 작성하면서도 너무 화가나는게 주인말이 요즘은 다 티비안보고 빔본다고하는게 너무웃긴게 빔사용하려면 불다꺼야하지않나요? 폰에 앱설치도해야하고 우리가 허름한숙소에 빔으로 영화보러간것도아니고 영화볼려면 티비에서 결제하고 봐도돼져.. 싱크대 턱때문에 그릇몇개씻고 허리도나갈뻔하고 ., 돈주고 객실사용하는 고객편의는 1도없고 주인편한대로 유지비적게 운영하는 시설로 되어있었음.. 적어도적어도불편한게한두가지가 아니네요,. 주인 태도가 더화나는게 도어락도 잘열리지도않음.. 잠금도 버튼키옆에 사각버튼이있다고 하는데 버튼기 아래 버튼도 2개있어서 잘못만졌다가 혹시문다시못열까봐 주인한테 전화했더니 메시지에 다보냈는데 메시지보라고 좀짜증난말투가 더 빡침 주인이 나보고 영어못읽어서 번역기돌리면 번역이 잘못됐다고하는데.. 나한테보낸메시지에 분명 next 라고 적혀있었고 여기까지도 여기선택한 우리가잘못이라 패스 들어가고 나올때마다 도어락때문에 한번에 안돼서 스트레스.. 저희찜질방가려다가.

Good quality to price ratio, the place is old but clean and excellently located, just in front of gangnam metro station.

The location was great and the bed were nice

The property does not match the photos shown online. It appears to be recently renovated, but there is tape visible in multiple areas and white dust still on the floor. Most concerning, I found a blanket with what appeared to be blood stains on it. The bathroom was very basic, and there was an electrical outlet placed dangerously close to the shower, with exposed wiring that had been taped over. This did not feel safe at all.

空間很大，兩張雙人床很快樂！ 兩個24寸行李箱攤平還有很多很多空間！ 有轉接頭跟投影機，廚具齊全。 房間挺乾淨的！

熱水壺好像無法使用，但可以用電磁爐。 有洗髮精跟香皂，如果能提供沐浴乳會更好。

The accommodation was exactly as described. It is in the heart of Gangnam, with easy access to subway and bus lines and plenty of shops nearby. The accommodation is comfortable, with various amenities that make life easier for travelers. I would only recommend that the host provide more sheets in addition to the duvets and blankets.

There were no serious problems. The only suggestion to the host is to provide more sheets for guests, in addition to blankets and duvets. Otherwise, it was a wonderful experience and highly recommended, both in terms of location, value for money, and easy access for entry, check-in, and check-out.

The aunty who manages this facility is the most beautiful and heart-warming manager I've ever met. She welcomes you like a family member. The room is super spacious with all the amenities. The location is close to train stations and bus stops that could take you anywhere.

The noise can get to some people, but it didn't bother me as I knew the location and what to expect. However, it may put some people off. The room is outdated but definitely very clean. You are most likely staying here long term and returning because of the aunty above all else. She is the best

We had a very nice experience with this affordable house in Gangnam. Very friendly lady staff. Quick in replying inquiries. Restaurants near in the area. Near Shinnonhyeon Station. I highly recommend this if you are on budget travel. Though the building is not new but it is really good for the price.

came in early i had to leave my luggage with the housekeeper. she was very friendly and accommodating, offered coffee and bread while i freshen up. The whole apartment was spic and span even if it’s in an old building,it was well maintained. some toiletries were provided. Host was very responsive with my queries. Location is perfect with just 3-5 minutes to almost all shops, cafe and resto nearby. Definitely recommending this place. Value for money.
