On 31st most roads are closed to get to the hotel. We walked from saloma bridge around 10-15mins.

Reviewed Jan 1, 2026深夜着の便だったので24時間レセプションが開いているホテルを選びました。大きくて綺麗なクリスマスツリーがありました。 スタッフは丁寧で親切でした。バスルームなど古さはあるけれど許容範囲。期待していた朝食は期待通りで、ロティチャナイがとても美味しかった
セントラル空調なので室温を調節できず、とても蒸し暑かった。とくにシャワーを浴びたあとなど、涼しくならないので汗が止まらなかったです。 お部屋より廊下のほうが涼しいくらい。空調の問題さえなければまた泊まりたいです。

Reviewed Dec 24, 2025I'm a huge potato lover, so having them in the breakfast menu is a very A+ for me! Meals are very tasty too! Room is comfortable, and clean. Iron is provided, I can easily iron my clothes. There's parking available for hotel guest as well, so a very good deal for me.
I wish there was hotel slippers, my feet gets very cold and the toilet floor is cold too, having slippers would be good. Also, some of the floor tiles in the elevators are broken. Hope the Hotel will see it fix before accident happens.

I stayed for 3 nights. Bathroom facilities need improvement. Toilet bowl doesn’t flush well and the accessories are old. Bathroom towels are old and smells. Probably a lot of bleach and no thorough rinsing. Simple supervision or a change of laundry vendor would have resolved this.

Very old hotel. Water piping problem? Inform the Bangladeshi housekeepers and show them the toilet situation. Their face reaction, that this is normal situation. Water problem Is almost every rooms. No need swimming, it’s already flooding in the toilet. The hallway, like in horror movie/games. Some of the carpet are soaking wet plus bau KEPAM OMGGGG.

Everything about the facilities. Tiles were shaky, rooms are dirty with tissue still on the walls. 1st room had ceiling leaking and phones not working, 2nd room lights, TV remote, phone and AC not working. 3rd room had tissue on the toilet wall and the glass door for the cabana is very dirty.

The staff are friendly, helpful, and professional, which always makes the stay pleasant. The room is comfortable and well-maintained, allowing me to rest well. Overall, a comfortable stay and I would gladly return again.

Telephone in my room which is on 2nd level no working at all.Difficult to call room service to make order when my grandchildren is hungry..Even i complain 2 time still never do anything with the telephone.

The hotel is closing down in January 2026. It’s gonna be demolished completely . Rooms were very old poorly maintained . Aircond not working , sinks are blocked and bathroom is mouldy .
