Pendant notre séjour dans votre hôtel , notre objectif était de goûter à toute les cuisines que vous proposer.

J’ai du mal avec la cuisine chinoise, par conte j’ai trouver beaucoup de choix non négligeable.

The concierge were very helpful. Especially the Indian man. I can't recall his name now ☹️ But he was very informative and helpful. Also, we lije that the hotel has a food court within the building. Food was good too 👍🏼👍🏼

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and they made sure we had all the important information we needed. The room was spotless, tidy, and smelled lovely. The bed was so comfy. Breakfast had plenty of choices and everything was delicious. Overall, we had a really pleasant and enjoyable stay!

Vriendelijk personeel, boven een winkelcentrum met ontbijt, supermarkt, koffie en pin opties. Goede plek om Grab te laten komen. LRT en MRT halte op een paar minuten lopen. Hele fijne kamers met goede matrassen, kussens en een fijne badkamer. Voldoende liften dus nooit lang wachten. Prima keuze voor een paar dagen KL.

This is our second time staying at the property. What we liked most about it is the location and convenience of having a variety of restaurants, pharmacies and even a good sized grocery store in the same mall. The breakfast setup and options were diverse - one of the nicest breakfast buffets I have experienced during my travels.

Check-in time is at 3pm, however the staff were accommodating and we were able to check in an hour early.

クアラルンプール中心部の「The Intermark」内にあり、観光や移動に便利な立地です。LRT・MRTのAmpang Park駅から徒歩5～8分ほどで、駅からは歩道橋や屋根付きの通路を利用できるため、雨の日でも比較的歩きやすいです。 インターマークモールと直結しており、地下にはスーパーや飲食店もあるため、滞在中の買い物や食事にも困りませんでした。ホテル内にはプールもあり、観光の合間にリフレッシュすることもできます。 エレベーターは6基あり、待ち時間はほとんどありませんでした。客室はそれほど広くはありませんが、清潔感があり快適です。館内には色鮮やかな抽象画が飾られており、客室のベッド上部にあるアートも印象的でした。セミダブルのベッドも快適で、部屋には冷蔵庫も備え付けられていました。 バスルームは、バス・トイレ・洗面台ともに適度な広さがあり、快適に利用できました。ベッドルームと浴室はガラス張りで仕切られていますが、自動開閉式のカーテンで目隠しができるため、プライバシーにも配慮されています。 スタッフのホスピタリティもさすがヒルトンブランドという印象で、滞在中は終始気持ちよく過ごすことができました。 朝食ビュッフェは、マレーシア料理をはじめ、中華、インド料理、西洋料理まで幅広く揃っています。席数も十分にあり、ライブキッチンでは出来たての料理を提供していました。種類・味ともに充実しており、朝から満足度の高い食事を楽しめました。 総合的に、交通アクセスの良さ、ショッピングモール直結の便利さ、快適な客室、充実した朝食、そしてヒルトンらしいサービスを兼ね備えた、クアラルンプール滞在に使いやすいホテルだと感じました。

L’hôtel est vraiment très bien situé, en plein centre de Kuala Lumpur, à proximité des tours Petronas et pas très loin de Bukit Bintang. Il y a aussi une station de métro juste à côté, ce qui est super pratique pour se déplacer. Les chambres sont très propres et le petit-déjeuner est vraiment top, avec beaucoup de choix. L’hôtel dispose également d’un spa, d’un sauna, d’une bonne salle de sport et d’une piscine. Dans l’ensemble, nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Mention spéciale à Fayssal, pour sa gentillesse, son professionnalisme et son sens du service. Très bon hôtel, je recommande sans hésiter !

Traditional TV has been outdated for years. Nowadays, we often travel with our children and parents, who may only speak their native language. Having access only to regular TV channels is no longer acceptable for a hotel of the Hilton standard. Guests should be able to stream content in their preferred language or connect to their own streaming services. This is especially important for families traveling with multiple generations. Also time to pay attention cleaning details in bathroom. There some spots they didnt clean for ages. Left the hotel with disappointment

Tout On vous accueille avec un cookie, personnel très attentionné à votre égard et à l’écoute de vos demandes. Petit déjeuner hors du commun représentant plusieurs continents et donc proposant différents mets. Chambres propres. Très belle vue sur les Tours Petronas et a proximité du KLCC. Hotel dans lequel je vais à chaque fois que je le rends à Kuala Lumpur .

The breakfast was really good with a lot of variety. They provide cookies upon check in which was unique and made us feel welcomed. The price was worth the stay.

The beds are super comfortable and the rooms contemporary and clean, All of the food and beverage outlets are excellent. The meeting rooms are first rate. The staff are professional and have a good attitude.

The location was great, shops and restaurants in the mall were good variety, breakfast was awesome and staff were really friendly. The views from our 19th floor room were just spectacular.

The steam sauna was not working and the outdoor pool was not warm to swim in. It was a bit sad because that was why I chose this hotel.

Je regrette de n’avoir pas pu bénéficier de points alors que je suis membre de Hilton honorés parce que je n’avais pas réservé la chambre en direct.

Breakfast was one of the best we had ever had. It was exceptional with so many high quality choices. The staff were also outstanding - always super friendly. professional and helpful: a testament to a high level of training, for which the hotel management deserves high praise. Being integrated into a mall was also a wonderful feature, making eating out and doing some shopping so easy. Plus, the Ampang Park MRT station is across the road, which opens up the whole of KL for easy exploration.

The twin room we stayed in was a little small for accommodating a rollaway bed - lesson learned. We also didn't get the mountain view room we booked, but it wasn't a big issue. The hotel was super busy and we didn't want to cause any hassles.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay at this new hotel. The service was excellent, and the staff were friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout my visit. The breakfast was also a highlight, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from

However, some rooms are located quite close to the light rail, so there may be some noise, especially for light sleepers. Better soundproofing would make the overall experience even more comfortable.

We stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Kuala Lumpur twice during our Malaysia trip—first for two nights and then again for one night. We used Kuala Lumpur as our base while traveling to other cities, and the hotel was an excellent choice. The check-in process was smooth, the staff were professional and helpful, and the overall service was excellent throughout both stays. The breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of delicious options. Both rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. During our first stay, we noticed some water on the corridor carpet during heavy rain, likely from the terrace garden on that floor. However, the staff cleaned it promptly, and it never caused any inconvenience. During our second stay on a different floor, we did not encounter this issue. The only other difference was that the higher-floor room had some metro noise, while the first room was quieter. A special mention to the hotel's luggage storage facility, which was extremely helpful. Since we were traveling to other cities between stays, being able to safely leave our extra luggage at the hotel made our trip much more convenient.

I like the location of the hotel, near to the place i need to work for. Easy access via personal transport and public transport as well. A lot of attraction est choices of restaurants / food varieties.

The room located (mountain facing) is near the train/railway track. The sound can be heard up to the late night and start off at very early morning.
