The apartment is spacious and comfortable, fully equipped with kitchenware so you can cook your own meals — just as convenient as staying at home. You can easily reach the host via WhatsApp, and they reply to questions promptly. The location is excellent, less than a 10‑minute walk to the supermarket in the city centre. From the balcony in the living room, you can enjoy views of snow‑capped mountains and the sea.

Pobyt bez snídaně, informace byla dopředu. Apartman prostorný, koupelna také, kuchyně vybavená. Krásný výhled na přírodu i město. Pěkné obrazy, odpovídající místní atmosféře.

Byli jsme v době midnight sun, takže je nutné zatemnění pokojů. Kdyby byla zatemněná i kuchyně, bylo by to lepší. Důvodem bylo, že pro 5 dospělých je ložnice pro 3 dosti stísněná, takže jeden člen spal v obývacím pokoji a proto to zatemnění. Pro rodinu s 2-3 dětmi by tento problém asi nebyl.

God plass, sentralt, rent og pent, gode senger og sengetøy. Vi hadde alt vi trengte. Hyggelig vert. Helt topp 😊

Only downside is that it is on third floor and there is no lift. But that seems to be the case with most of the apartments in town. It wasn’t a big issue for me though

BEST. STAY. EVER! I have been to Longyearbyen before, but stayed in a hotel. This time I was traveling with my mom, and wanted some place a little bigger. This apartment popped up and it turned out to be the best place we stayed during our entire arctic trip! The host was incredibly communicative, and helped us out with a few hiccups that happened during our stay. The apartment is incredibly spacious and clean, and the beds are amazingly comfortable! It was so cozy, and there was a helpful little pamphlet explaining everything that you may need to know about the space. It's easy to get to the center of town, about a 3-5 min walk to the coop, Stationen, etc. Again, the host was AMAZING, and I cannot recommend this place enough! We even got lucky enough to see the northern lights off the balcony on a few nights during our stay! Love, love, LOVED this place and this host!

The apartment was spacious, clean, cosy and warm. Right across the road from the shops it was an excellent location and a wonderful place to enjoy a couple of days R&R during Polar Night. We only wish our stay was longer.

The only downside was the kettle leaked and couldn’t be used so we had to boil water on the stove. The other issue which was no fault of anyone’s was the water wasn’t drinkable at the time of our visit. Our wonderful host, Jo, had drinking water delivered within the first hour of arrival which was super kind.

The apartment was clean and stylish. It was also wamr and comfortable which is significant in the arctic circle. The host was always available to message and super helpful throughout our stay. The central location means everything is within walking distance. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again.

Nothing of any significance. The kitchen was a bit lacking in certain utensils and some instructions for the coffee machine would have been useful.

位置非常好，就在斯瓦尔巴酒店附近，房间设施齐全，阳台宽敞舒适，尤其是房东老板非常好，任何问题回复非常及时，因为油烟机有点小问题，打电话给他，房东老板很快就亲自来房间处理，我们在这里住了五天，非常开心，特别感谢房东对我们的帮助，强烈推荐入住这个漂亮的公寓。

This apartment is perfect for a small group; the two bedrooms are cozy, and the kitchen is large and easy to work in. The dining and living rooms are inviting, and the bathroom is huge. The location is perfect for exploring the town, and it’s easy to select any hotel as the pickup spot for excursions. This apartment is super close to the main shopping area, and the tourist office. We had a small issue with the shower, and I messaged the host, who came over within an hour to fix it, which was spectacular! If you are sensitive to light, bring an eye mask, as there is a street light in front of the property that sneaks through the light blocking curtains.

Everything. It is spacious for 4 of us and clean. Well equipped amenities. The instruction for check in is clear and the host is accessible by whatsapp and reply swiftly. They even provide shed to store our luggage after check out which is very generous.

The apartment was very spacious and clean. We had everything we needed for our stay and our host, Jo, was always very quick to respond to any queries that arose. The apartment was ideally located for access to the local shops, bars and restaurants (merely a 5 minute walk away). We were very happy with everything.

Very central. The apartment was spacious and well equipped.

The shower will only provide hot water for one person first thing in the morning. As the apartment can sleep Six this could be a big problem when everyone want to warm up after being out in the cold. On taking the bedding off at the end of our stay as requested I found the mattress protector was stained with blood. Horrible to think I had been sleeping in that. It clearly hasn't been changed.

Sehr schöne große und gut eingerichtete Ferienwohnung in ruhiger aber zentraler Lage. Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber - antwortet schnell und informativ auf Nachfragen und versucht, Wünsche zu erfüllen. Danke dafür. Schöner Ausblick. Dafür lohnt sich das Hochtragen der Gepäckstücke in die 3 . Etage.

Could have used more shampoo and body soap in the shower, washcloths for the shower, and a sponge or cloth to wipe down the kitchen table and counters.

Fantastic large apartment close to the centre of town, much larger than expected with everything you could need. The owner messaged to say if we needed anything to get in touch but we didn't need anything.

Was very warm when we got there, had to turn the heating down but that was easily done.

Second room bed not made up on arrival. The bunk is really suited to a child as it was a very thin mattress. A second mamattress was brought over and improved it sonewhat, however investing in a proper mattress would improve the property.

The location was wonderful and easy to access. It was convenient to the grocery store and bus pick ups. You do have to walk around the building and over the bridge to the visitor center where pick ups are located. The host was wonderful. Very responsive and attentive to our needs when we messaged him. The apartment was quiet, well insulated, had everything we needed minus a freezer. The heat worked extremely well and was more than efficient. The internet was extremely fast. The balcony was awesome with great views. As soon as you walked in you could take off your wet clothes and shoes and hang in the mud room. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this apartment to others. We stayed there 10 nights and the price was just right for our stay. It’s perfect for a family or friends as there were two separate bedrooms.

The kids bunk beds mattresses were on the thin side so if you are an adult you will feel the slats underneath. The apartment is on the third floor so be prepared to carry luggage up the stairs but once again the views are worth it!
