Hôtel très confortable, sans bruit aucun, propre, personnel adorable, petit déjeuner très bon (un peu répétitif), proche du métro, bcp de restes et magasins alentour

Petit souci pour ranger les effets personnels. Pas de tiroir de rangement . Un peu ennuyant mais rien de grave

Breakfast – No choice, the same every day.

Staff were pretty helpful despite not speaking much English. Decent rooms, basic and spacious. They kept breakfast open longer for me specifically so I could get a coffee.

They were very orderly. Didn’t let me use the pool on the day of my check out, also having to pay extra to use the pool is very odd.

Location was excellent for metro access to the city and especially for an early flight out of GMP airport, metro was just a 3 or 4 minute walk away and only a few stops to the airport. Neighbourhood had shops and restaurants within walking distance.

For me there was not much to dislike as I mostly chose the hotel for it's proximity to the metro for direct access to GMP airport. I was going to take an evening dip in the rooftop pool but it closed quite early, I'd think it could have better hours but it wasn't a major factor.

Obwohl mir vorher gesagt wurde, es gäbe keine Möglichkeit für glutenfreies Frühstück war das Küchenpersonal super lieb und hat kleine Änderungen vorgenommen, so dass ich doch frühstücken konnte.

De locatie bij de metro wat geniaal. De kamers werden zeer goed schoongemaakt. Uitzicht op de straat was mooi. Bed lag goed. Zeer net hotel

We betaalden op Booking voor hotel met zwembad, maar bij aankomst was het zwembad in reparatie en de einddatum van de reparatie werd steeds uitgesteld. Helaas in de drie weken dat we er verbleven niet kunnen zwemmen…

La chambre était pleine de charme et très propre, le personnel était aux petits soins, l’hotel est magnifique et son emplacement parfait pour profiter de la vie locale !

整體住宿環境不錯，設備有些老舊，維護的狀況不是非常好

住宿的第一個晚上，冷氣溫度無法調整，溫度都在20度附近，睡到一半凍醒，找櫃檯幫忙，服務人員到房間仍然無法調整冷氣溫度，最後說可以把冷氣關掉。 要了一個薄被，卻要求每晚收500元台幣，同一條被子，我們住五晚，要收2500元台幣，簡直是詐欺，且不付費就不給被子，且態度強硬。

Good location, spacious rooms.

Borderline rude staff, worn out rooms. Pool was closed, gym equipment was broken, breakfast is the same set of American dishes every day.

なにしろ動線が悪い。利用者の利便性よりもデザイン重視と思われた。壁にしかコンセントが無いのでお茶を沸かしにくい。 部屋が間接照明で暗い。空調が効かなくて暑かった。 バスタブとシャワーが離れているので使いにくい。 洗面が棚がないので使いにくい。部屋が広いのは良いが、使い勝手が悪いので、無駄な動きをしなければならない。あくまでも個人的感想です。

프리미엄 방이라 침구도 좋고 넓어요.

넓고 깔끔 한 건 좋았는데 들어가자마자 담배냄새가 은근히 베어있었어요. 오래 베인 그런 느낌이었습니다. 침대에 누우면 헤드가 옷장 뒷면입니다. 그 위에 천정에어컨이 있었는데 소리가 꽤 컸어요. 잘때 머리쪽에서 소리가나니까 껐는데 더워져서 다시 켰는데 소음이 ...꽤 큽니다. 그리고 옷장가구 중 선반장 맨 아래에 전자렌지가 있어요. 있는건좋은데 중간쯤으로 위치가 사용하기 편한 위치였으면 좋았을것 같아요. 화장실 칸도 따로있었는데 테두리 모서리 벽에 페인트칠 자국이 그대로 보였어요. 3성급이라고 해도 프리미엄 방치고는.. 음 아쉬움이 많았습니다.

The property is located really near GMP airport and Taxi is just JPY1,000, KRW800. The room is clean. All staffs are really kind.

If you want to go to 明洞, it takes 1 hour by train or 30min by Taxi with JPY2500, KRW30,000.

Бассейн не работал. Меняли несколько раз объявление о ремонте меняли несколько раз пока мы в нем были. Подозреваю, что он не работают совсем и никогда.

Location to Balsan/MTR station; / Room on 13th floor comfortable, clean & roomy / The lobby area on floor 1 is awesome with the free washing machines, water & coffee available at all hours / Internet worked pretty well / Breakfast was OK but was the same every day. Would've been nice to have a Korean food option there, not just Western food. The young woman working at breakfast was friendly & efficient.

Fitness centre was a joke. Only 2 old treadmills & a broken machine there. It did not match the photos. Very bad / Pool was being repaired during our whole stay & the dates kept being extended. There was no notice of this when we booked. / Staff were ok but the whole experience felt mechanical, automated & impersonal. Maybe it was a language thing. They didn't engage unless asked but they responded quickly to requests.

We enjoyed the clean comfortable room. The staff were professional and friendly. We liked the location near the Seoul Botanical Garden. A staff member told us it was closed and then directed us to the surrounding gardens that were beautiful.

・駅から近く、周辺には百貨店やコンビニ、飲食店もある。 ・1階に無料のコーヒー、また洗濯機がある。 ・部屋が広く、狭いながらもバルコニーがある。

・冷蔵庫が小さすぎて、保冷効果があまりないものだった。 ・明洞など、中心部から遠いこと。 ・時期的なものもあったと思うが、宿泊料金が高い。

핸드폰 충전이 살짝 아쉬웠습니다.

Das Zimmer war das schönste meiner ganzen Asienreise: sehr groß, modern und sauber. Die Badewanne war der Hit. Das Personal so hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Hotel liegt gleich in der Nähe des Busbahnhofs und der U-Bahn Nr. 5: 3 Stationen zum Flughafen Gimpo und direkt in die City ohne Umsteigen zum großen Palast.

Alles war super, aber leider kein Früstücksbuffet

Große, saubere Zimmer, sehr modern mit stylischem Bad. Sehr bequeme Betten. Die Lage sehr praktisch nahe an der U- Bahn Station. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Ich war schonmal dort vor 2 Jahren. Damals war ich sehr zufrieden. Dieses Mal war der Pool eine Baustelle und nirgendwo stand, dass er geschlossen ist. Achtung: Pool nur "saisonal" Das Personal schien schwer von Begriff. Obwohl ich es auf Koreanisch erklärt habe und im Anschluss auf Englisch, danach mit Übersetzer, gab es dieses Mal Kommunikationsprobleme. Es war aber auch nur Personal in Training dort. Es ist sehr schade, denn vor 2 Jahren war es so gut, dass ich nochmal hinwollte. Bei dem Preis erwarte ich mehr, auch beim Frühstück. Die Lage ist ok, die Zimmer und Ausstattung sonst auch. Frühstück immer gleich wenig Auswahl, aber ok.

Хорошее расположение. Возможность выпить чай или кофе в зоне ресепшен. Стиральная машина в месте общего пользования.

Уборка оставляет желать лучшего. Завтрак очень скучный.

We really didn’t like it. There was a blood stain on the pillow, it was extremely noisy, and there was a horrible smell in the room. We couldn’t sleep at all. Luckily, we only stayed one night.

ファミリータイプの部屋に泊まりました。ダブルベッドの他にシングルベッドが2台あって部屋も広々でした。ヘアアイロンも付いてよかったです。朝食のワンプレートもボリューミーでした。

上の部屋の配管の音でしょうか。夜中に水の音がしました。

Really liked the layout of the hotel room. It is efficient use of the space. It had a seperate shower and toilet which is nice since we are a family of 4. The big soaker tub was excellent and we really liked the large screen tv!

The fridge was too small for us.

Overall the hotel is good but hotel do not allow breakfast packed during our stay due to stupid reason but the male manager. But the female manager is good, she assist us in most of the issue. So, avoid talking to the male manager that VERY HARD on guests. Whatever you requests, ALL rejected. Go to the female manager that more flexible and nice to guests.

The MALE Manager that very hard on us. And very proud type. The hotel should terminate his services. Bad services.

It was fine, location was okay for us since it was near to the airport. But overall was a bit pricy.

위치도 좋고 일하시는 모든 분들 Front desk&housekeeping 하시는 분들 다들 친절하고 좋았어요. 매일매일 청소 및 수건 교체 및 시트까지... do not disturb 해놓으면 물이랑 수건은 문앞에 놓여있었어요.

층간소음이 너무 심했어요. 쿵쿵 소리가 시간 상관없이 심했고 화장실에서 냄새가 나고 세수하는 곳은 물이 너무 안내려갔어요. 스위치도 침대쪽에만 있어서 화장실 불이 일정시간 지나면 자동으로 꺼져서 샤워나 화장실 쓰다가 불 꺼져서 당황 스러웠어요.

Just 10 mins from Gimpo airport. A lot of restaurants around. The room is big and clean.

The breakfast was not the best. We stayed at the hotel twice and did not get the breakfast for the second stay. But everything else was amazing, clean, great staff, so helpful, lovely pool. Would come again!

Buena ubicacion en un barrio muy bien desarrollado con todos los requerimientos cubiertos. Cerca del metro línea 5, que conecta bien con el resto de la ciudad y los aeropuertos, si bien es un barrio periferico desde lo geográfico. El hotel ademas cuenta con lavarropas, infusiones disponibles 24 hs, salon de estar y comedor, un pequeño gym y piscina grande en la terraza con costo adicional. Tb con servicio de estacionamiento asistido, sala de reuniones, espacio de trabajo oficina y desayuno opcional. La atencion del personal es impecable. La habitación está bien equipada, con batas, pantuflas, agua, y un refrigerador. Además cuenta con bañera y ducha por separados.

El gym es muy limitado, el desayuno es un plato fijo con el agregado de una sopa y algo de panadería, jugos e infusiones, puede ser monótono y hastiante. La caja de seguridad no funcionaba, pero además no estaba fijo por lo que no era utilizable.

Location was great. Plenty of shops and eating options. Korean BBQ, Frank Burgers across the road amazing. Breakfast at hotel is basic but $13 aud. No cappuccinos though or buffet. I would have liked more choices of breakfast food. Rooms were all different decor, I really liked the ones I saw as my sister stayed as well. Spacious, a lot with marble, wooden, large oval bathtubs. Bed comfortable, pillows awful, toilet the automatic state of the art, 2 bottles of water daily but you could get more in a down stairs fridge. Washing and dryer machines available along with a microwave and free tea and coffee. Hotel is boutique size. You have to pay extra to use the pool which I didn't realise until we were told. Its $32 aud per day. Has a spa. Usually pool use is included in room price but SRs is optional addition. Has a restaurant which I didn't use. Small lounge area. TV has a few English speaking channels on. I would have liked Netflix included. Has built in international power points which was great for phone charging without an adaptor. Two nice bathrobes in room CONS no English speaking receptionist CONS No wardrobe just coathangers off a wall that I could barely reach , no shelving in my particular room. Other rooms I think had more storage . The price was good for South Korea though for the location. I do recommend.

The hotel advertises their swimming pool on booking.com and their own website. Upon arrival, we learned that there is an additional fee of krw 30.000 per person and children are not allowed. The pool was the reason I booked, and my children were extremely disappointed. Breakfast consists of a plate with a cheap sausage, a rasher of cheap bacon, some iceberg lettuce, scrambled egg made of that pre-made scramble mix, two slices of tomato, two slices of orange, and a few kidney beans. On the self-service buffet, there is a (decent) coffee machine, tea, cheap juices, long-life milk, cheap toast and rolls, ottugi jam, butter, peanut butter, and real (!!!) Nutella. The bathtub leaked and taking a shower turned the bathroom into a flood zone. We got wet feet everytime we had to use the bathroom. Won't come again.

De prijs van het dagelijks gebruik van het zwembad ongekend hoog en nergens duidelijk vermeld. Booking.com geeft geen reactie als je er naar vraagt en vraagt om compensatie anders had ik wel ander hotel geboekt

de prijs van het gebruik maken van het zwembad staat nergens aangegeven, alleen bij het boeken via de site, zie je ergens onderaan staan dat je een kamer kan huren incl toegang zwembad, dat is gewoon zwendel!

Kinderen mogen niet in zwembad en dat staat nergens als je boekt. Terwijl je ook nog moet betalen voor het zwembad. Geef duidelijk van te voren aan dat kinderen niet toegestaan zijn

We got this place for the pool for our family. Nowhere on the website does it mention that it's an adults only pool and has an entry fee. This was disappointing as that was the biggest reason we reserved the place.

I loved the stay

no pool in which was a massive let down, breakfast was average, can do your own laundry in which was a big time saver, quiet area bout an hour out from the city central, massive nice room. overall it was a great place to stay.

Hotel room was nice

I expected the pool to be open which was advertised on the booking and the staff told me it wasn’t till July so I felt a bit dissapointed. Was one of the reasons why I booked the hotel
