L'apartament posava que era sense calefacció però el que ens vam trobar era una porta que donava al la intempèrie en el qual passava tot l'aire com si estiguéssim al carrer. Adjunto fotos perquè pogueu veure que hi cabia un dit. Vam intentar parlar amb els propietaris i no ens van donar cap solució. Vam haver d'estar amb jaqueta dins l'apartament. Crec que si no pots oferir un apartament habitable durant l'hivern no s'ha de posar a Booking o s'han de posar solucions. Una llàstima perquè a l'estiu es deu estar bé.

Все прекрасно. Расположение, пешком до Авениды, рядом супермаркеты, метро, нет крутых спусков и подъемов. Тихий спокойный район. Прекрасная квартира, всё удобно устроено, два балкона, чисто, много кухонной посуды, чай/кофе. Нам очень понравилось

Appartment close to the Saldanha metro station. Convenient connection to the airport and to the city centre. Nice places around to have breakfast. Comfortable appartment, ideal for short stays in Lisboa. Friendly host received us.

We stayed there during a unusually heavy rainstorm in November 2025. Water came in through one of the windows. It didn't affect the quality of our stay but probably should be fixed.

Do espaço, apesar de pequeno é perfeito para uma curta estadia e com excelentes pormenores de decoração e conforto . O anfitrião de uma atenção, simpatia e disponibidade pouco habituais neste tipo de serviço. Recomendo e será para repetir.

Fantastic place! It was so easy to find and get there from the airport. Nuno was communicating with us prior the arrival and made sure everything ran smoothly. Apartment is in great location, easy to get around. It is very clean and comfortable. Even when we asked for more coffee Nuno got it for us straight away. Really highly recommended!

Size, clean and location

Host was so helpful and kind. Room was comfy and excellent use of space.

Just a little further out from centre than we expected but we got taxis and they were quite quick and reliable.

Close to transportation. Convenient to all.

It's not a great value for the rate charged. Bath doesn't drain well, door difficult to operate without getting your fingers cut. However, overall, it is good for a few days. Helpful host.

Proximidade ao metro. Limpeza do quarto estava muito boa. Funcionários prestáveis e sempre disponíveis mesmo que online. Boa rede WiFi.

Colchão é desconfortável (já não está dentro da sua vida útil). Quarto ruidoso (ouve.se tudo nos quartos contíguos).

Sehr gut gelegenes Appartement mit moderner Ausstattung in hübschem Design, sehr sauber, zwei Balkone. Eine gut ausgestattete Küche und freundliches Personal.

Die Tür des Hauses war jederzeit offen, das Schloss an der Tür des Appartements ist ein Witz, wir waren nicht überzeugt von der Sicherheit unserer Sachen. Ziemlich unbequemes Bett, übler Geruch im Bad und extrem laute Wasserpumpe.

Great location, had all necessary amenities and was aesthetically pleasing, it was very nice to spend lazy mornings and relax in the evening in the apartment. Great connection with metro and other public transportation means to any part of the city. It was near a lot of stores and a shopping mall but in a quiet street.

Nunu war sehr nett. Ich hatte zwar keinen Grund mich bei Ihm zu melden, weil es keine Probleme gab, aber er hat nachgefragt ob alles in Ordnung ist. Die Lage war zwar nicht direkt in der Altstadt oder fußläufig von Sehenswürdigkeiten, aber nah an bus und Bahn angebunden, gut vom Flughafen zu erreichen und es gab nette Cafés und Supermärkte in der Nähe. Außerdem war das Apartment wirklich sehr sauber.

Man bekommt was sieht. Die Wohnung war relativ klein und von der Ausstattung vollkommen ausreichend aber auch nur das nötigste. Alles in Ordnung, nichts was man nicht auf den Bildern sehen könnte.

広くてきれいでした。コーヒーマシンのカプセルもたくさん置いておいてくれたので、飲みたい時にいつでも飲めて、便利でした。

最終日の夜にお湯が出なくなり、オーナーに確認してもらいましたが、結局朝になるまでお湯が出ず、シャワーを浴びずに寝ることになってしまいました。

Todo. Ubicación, limpieza, tamaño adecuado y el buen recibimiento. Por circunstancias excepcionales necesitaba entrar pronto al apartamento y me dieron todo tipo de facilidades. Fue de agradecer.

El apartamento súper limpio, la decoración impecable, muy buen gusto. Muy cómodo para 2 personas, con cocina totalmente equipada.

Lo único malo era que el lavamanos del baño se embozaba muy rápido y quedaba todo sucio.

Im gesamten Areal war Baustelle, wenn wir das gewusst hätten, hätten wir ein anderes Quartier gebucht.

Muy limpio, con camas cómodas y muy bien situado, con paradas de metro y de autobús muy cerca. El apartamento muy coqueto con todo lo necesario. Nuno superatento y amable. Totalmente recomendable.

Ben comunicat. Nuno és molt amable i la resta del personal també. L’apartament és com es descriu. Ben equipat i molt net.

Heel goeie locatie, dichtbij de metro. Mooi appartement, was heel warm en de airco werkte perfect! Balkonnetje aanwezig, leuk extraatje. Host doet het uitstekend, Nuno geeft raad waar hij kan. Tof! Er is wel een lift aanwezig, maar zeer oud. Versailles, een ontbijtzaak heel dichtbij, was echt wel heel klassevol en lekker. De Lisboacard is handig voor metro, tram en ander openbaar vervoer, samen met heel wat bezienswaardigheden. Als we zouden terugkeren naar Lissabon, aarzelen we niet om naar Saldahna en Nuno terug te keren.

Wij waren met 4. Er waren bijvoorbeeld slechts 3 glazen, eigenlijk vooral gericht op 2 personen, maar het lukte ook met 4. 1 slaapkamer voor 2 en 1 zetelbed voor 2. Het zetelbed was relatief hard, lag niet zo comfortabel. Er zijn enkele kamers op dat verdiep. Als iedereen zijn airco laag zet, springt wel de elektriciteit. Een aandachtspunt. Anders geen enkele opmerking.

The apartment was clean, light, and comfy. The electric shutters were good. lots of space for clothes and luggage. Aesthetically very pleasing. Very good location, safe and easy to access. Coffee machine suddenly stopped working and they replaced this without fuss. Host is very friendly and available when needed.

No cleaning products, such as spray for the counter, brush and dustpan for floor. I purchased some spray and dustpan and left for the next tenants to also use, so I hope this was still there. There was no kettle for hot water, only coffee capsule machine, not everyone drinks coffee. Slight smell coming from bathroom drains and refrigerator.

It was super clean and well equipped, good if you want to cook. Nice and safe location, definitely recommend.

There were constructions in the house making it rather noisy and the blinds were broken.

Everything was in working order easy to access bathroom, kitchen equipment very adequate. T.V.worked well,bed comfortable & clean.

The apartment is located in a building very close to a metro station in the central part of Lisbon, in a nice and quite neighborhood. The host was friendly and greeted us upon arrival, he made sure we understand how the locks work and was available for any questions we had during our stay. The apartment we stayed in had a bathroom and a small kitchen equipped with everything you'd need in a kitchen for a short stay (plates, pan, utensils, electric stove, microwave, sink etc.).

I guess the apartment is not sound proofed. Although we didn't have any issues with noises for most of our stay, there was one night where the neighbor was being chatty and we could hear everything through the walls.

The check-in was great and the flat itself is really nice and clean. Location is great too.

There is a lot of noise all night from the elevator door and people going up and down the stairs. I'm usually not easily woken up by noise, but unfortunately I was woken up several times during the night due to loud bangs or talking.

very comfortable with plenty of furnishings. Well designed with interesting features and a good colour choice.

some outlets were faulty, the bathroom had an odd smell, the shower was a little small and took time to heat up. The shelf above the bed is too low, makes it tricky to sit up against the wall.

Clean, specious, great communication with the host, near to a metro and many bus stations. Recommend!

Excellent location, very close to the metro and supermarkets. Very friendly welcome on arrival and helpful tips from the host. The kitchen was well equipped, including things like salt and olive oil. There is a gym downstairs too. We would definitely stay here again!

The smell from the bathroom drains, which affected the air in the room, especially at nighttime when the windows were closed. The step between the kitchen/bathroom area and the sleeping area is hard to see at night and it's easy to trip over there - we suggest putting a small LED light or a reflective tape there.

Spacious, well-equipped apartment, with balcony. It is in a very good location, a few minutes from the metro and bus station, from where all important sites (city center, Belém Tower, Oceanarium, Tile Museum) can be reached, but if you like walking, you can walk to the center through Avenida da Liberdade, passing by Parque Eduardo VII. It was nice to have water and coffee capsules prepared for our reception by the host. Everything was fine, we will remember this place as one of our best stays.

Modern, clean, blinds can be regulated remotely and completely get the sun out so it doesn’t wake you up in the morning. More spacious than expected from the photos. Great area - close to city and airport. Some tourist areas can even be reached by walking.

Great location. Mr. Nuno, the manager, was very nice and always available.

We had construction going in the room next to ours, and the back and forth over text messages (it was difficult to contact the host in a timely manner) was quite unpleasant. After trying to explain that we could at least have been notified of the construction the same day we arrived at the flat, the host (not the manager) kept saying that these were urgent works, and that they were going to making sure that the construction would not be happening during the weekend – this is, in fact, just Portuguese law. (the room under construction was, anyway, just another guest room being built anew – there was no emergency). Adding to the slight gaslighting, the host was just impolite and passive-aggressive, suggesting, at one point, that we should be satisfied with having booked an "affordable" place with this high level of comfort (despite waking up with buzz-saws). Apropos, here's a short list of the kind of comfort you can expect: - watered-down washing soap; - the towel rack was on the floor when we arrived, since it was just glued on the wall; - noisy old fridge 4 meters away from the bed (although it was impossible to know this, since the pictures didn't match our flat - "Standard Studio" doesn't show the "kitchen"); - TV remote didn't work; - not enough power outlets (choose between night light or charging your phone); - kitchenware, but only pots, no frying pan. Two toasters, for some reason...; Obviously, no one would rent a flat for holidays knowing that they're going to wake up to construction everyday. The host should probably just not have opened the flat for booking. As it turns out, I'm Portuguese and I also live in Lisbon. If you read this, trust me, you can definitely do better for the same price.

Nuno is a wonderfully helpful host. Definitely heed the advice of a Lisbon gourmet. The house reflects exactly what is in the description. I recommend it to everyone.

Everything is good

I loved everything about the stay. The apartment is lovely, warm, and comfortable, with a super-comfy bed and everything you need to feel at home. The location was right beside the Saldanha metro station, with the red line directly from the airport and all the facilities you might need in the neighborhood (supermarkets, restaurants, etc.). I also had a great experience with the hosts: before my work trip I had some issues, and they were really understanding and always available to provide support for any request I had. If I come back to Lisbon, I’d love to stay here again. Thanks for everything! Totally recommend it.

very central and easy to reach

Communication with the host was so easy and with no time. Check-in was smooth and host explained everything things in details. Also, he was reachable by WhatsApp. Room was clean and tidy but little small for two people. Location is great close to metro station and many cafes, restaurants & grocery store near by. The room is located in a residential building and the room is on an apartment containing 4 rooms. WiFi was good and speed.

The name of the room when I booked it is studio apartment who but in reality this is not correct based on the size and facilities. Studio apartment should have seating area which is not the case here and what it has of utility is the same for any other normal rooms.

Metro station is just around the corner. We took metro to the attractions. Lots of supermarket and restaurants nearby. Well equipped, clean and comfortable. Nuno is nice and helpful.
