C’è stato un problema con l’orario della colazione (alle 8:30 era decisamente tardi). Il personale si è dato da fare per aiutarci ed abbiamo apprezzato. Comunque abbiamo pagato un un breakfast completo ed avuto un te’ e due dolci da asporto…

Reviewed Jun 14, 2026Eigenlijk alles wel. Het hotel ligt fantastisch langs de haven van Baltimore. De receptiemedewerkers waren ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De ontbijtzaal heeft een geweldig uitzicht. Het bed was geweldig en ik heb heerlijk geslapen.
De enige ruimte om in de badkamer je spullen neer te zetten is boven het toilet. De afvoer van de wastafel is heel groot. Ik ben dan altijd bang iets te laten vallen in de afvoer of het toilet. Daarnaast was het bijzonder warm overal

Reviewed May 5, 2026The position of the hotel is great. Parking was easy. Our room was fantastic. Clean, comfortable and a lovely view over the harbour. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was delicious and we also enjoyed pizzas in Jacob's Bar. A thoroughly enjoyable stay!

Reviewed Sep 29, 2025I was expecting the location to be exquisite and it turned out to be exactly that. But special mention must be made to the staff @ The Waterfront Hotel — beginning w/ Kate. I very much appreciated her prompt reply to a question during the booking process and her warm, genuinely friendly manner towards us during our all-too-brief stay clearly sets the tone for this establishment. Breakfast was wonderful!
Just a tiny suggestion (offered with the utmost of respect) that perhaps the bathroom experience could be enhanced with additional hooks on the wall.

No on site parking but free parking just down the road. Only stairs, elevator not working while we stayed.

Reviewed May 8, 2024Great location, in the center of town...Baltimore is tiny so that wasn't hard to achieve. We were traveling off season so everything was quiet, I'm sure high season might be very different as far as noise level. The room was larger than most, I was traveling with a friend and for a small older hotel, we were both able to open our luggage at the same time, It's the little things in life while you're traveling. The staff was super nice and very accommodating. We had a beautiful view of the water. Breakfast was excellent, rooms clean and comfortable. Would stay again.

Reviewed Mar 27, 2024Easy to miss as you are taking in the view of the harbour, but this is not a fault of the Hotel as it is in plain view when you look for it, it is right in the heart of Baltimore and within 2 minute walk of anywhere. Staff are very friendly and helpful and the facility is all you need. Lovely places all around to visit and the bar is comfortable and welcoming. Faultless really!
Bar menu wasn't what we wanted, but that is our fault not the Hotels. Can't think of anything else that wasn't great.

Reviewed Sep 28, 2023Upon arrival our room was upgraded without asking so that was a pleasant surprise. Room was spacious and overlooked the main plaza. It's the best place to stay location wise if you want to be at the center of everything.
The Waterfront's hotel bar food was OK. I had the swordfish and it was a overcooked and my wife ordered the oysters and were so salty she had a hard time finishing them. Other than that, the staff at the bar was friendly and attentive.
