Services pas à la hauteur du Radisson! En Europe il faut à chaque fois aller demander pour commander des cafés et thé personne ne vient vous demander au salon surtout que c’est payant…

Al llegar No había jabón líquido en el recipiente de la ducha. Lo solicité y no llegó sino hasta el otro día. La tarjeta se des configuró todos los días. Al volver en la noche nunca me abría y tocaba llamar o ir a recepción a que me solucionaran el inconveniente. Mala experiencia.

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026Our breakfast was delicious and the restaurant food was presented beautifully. Yecim was incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout our stay and the lovely lady cleaning our room was also very kind. Overall, it was a great hotel.

1- نسي حامل الحقائب أغراض اشتريتها في حقيبة التاكسي وأبلغت موظف الاستقبال أنس ولم أجد تجاوبا وطلبت منهم التواصل مع الأمن للوصول إلى صاحب التاكسى ولم أجد تجاوبا 2- كذلك صور المسبح لاتعكس حقيقته ولم أجد مسبحا يناسب أطفالي فالماء بارد وتعامل مدرب المسبح (فرقان ) سئ حيث كنت استخدم عوامة تحمل طفلي لتدريبه ثم أخذها مني !! 3- المسبح مزدحم رجالا ونساء خصوصاً في أوقات الإجازة وهو مختلط ولايوجد خصوصية حتى في حمام البخار والسونا مختلط

Unfortunately, the SPA was disappointing. The sauna had an unpleasant smell, and the steam room was in poor condition, with exposed damaged wires, no steam, and a lack of proper maintenance. The SPA facilities clearly need significant improvement.

Reviewed Jul 6, 2026La Struttura è super pulita tutti abbastanza gentili non così tanto diciamo qualcuno della staff molto gentili altri onestamente un aria di superioritá , ma dettata da cosa un addetto alla reception prende 800€ al mese a istanbul , e si permette ad avere la puzza sotto il naso , ridicolo , aria di sufficenza nei confronti del clienti , tralaltro ho subito un operazione e non stavo bene avrei gradito un pò più di umanità , mi ha rovinato la vacanza quel ragazzo bianco con gli occhiali alla reception , sorridere ed essere accondiscendeti con il cliente credo sia la prima cosa per una struttura a 5 stelle , è stato tutto fantastico ma quel coglione alla reception ha fatto perdere 100 punti alla struttura io torno a istanbul almeno 3 volte l’anno e di sicuro non rimetterò piede in questa struttura

Reviewed Jun 13, 2026J'ai particulièrement apprécié le calme de l établissement,la propreté des lieux ainsi que la disponibilité et la gentillesse du personnel. Le séjour s'est deroulé dans une ambiance agréable et reposante. L'emplacement était également satisfaisant.
La connexion wi-fi était très instable et aucun code d'accès n'était affiché dans les chambres . Il fallait régulièrement solliciter le personnel ou se rendre à la réception pour obtenir la connexion, ce qui était contraignant. Il serait préférable que les connexions Wi-Fi soient directement disponible dans les chambres et que la qualité de la connexions soit améliorée.

Reviewed Jun 11, 2026Всегда останавливаемся в Redisson в разных странах, все очень нравится. Всегда чисто, вкусно, уютно, кровати шикарные. На все пожелания приносили воды, чай. Поменяли номер как нужно было. Расположены возле метро, что удобно. 20 минут и вы в центре. Сауна и бассейн очень хорошие.

Reviewed Jun 8, 2026We loved this hotel for its convenient location, just about 15 minutes from the main tourist attractions. The hotel was very clean, the breakfast was generous and varied, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming.
The main drawback was our room’s location facing the highway. Traffic noise continued throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep. To our surprise, the hotel did not seem to have adequate soundproofing or noise insulation in the rooms, which significantly affected our overall comfort.

Reviewed Jun 3, 2026Отель новый, чистый приятно везде пахнет и номера большие особенно ванные комнаты, расположение не самое хорошее для туризма или отдыха. Но для рабочей поезди вполне хорошо.
Останавливался несколько раз и единственное что мне не понравилось это персонал на ресепшене, в ресторане персонал отзывчив и приятный так же как персонал уборки. Но на ресепшене работают далеко не самые отзывчивые люди

Чтобы искупаться в бассейне, нужно докупать обязательно шапочку для плавания, в номер за почти 5к лир, не входит одноразовая шапочка, и стоит 300 лир, вопрос в том что утром идя в бассейн освежиться на 10 минут, я не хочу думать об этом
