Vi hadde ikke rom med utsikt eller med balkong. Da kunne det vært fint med en felles uteplass, men det var det ikke på hotellet

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026Das Zimmer Nr. 9 war sehr grosszügig, mit eigenem Balkon und Meersicht. Wir wurden sehr zuvorkommend empfangen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Morgenessen am langen Tisch war sehr fein. Kaffee und Eier oder Pancakes wurden jeweils serviert. Alles war sehr lecker. Den Service mit dem kostenlosen Ausleihen von Strandtüchern haben wir gerne in Anspruch genommen. Da das Hotel sehr nah am Meer gelegen ist (ca. 50 Meter), haben wir jeweils nach unserer Wanderung gerne im Meer gebadet. Wir würden dieses Hotel jederzeit gerne weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank an die Inhaber, Jessica und Alberto.
Uns ist nichts negatives aufgefallen.

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026O hotel é pequenino mas EXCELENTE! Talvez o melhor da nossa viagem. Charmoso, limpo, quarto amplo, banheiro melhor ainda. Os donos e os staffs uma simpatia, super prestativos e gentis. Tivemos que sair cedo e preparam nossa box de café da manhã com muito capricho. O café da manhã é maravilhoso!!!! Mas, o detalhe a parte é a vista do quarto para o mar, o por do sol belíssimo. Inesquecível.

The location can’t be beat, it was exceptionally clean and the customer service was beyond anything we could have expected. The best way to describe it is they treat you like family. The owners were onsite at check in and went over the top to explain the area and give recommendations.

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026La proprietà è esattamente nel centro di Manarola giusto di fronte al mare quindi la posizione è perfetta. Ho anche apprezzato molto la colazione. Il caffè è servito e preparato usando una macchina da espresso professionale usata nelle caffetterie quindi la qualità è ottima. In più, ti preparano delle uova o pancakes fatti sul momento. Il personale è molto gentile e professionale e ci hanno saputo dare molti consigli su cosa visitare e come girare le 5 Terre.

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026Great location and comfortable walk to hotel from the train station. The hosts, Alberto and Jessica, were extremely helpful and made our stay feel as homely as possible. Breakfast was also lovely and they organised a nice take-away breakfast for our hike early in the morning - it was a real lifesaver on the trail from Manarola to Corniglia. The hotel is modern, clean and our balcony view overlooked the charming main street.

Die Besitzer waren sehr freundlich und haben uns mit guten Tipps zu Aktivitäten, Nahverkehr und Restaurants versorgt. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon direkt über der Fußgängerzone. Das Zimmer war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Frühstück war gut und liebevoll.

Was our favourite hotel we stayed on a 5 week Europe trip. Run by a lovely couple. Breakfast was really good. Some great restaurants nearby. Looking forward to going back again. Highly recommend 🤩

You can’t go wrong with this hotel! Location is great, we had a sea view. Luggage storage available if you need to. Friendly staff/owners. I wish we stayed longer! Breakfast was great, superb hospitality !

No elevator, so it you are on the higher floors and with heavy luggage it can Be challenging. The stairs are also a little steep. If you have mobility issues, this hotel is not comfortable for you .

The staff were so friendly and went out of their way to make my partner's birthday very special by providing us with prosecco! Die Lage ist wirklich super und ideal, um die Umgebung und die Cinque Terre zu erkunden. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den tollen Service: Die beiden Gastgeber waren äußerst freundlich, herzlich und haben uns bei allem unterstützt – von Tipps zur Cinque Terre Card über Restaurantempfehlungen bis hin zu Reservierungen. Man hat sich wirklich willkommen gefühlt. Auch das Frühstück war sehr lecker und liebevoll gemacht. Insgesamt ein wirklich schöner Aufenthalt, den wir absolut weiterempfehlen können!

Reviewed May 26, 2026Excellent hotel with amazing hosts. We arrived late afternoon after a long travel day and without a dinner reservation. Host Alberto got us a reservation for that evening---and we had a table with a waterfront view. He also made a reservation for the next evening, and we had a sunset view over the water. We were leaving very early on the third day before breakfast and Jessica told us to fill out a breakfast menu form for a packed takeaway breakfast for us---something that we did not expect. The room was clean, very comfortable bed and great shower. All in the heart of Manarola. We would stay again.

Staff were excellent, very helpful, ranging from carrying my heavy case up to the 3rd floor to advising us on walks and which were the best restaurants. They provide a Via dell'Amore ticket too which was fantastic, allowing us to walk both ways so we could just wander along to Riomaggiore and back easily. Breakfast was plentiful and good. Our room had a view of the harbour and was spacious and comfortable.

Reviewed May 14, 2026Best location you can get in Manarola, right on the small beach. Get the sea view room for unforgettable sunrises. Everything was better than expected. The staff was just amazing: as we checked in around 9pm the staff proactively asked us if we wanted them to book a restaurant as it might have been difficult to find one at that time of the day. They also gave us precious advise on how to best organise our tour of Cinqueterre. Simply brilliant!

The location was absolutely perfect, it exits onto the main street of Manarola and is a short walk from both the station and the seafront. The room was clean and had all you could need, from air con to extra blankets. Ours also had a stunning sea view!

Reviewed Apr 29, 2026Das Hotel ist auf zwei Gebäude verteilt. Ich war im vorderen, jenem direkt am Hafen, einquartiert. Man hatte vom 1. Stock direkte Sicht auf das schöne Mittelmeer. Das Personal ist wundervoll - ich bedanke mich herzlich für die hervorragende Betreuung.
Die Mauern des Zimmers waren noch sehr kühl, weshalb auch die Zimmertemperatur kaum angehoben werden konnte mit dem Klimagerät.

Alberto the owner was so welcoming and very helpful with getting train tickets, booking dinner for us at the local restaurant and so knowledgeable about the ferry and train times. We requested a room with a sea view and this hotel delivered our request brilliantly.
The room was quite bright at night. Blackout curtains would have been great.

The views from the very comfortable and simply stylish room were stunning. Manarola is very busy, but the hotel offers a very restful oasis. We welcomed the good advice from Jessica on walking and access.
If we visit the Cinque Terre again we will go at a quieter time, but we have no complaints at all about the hotel and thoroughly recommend it.

Reviewed Apr 7, 2026시설이 깨끗합니다. 직원분들 친절하고 응대 잘 해주세요. 특히 과일 간식으로 제공해주는 것이 좋아요. 조식도 이탈리아 여행 중 다른 호텔에 비해 매우 만족스럽게 먹었습니다. 객실에는 캡슐커피와 차가 넉넉하게 준비되어 있습니다. 마나놀라에 가면 꼭 다시 숙박하고 싶은 곳입니다.
