Le manque d’hygiène et de propreté ! La chambre n’a pas été nettoyée pendant 3 jours et la propreté était douteuse à notre arrivée… le petit déjeuner est plus que médiocre…

Petit déjeuner assez limité. Beaucoup de bruits car pas d’isolation, la porte de la chambre laisse passer le moindre bruit. Beaucoup d’humidité après la douche car ventilation non efficace. Pas de véritable porte pour séparer la salle de bain du lit.

Reviewed Sep 16, 2026Het hotel ligt centraal, zodat je de hele stad lopend kunt bekijken.
Na de 2e nacht troffen we 2 bedwantsen in het bed bij het kussen van mijn vrouw. We hebben ze doodgemaakt en gefotografeerd op een tissue. Zeer onaangenaam, aangezien eventuele beten zich pas later kunnen manifesteren. Dit gebeurde ook 2 dagen later, toen bleek dat mijn vrouw 18 bedwants beten had op haar armen. Aangezien er tijdens ons hele verblijf nooit iemand in de receptie was, hebben we telefonisch met de directeur gesproken. Die met excuses reageerde en compensatie aan bood. We stuurden haar toen een email met foto's. Een half uur later toen we op weg waren naar huis werden we gebeld door een onbeleefde, respectloze hotelmedewerker die zei dat hij in onze kamer absoluut geen bedwantsen had aangetroffen. We hebben toen een klacht ingediend bij Booking.

Hotel carino, rinnovato da recente e con buon mobilio, ma reception, praticamente, inesistente. Ti danno un badge (che a me non funzionava) per entrare, oppure un codice da digitare su tastiera. La colazione scadente, poca alternativa, senza latte caldo, senza acqua calda, macchinetta per il caffé malfunzionante. Rassetto camera non avvenuto.

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026The very central location between T´Zand and corner Nordstrandstraat. But this is also the disadvantage if it comes to view and noise. However, for one night it was OK, and I liked to be in the middle of all activities.
Although arriving in the afternoon, I had to look for the door code to get in. I think a receptioniest saw me but then disappeared immediately. Same at the moment of check out; I had to call for somebody to leave my luggage in the deposit. Therefore, bad ranking for staff, it was hardly able to meet someone. The telecomander for the TV was completely missing in my room, the bathroom was extremely narrow and I had to open the sink of the shower to avoid flooding the entire space.

Esperamos más de 20 minutos a que viniera el recepcionista para hacer el check in, habitualmente la recepción estaba vacía. Mi habitación era económica pero las sábanas tenían agujeros, no nos hicieron la habitación , en las paredes había bichos espachurrados, no había mando de tv tuvimos que pedir en recepción, en ese momento había una mujer en recepción, y es verdad que lo subió enseguida a la habitacion

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026La vista de la habitacion, era luminosa, la ubicacion muy buena. La atencion del recepcionista me parecio correcta. La ropa de cama era linda!
El hotel se esta cayendo a pedazos. La cerradura literalmente se caiga (por suerte cerraba) los muebles se los veia dañados, por dentro muchas de las intalaciones tambien estaban dañadas. Se ve que tiene muy poco amor, las cosas en la haitacion àrecian que las habian tirado. La tabla del inhodoro estaba manchada por lo que parecia sucia. La persona que tienen en la recepcion trabaja como camarero en el bar de al lado, por lo tanto no esta presente en la la misma todo tiempo. Si estas buscando calidad en la atencion, este no es tu hotel. Pienso que si le pusieran un poco mas de atencion a los detalles cambiaria ampliamente la experiencia.

Vanuit het hotel was je op korte afstand van de vele musea en je stapt vanuit de deur zo het historische en gezellige Brugge in. Voor het ontbijt, eenvoudig maar voldoende, was ook glutenvrij brood aanwezig. Dat was fijn.
Het hotel ligt aan een straat waar 's avonds wat uitgaanspubliek loopt. verderop zat een café waar het lang gezellig bleef. De volgende avond hebben we maar met ramen dicht geslapen.

La propreté de la chambre était limite correcte mais le pire était l’hygiène des locaux où le petit déjeuner était servi ! A cela s’ajoute la chaîne de froid non respectée des condiments servis. Je pense que si le service de l’hygiène contrôle : ils ferment à coup sûr !

Reviewed Aug 22, 2026Honnêtement, pas grand-chose. Le seul point positif reste l’emplacement de l’hôtel, qui permet de visiter Bruges facilement. Pour le reste, notre expérience a malheureusement été très décevante.
Nous avions réservé 4 nuits mais avons dû quitter l’hôtel après seulement 1 nuit en raison de conditions que nous avons jugées inadmissibles : moisissures sur la VMC, autour de la fenêtre et dans la salle de bain, mauvaise isolation, bruit constant provenant des couloirs et de l’extérieur, portes qui claquent toute la nuit et ménage très bruyant dès 8h du matin. Les photos présentées sur Booking.com ne correspondent pas à ce que nous avons constaté sur place. Nous avons également trouvé les autres chambres proposées peu convaincantes comme solution. Le petit-déjeuner à 12,50 € par personne nous a également fortement déçus au vu de ce qui était proposé. Enfin, nous avons été particulièrement déçus par la gestion de notre réclamation : malgré notre départ anticipé et les 3 nuits non utilisées, nous rencontrons toujours des difficultés pour obtenir leur remboursement. Une expérience très décevante, surtout compte tenu du prix payé et de l’état des lieux. Nous trouvons également honteux que Booking.com continue de proposer cet établissement alors que de nombreux avis négatifs et plusieurs témoignages de clients signalent déjà l’état du logement. Nous espérons que Booking.com prendra enfin ces signalements au sérieux afin d’éviter que d’autres voyageurs ne vivent la même expérience.

La chambre était superbe mais au vu de la canicule, ça aurait été chouette de brancher le mini frigo dans la chambre et d'y mettre une bouteille d'eau. Il n'y a pas de distributeur non plus si une petite soif survient la nuit. Les tentures ne sont pas au top,mesurées trop courte donc il fait clair assez tôt le matin. Le nettoyage avait été fait un peu vite, ça peut arriver..

Reviewed Aug 18, 2026Die Lage ist super. Man kann die gesamte historische Altstadt zu Fuß erkunden. Gleich um die Ecke ist ein gut beleuchtetes Parkhaus zum abstellen des Autos. Wir hatten ein großzügiges, schönes Zimmer mit behindertengerechtem, großen Bad. Aber Achtung: das Bad hat zwar Wände und Tür, also Sichtschutz, aber ist innerhalb des Zimmers nach oben hin offen (sehr hohe Decken) und somit hört man jedes Geräusch.
Die Matratze war sehr weich und es gab nur ein recht dickes Kissen pro Person sowie ein kleineres Dekokissen. Obwohl die Unterkunft in einem verkehrsberuhigten Bereich liegt, war es bei geöffnetem Fenster sehr laut, selbst nachts war draußen viel los.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026Die Lage war super: am Stadtrand gelegen, hatte man jenseits des Trubels in den engen Gassen der Stadt im/vorm Bistro abends am Zand eine Weite zum Schauen und Luft zum Durchatmen. Die Küche ist gut, die Auswahl an Bieren attraktiv. Trotzdem ist das Haus so nah zur Stadt, dass man gleich in sie eintauchen kann. Unter dem Platz t' Zand eine große Parkgarage und unmittelbar vor dem Hotel ein Ein/-Ausgangspavillion, so dass man bequem und zu fairem Preis parken kann.
Die Rezeption ist wegen des Vorgangs der Gastronomie nur spärlich besetzt. Am Abend angekommen, war es nicht leicht und ärgerlich langwierig, sich bemerkbar zu machen und auf jemanden zu warten, der den Check- in erledigt hat. Das schwarz, weiß, graue Design in Frühstücksraum, Zimmer und Bad entspricht weniger meinem Geschmack, Zimmerservice gab es während des ganzen Aufenthaltes keinen, und der Parkettboden wirkte nur auf den ersten Blick gepflegt: frisch geduscht barfuß durch das Zimmer gelaufen, waren die Fußsohlen von Staubbelag schwarz. Flurwände, Aufzugskabine, der Blick in manche offene Betriebstür machten auch Eindrücke von verbesserungsfähiger Raumpflege. Das Frühstücksbuffet war okay, hatte aber auch so seine Kuriositäten: lange Messer, kurze Gabeln; gekochte Eier, aber keine Eierbecher.

Aluguei 2 quartos iguais. O quarto que nos deram no segundo andar estava ok. Onde ficou minha filha e genro. No meu quarto que era no primeiro andar, não tinha frigobar, não tinha um único ventilador e era PCD, quarto 102. Pedi aos funcionários que não dava pra ficar daquele jeito pois fez 35 graus esse dia na cidade. Eles disseram que iriam verificar. Nos trouxeram um ventilador de improviso e quebrado, pedi novamente que algo fosse feito, pois paguei e me entregaram um serviço muito inferior ao contratado. Fomos ignorados , mal dormimos de tanto calor. Péssimo serviço não recomendo

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026De ligging. Ideaal voor als je met de trein komt en alles op wandelafstand. en de prijs kwaliteit (ik heb last minute geboekt). Het ontbijt was basic maar voldoende en lekker. Ik had geen last van lawaai zoals in sommige review waren geschreven.
Helaas geen haardroger op de kamer. Dit staat wel in de kamer omschrijving. Ik heb niet echt personeel gezien.

Assenza di aria condizionata in camera. La porta del bagno è come se non ci fosse quindi la privacy è zero. La porta del bagno andrebbe sostituita al più presto.

Es war sehr praktisch, dass die öffentliche Tiefgarage, mit Einfahrt im Tunnel, einen Zugang direkt vor dem Hotel hat. Es war etwas laut, aber die Stadt lebt und das ist auch gut so, mit geschlossenem Fenster konnte man sehr gut schlafen. Die Toilettentür im Saloon-Style könnte man eventuell mal gegen eine komplett geschlossene Tür austauschen, hat uns aber nicht wirklich beeinträchtigt.
