Simple hotel and room, nothing exceptional, but clean and with every commodity needed. Great bonus: free drinking water in the hallways. Good value for the money for a couple night stay.

Although the position is great (close to the waterfront and gaya street) and very central; the street and close neighborhood is not the cleanest. Not much room for the luggage.

Room Cleanliness still can be improved •Couple stains on the bed sheet. •A bit dusty under the table and floor •Toilet overall is ok •Television is a little bit difficult to use cause it's old i think Once again, it's a budget hotel so I'm not that complaining and fine with it. Maybe other people have higher expectations than me and want everything in perfect order.

tandas kurang bersih. mangkuk tandas masih ada kulat, ada lipas, sempit, tisu sikit betul, tempat sidai tuala tu dah nak tercabut, tuala mandi rabak

the location - nearby to suria mall, wisma merdeka and kk plaza the hotel door mesti pakai kad baru boleh buka dan masuk.

the room was limited and nada ruangan tuk solat, simpan barang dan space for anak main mainan tandas macam tak cuci je, luar dan bawah mangkuk tandas ada kulat hitam² sikit. tisu dah sikit masa check in, selain tu okay. family room yang kami booking sekali tu jendela takde lock lah rasa tak secure pulak tinggal brg dalam tu.

Location was good, the king bed was comfortable and they provide refill water which is convenient. Overall, value for money.

Towels smell bad. It’s ok the towels are old but the smell is as though not cleaned and dried well. The toilet is tight and the shower curtain is super dirty and need to replace. Don’t know what is the function of the shower curtain when it’s not long enough and so the whole toilet still gets wet.

The staff were very helpful. The location is quite handy and you can walk to a lot of places. The area is a bit tatty but safe. Good for a short stay - very reasonably priced.

Everything is great. Great distance to shops/eateries & malls.

Very unclean, I got bed bugs from this accomodation.

Room is cozy and love the location coz it close to TODAK Waterfront Hawker Centre...only walking distance.

The room size quite small especially if you have lots of bags.

Its location is so convenient to walk around.

The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff were great, even up to the last day when we asked for a super late check-out. The location's great too, easy to access everything with cheap Grab rates.

I'm short-sighted so I don't see extreme details when I'm in the room without glasses, but my companion voiced how the bathroom walls could be much cleaner, and the shower curtains could have been changed. The same could be said about the corners of the room, between the window and the bed. We understand that it's an old building and the price we paid for should match what we got, but still, cleanliness should be maintained regardless, right?

Pros: -very near to the market where you can shop -secured entrance & lift access, need to tap your card -affordable price -comfy beds & cold ac. perfect for good sleep

cons: -bathroom very dirty, moldy and the shower drainage is blocked. -room got some hairs on the floor and dust on some area -very poor soundproofing. if you a light sleeper pls avoid the hotel -hotel surrounding was quite scary at night -i stayed at some other budget hotels either, dirty bathroom is something i cannot compromised.

Nice hotel near several interesting points at KK, such as Gaya street or Jesselton point, where you can get a boat to the islands. Very friendly staff. Comfortable room where I could peacefully rest after long days at the city.

I don't have any criticism.

The staff tried to be accommodating but there wasn't much they could do besides switching rooms.

- The sheets and pillow cases were stained and dirty. It was the same even after switching rooms - The bathroom didn't come with a shower door like it did in previous rooms causing everything in the bathroom to be wet when showering - The rooms/ bathrooms in general aren't clean

Room could have done with a deep clean. Bathroom was not the cleanest. Room was not cleaned daily and had to ask for room to be cleaned after a few nights even though sign was left on door for cleaning.
