The hotel itself its a little hard to find. Its not in a clean vally.

Reviewed Sep 12, 2026A wonderful homestay. The family running the homestay were very kind and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean and excellent value for money. The area of the homestay is lovely and full of street life, but this did not disturb the tranquility of the homestay in busy Ho Chi Minh.

Reviewed Aug 8, 2026Rummet var bekvämt med A.C, rymligt med två sköna sängar, en trevlig balkong och en utmärkt, gratis tvättservice. Frukosten var fantastisk med bl.a. god omelett, nybakat bröd och färsk apelsinjuice. Den personliga servicen under själva vistelsen var mycket varm och hjälpsam, och området var livligt med street och butiker och kändes tryggt att röra sig i. Egentligen vill vi ge boendet högsta betyg men kan inte det pga händelserna kring betalning (se nedan)
Redan vid ankomst pressades vi att betala kontant, trots att American Express angavs som accepterat betalningsmedel på Booking.com. Eftersom vi behövde använda kortet av försäkringsskäl erbjöd vi oss att betala 3 % extra som en kompromiss. Vid utcheckningen fungerade inte deras kortterminal, och personalen hävdade då felaktigt att det berodde på problem med vår bank eller saknad täckning på kortet. Vi enades då om att reglera betalningen i efterhand via Booking.com-plattformen. När vi väl satt på flygplanet upptäckte vi att boendet ändå hade genomfört en obehörig, manuell debitering (MOTO-debitering) med hjälp av kortuppgifterna de hade tillgång till. De skickade oss en bild på kvittot där min namnteckning hade förfalskats. Efter rådgivning med amex och ytterligare kontakt med boendet erhölls till slut en korrekt, nollställd faktura. Men upplevelsen och hanteringen kändes djupt olustig.

Man wohnt praktisch mit einer Familie zusammen, daher heisst es auch homestay. Es ist alles gut nur eine Sache hat uns etwas verwirrt: Man muss die Schuhe ausziehen bevor man die Treppe hochgeht ins Zimmer

Le personnel est aux petits soins, ils ont réceptionné et gardé un colis pour moi, et m’ont lavé quelques vêtements gracieusement. C’est un endroit idéal pour visiter Ho Chi Minh Ville.

Reviewed Jun 17, 2026Of all the places I stayed in Vietnam over 2 weeks, this was the least fancy and the most affordable but the most comfortable and effortless. Super friendly family-run homestay with host onsite and always contactable - Amy was super friendly, spoke perfect English and provided a great cooked-to-order breakfast each day consisting of eggs, baguette, crepes, fresh fruit, homemade yogurt and coffee. We were especially impressed by the included filtered water at the homestay which saved us buying wasteful bottled water, free laundry services and eco-friendly touches preventing unnecessary linen changes. The homestay is in a not-too-touristy residential area with the central touristy areas a ~5min walk away - perfectly central for tourists without being right in the thick of the hustle and bustle.
No complaints! If you have mobility issues, FYI there are only stairs (3 stories) and no elevator, but at a homestay I wouldn't expect one.

Owner was going to charge me more at check out until I showed him the total amount due on booking.com. Room was up several flights of stairs. Balcony had view of alley way this was not mentioned in facility details. Free laundry but the hotel air dries clothes and mine were still damp when returned

We last minute asked if we could push back a date so we could stay a little longer and they helped us out easily and kindly :) and even when we needed to do a room swap, they help us to move the things as we were not present at that time! The street was away from the main roads but not far, it had some great restaurants and shops nearby, as well as the busstop and main bar street in HCMC. As for the hotel itself, it was very clean and cute. The breakfast was served on the first floor, where it could be a little warm but not uncomfortable and the food was great! The room had good facilities, nice air conditioning, good bathroom and great beds! The woman that mainly runs everything is very sweet and helpful, not the best English but she really tries. So overall, a great stay!

住宿的地點是位在非常熱鬧的區域，但是相對的有些雜亂擁擠，民宿在一個社區小巷的盡頭，剛到時，差一點找不到！如果想體驗生活感，也許是個不錯的體驗！
