Flott enderekkehus med fantastisk utsikt

The location was amazing - views out to the fjord and the marshland in front of the house; it was fantastic to look out at the barnacle geese and goslings feeding every day - and bird watch in the midnight sun; we even saw an arctic fox! 8 minute walk to the Radisson Blu where most of the tour pick ups (and the airport shuttle) go from Spacious interior - with everything we needed and a comfy sofa and armchair - 2 minute walk to the recycling. Blackout blinds in the bedroom (but would still say bring an eye mask to block out the sun completely) Dishwasher and tablets (no effort holiday!)

Keysafe was very stiff and a bit tricky: a couple of times we wondered if it was ever going to open! We told our host, and he sent someone to look at it, but it needed replacing, but as it was coming from the mainland, the new one didn't arrive during our stay. Upper bedrooms don't have much head height - I'm 5'6" and banged my head getting into bed - beware The stairs are alternate foot attic-style steps, and not for the faint hearted! The bathroom lighting is temperamental - sometimes the light brightens, sometimes you shower in gloom!

Fantastic spot overlooking the fiord and house is very comfortable and we'll equipped. We didn't meet our hosts but couldn't have been more helpful, allowing us a late afternoon check out to meet our boat. We were very happy.

Nous avons passé une semaine incroyable au Svalbard dans un appartement magnifique. Nous avons tout aimé et la vue depuis le salon est à couper le souffle ! Ce logement est très bien équipé et bénéficie d'une situation très calme en bordure de l'hypercentre de Longyearbyen. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute pour profiter de la nature incroyable du Svalbard à une autre saison !

Wonderful view and excellent facilities. Plenty of space

Struggled a bit with controlling the heating. An instruction sheet would be cool, especially for us newbies to the heating system :)

The whole trip including the property was amazing! The host was friendly and approachable - giving much appreciated tips and advice. Property was stunning with all the modern amenities. 10 min walk to town and pick up points for all our activities. Would defo recommend this place.

Die Lage ist einzigartig mit Blick vom Wohnzimmer auf die Berglandschaft. Wenn man Glück hat, sieht man sogar die Polarlichter. Außerdem war der Gastgeber sehr zuvorkommend und hat in jeglicher Hinsicht Hilfe angeboten.

Perfekt für einige Tage in Longyearbyen. Das Apartment enthält alles, was man benötigt und es ist wesentlich erholsamer und ruhiger als in den überfüllten Hotels. Der Besitzer ist bei Sonderanfragen sehr flexibel und hilfsbereit.

Wonderful apartment with panoramic windows offering breathtaking views of the mountains, the sea, and ducks right by the shore. The center is just a short walk away. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr zentral. Die Aussicht nicht zu übertreffen. Modernes Design, gut eingerichtet.

Preben was really nice and kind! The place has a nice view and is well furnished. 5min walking from one of the main pick up points in Longyearbyen

The view from the apartment was super , mountains full of snow just a hands distance .The location was perfect , in the city center , all amenities in the kitchen were fantastic , everything was there tea , coffee , oil ,sugar and many many more items in the kitchen free to use The TV, washing machine ,dryer and dishwasher were in perfect condition .We used all and were very satisfied . The house was independent with a separate entrance . The check in was very comfortable and easy . The host Mr Pier was very good helped and answered all our queries to our satisfaction . He called every day to know our whereabouts. Informed us about local conditions . We felt very safe .

The two bedrooms on the upper floor were too small .and the stairs leading to them were quite difficult to climb and especially to get down .

The owner was very friendly and welcoming! The location is perfect for a view of the mountains and sea. Well-equipped facilities and very cozy. We love it.

The apartment is cozy and modern, it has everything you would need, great view, and for photographing the Northern Lights it is pretty close to the end of town and a dark area where visibility is quite good. About 10 minutes to the town center by foot as well.

Every facility you could need, immaculately clean, Just a short walk into town and shops and just could not fault anything.. Easy communication and could not be more helpful. Thanks for a great stay.

There was nothing

Everything here was perfect for our trip. 5 of us stayed for 5 nights and we had everything we needed. The house was very clean and comfortable, and the location was superb, just a few minutes walk to the town centre. It has amazing views across the fjord to the mountains on the other side. The kitchen is supplied with all you might need, and the shower works really well. The host is very communicative and responds quickly, and also dealt with a stressful situation where Booking.com cancelled our booking 2 days before the trip!

Everything was perfect. Preben is a very nice and helpful host.
