Very nice location, quite acceptable bed, once I asked for the physical keys it was comfortable to go in and out. I found a nice place to store my food tidy and comfortably.

I disliked the strong scent they use in the common rooms, and the common eating/kitchen areas could have been cleaner and have better utensils (sharp knives, scissors, etc). Also the bedroom lacked better ventilation.

Personal super super amable. Ubicación increíble. Dos líneas de metro una a cada lado, a 3 min andando. Dos supermercados super enormes al lado. En uno de ellos venden comida de cocina en el momento y hay una zona para comer. Algo que no tienen supermercados en España Podias pedir sushi super bueno. Carne asada... verduras a la plancha o cocinadas..etc. Las instalaciones básicas pero correctas. Una zona de coworking..bar... lavandería... una piscina pequeña pero que se agradece mucho. Volvería sin duda Para ser el centro de Lisboa... relación calidad precio inmejorable. Al lado del sheraton y otros hoteles de lujo. Los colchones no son los más comodos. Aún así yo tengo mal la espalda y estuvimos 8 noches y dormí bien. El desayuno es para mi el punto débil. Para 8 euros que cuesta el buffet es escaso.

Krótkie, małe łóżka. W moim pokoju nie łapało wifi, dopiero na korytarzu. Klucze cyfrowe to fajny wynalazek, ale przez to nawet do wc musisz brać ze sobą telefon, bo inaczej nie wejdziesz do pokoju.

Pulizia pessima, i pavimenti erano sporchi con ancora robe a terra dagli ospiti prima. Bagno piccolo e le finestre del bagno non avevano le tende, quindi tutti vedevano dentro.

Unfortunately, my experience at this hostel was well below my expectations. The rooms and common areas were not clean enough, and the overall atmosphere felt uncomfortable and disorganized. I also found the staff to be neither particularly helpful nor attentive. Considering the price, I don’t think the quality of the service was good enough. I’ve stayed in many hostels during my travels, and unfortunately, this is not a place I would choose to stay at again. I would recommend looking at other options if you’re looking for a more comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Hospedaje super recomendable. La habitacion es muy comoda, tiene aire acondicionado y un cajon para guardar tus objetos personales que es muy amplio. La ubicacion es buena, a la noche no hay mucho movimiento porque es zona de oficinas, pero parece super seguro.

Nossa eu gostei muito!!! Fiquei em 4 hosteis na minha eurotrip e o melhor foi o WOT!! Tudo muito organizado, limpo e uma cozinha bem estruturada!!

Acho que não tem o que colocar aqui kkkkk, foi uma das melhores experiencias de hostel que já tive!! Com certeza vou voltar.

Extremely difficult to book for a group of 4 ! Several times tried and again and again, two of them no smartphones, not even idea how to use it, I was not able to leave our for urgent matters because no one can come back to room or out, restaurant bathroom or press or wash one hand bathroom dark in a second and no matters what you are doing leave the toilet as you are pants down to get the light!

Shower, light sensor works if you leave the toilet with pants down, ckeck in for a group took me several hours unsuccessfully, wasting hours and when you are asking me to ckeck out online it’s not worth the headache!

Everything was clean and organized. Fortunately I got the bottom bed, which was extra comfy and private with curtains.

I'd not call it "social" - it's huge and most people only spend a few nights. I talked with one room mate but other than her there was no social aspect. Also the key card failed and they had to fix it.

Bagni angusti e pochi per le persone che alloggiano. Posto un po datato.

Struttura pulita, bagno in camera finestrato. Vengono ogni giorno a pulire, se vuoi. Ascensore per salire ai piani superiori accesso facile all'alloggio.

consiglio il posto a persone giovani che vogliono divertirsi, non a famiglie o persone che sono in cerca del relax. Tutte le sere c'era molto casino nei corridoi fino alle 2 di notte. Accanto avevamo camerata di ragazzi che sbattevano continuamente le porte e urlavano di notte fonda. la cucina troppo lontana dalla stanza, consiglierei almeno un frigo bar da mettere in stanza. Non ci sono posti e mensole dove poter appoggiare le cose, la stanza è molto minimalista. Consiglierei anche una tenda alla finestra, quando uno esce dal bagno viene visto da tutti i palazzi del vicinato!

La posizione era ottima, molto vicino alla metro e in un bel quartiere.

Le lenzuola erano sporche (ho usato il mio lenzuolo personale per dormire) e le tende del letto molto piccole. Ero in un dormitorio misto e dura te la notte un ragazzo mi guardava dormire dentro al letto, ho dovuto mettere un asciugamano per non farmi vedere. Inoltre, era molto rumoroso e ho dormito molto male tutte le notti. In più la luce della mia cuccetta non funzionava.

Es ist ein einfach gehaltenes Hostel aber man hat alles was man braucht. Check-in und Check-out funktioniert einfach digital.

Das Gebäude ist sehr hellhörig, wodurch man ständig geräusche von Türen, Schritten etc hört.

I teoria si poteva fare il check in 24 ore su 24 ma in realtà non era così. Siamo arrivati tardi e abbiamo per caso saputo che il check in poteva essere fatto nell'albergo vicino. La sala colazione lasciava alquanto a desiderare in quanto ad igiene e pulizia

Really nothing, I hated being there but they wouldn't refund - DO NOT GO

1. Entrance: Not signposted that reception is at a different spot. Actual entrance door to bedrooms etc was not indicated. 2. Beds: DIRTY (small bugs), wall along the beds was disgusting (will insert picture), everything felt like it had a layer of dirt on it. 3. Showers: FILTHY. Ground was mouldy, smelt mouldy, made me gag. I wore socks in the shower then put disinfectant on my feet. (Will insert picture of shower room). 4. Furniture: GRUBBY. Old, very used, very grey from lots and lots of dirt and use. Clearly not replaced in years. (Will insert picture). 5. Kitchen: DISGUSTING. Dirty counters, fridge, cleaning utensils etc. Previous feedback mentioning this blames the others staying in the hostel, but I saw workers cleaning and things were NOT CLEANED. I picked up a CLEAN item with old food all over it. 6. Sockets: SOME DON'T WORK. Many have dirty old marks. 7. Outdoors: DECEPTIVE. Old, dirty, missing cushions. Did not want to touch any of them. 8. Staff: NOT NICE. Clearly knew the place was a shi*hole. Asked for a refund (showed them the pics of my bedside wall) and was told "you can try but I don't think it's going to happen", so basically management knows it's a big scam. I could tell they knew it was shi*. I feel bad for them working there. They are the ones hearing the complaints but can't do anything about it. (Also - BUGS everywhere **which means maggots everywhere we can't see**) Oh and someone's stuff was stolen and there was no kindness shown, just sort of a shrug response. Previous negative feedback has gotten responses that blame "oh other people staying in the hostel didn't clean/are loud etc...this is not how we usually are...we will address these issues". A loud of cra* on a silver platter basically. Management isn't interested in addressing anything. I would like a refund for this hellhole.

Relativ gute Lage in der Nähe der Metrostation Picoas, nahe am Stadtzentrum. Geräumiges Familienzimmer mit 6 Betten, eigenes Badezimmer mit Seife und Shampoo. Sehr schmackhaftes Frühstücksbuffet, grosses Angebot. Kleines Planschbecken zur Verfügung.

Kein Kühlschrank im eigenen Zimmer, nur zwei überfüllte Kühlschränke für den ganzen Wohnkomplex. Aufenthaltsbereiche recht voll jeden Abend. Leider hört man Lärm aus anderen Räumen und vor allem vom Gang; heimkehrende Reisenden können dich jederzeit aufwecken. Frühstück muss man in einem anderen Hotel um die Ecke einnehmen.

Personnel excellent et très communicatif, au delà de la barrière linguistique. Propre, sérieux, sentiment de sécurité et super social et bienveillant. Emplacement super, à côté du métro et des routes principales et du centre historique de Lisbonne.

Aucune critique à faire, surtout par rapport au prix fixé qui ne vaut qu’un cinquième des services offerts par l’hôtel pour cette dépense.

Nagyon jo az elhelyezkedese, a dolgozok segitokeszek es rugalmasak. Az agy kenyelmes volt, csak nagyon nyikorgos. Ha lenti reszre osztanak be, akkor privat szferaja is van az embernek. A konyha jol felszerelt, minden megtalalhato benne. A kozos terben sok az ulohely. Nekem eleg nagy volt a zarhato szekreny egy fedelzeti boronddel es hatizsakkal. Nekem a zuhany es furdo tisztasaga is rendben volt. Nagy plusz volt a jol mukodo legkondi.

Nyikorog es razkodik az agy. A zarhato szekrenybe feladott poggyasz nem fer, de van csomagmegorzo.

Pequeno almoço ótimo, limpeza da casa de banho do quarto ok. Facilidade com check in e checkout online, atendimento dos funcionários em geral foi excelente.

Nas zonas de uso comunitário e convívio não há móveis confortáveis para descanso, os sofás são rijos, os bancos são duros e sem apoio. O único sítio realmente confortável para se deitar é a cama do quarto. Dá a impressão de que eles fazem isso propositalmente para as pessoas não ficarem nessas zonas por muito tempo. Mesmo assim são zonas agradáveis e de lazer.

Aunque es un hostel, genial la habitación de 4 para compartir un par de noches con los niños/adolescentes. Les encantaron las literas tan altas (con barreras de seguridad) y muy buena luz en cada cama para leer. Cómodas. Muy amable el personal. La disponibilidad de nevera aunque era compartida nos resultó práctico. El comedor comunitario y el patio dan muy buen rollo. La piscina... pequeña pero estaba vacía y después de toda la tarde fue genial poder darse un refrescón. Las indicaciones que te llegan antes del chech in son muy detalladas, aunque la recepción no está al entrar y pensamos que era sólo online . Fuimos al otro alojamiento WOT (al volver la esquina) y enseguida nos aclararon. Muy amable también. El hecho de reservar sin necesidad de tarjeta me pareció sorprendente y me dio muy buen rollo.

Por decir algo... La piscina muy pequeña, pero a nosotros nos fue bien, porque estábamos solos y para un baño rápido, mejor que nada 😅 No sabía que no ponían toallas... Nos arreglamos con las de la piscina. Quizá se podían pedir, lo cierto es que no preguntamos.

There was no parking, only paid parking and it was very expensive, there was a lot of noise, people were banging on the room doors, the rooms were small and did not have a TV, it's not for families, while there was another hotel they owned that was for families, they put us in the one that was only for youth.

The pillow was very small and not comfortable. Breakfast was quite limited, with only coffee, juice, bread, and bacon. Socially, it wasn't great because there were no activities or events to help travelers meet each other. There wasn't even a mirror in the room, which was inconvenient. Also, if you plan to stay here, make sure to bring your own padlock because the lockers do not come with one.

Could be more clean. In the bigger room people didn't follow the rules for ''quiet hour'', so it was hard to fall asleep sometimes.

Spedziłam kilka nocy w pokoju wieloosobowym, co jest na plus: -Bardzo życzliwy personel, zawsze można było liczyć na pomoc i szybkie rozwiązanie problemów. -Super lokalizacja: w pobliżu stacja metra i przystanki autobusowe, jak ktoś lubi dłuższe spacery to do centrum też można wybrać się pieszo. W okolicy markety, apteki, restauracje. -Bardzo dobra cena w stosunku do jakości, wszystkie najpotrzebniejsze rzeczy były na miejscu, codziennie było sprzątane, w pokoju wieloosobowym był oddzielny prysznic i toaleta, jednak w budynku znajdowały się także inne wspólne łazienki. -Za dodatkową opłatą w weekendowy wieczór organizowany był wspólny grill- super inicjatywa, żeby spędzić czas z innymi. Polecam wszystkim podróżującym!😊

Nie jest to minus hostelu, ale przy opcji wieloosobowego pokoju dobrze zaopatrzyć się w opaskę na oczy i zatyczki- podróżni przyjeżdżają o różnych porach, więc warto zadbać o swój komfort snu 😉

I really liked the hotel's facilities. The common areas were spacious, comfortable, and well maintained, making it a pleasant place to relax during my stay. The overall atmosphere was welcoming and enjoyable.

There was nothing significant that affected my stay. Everything met my expectations, and I had a comfortable experience overall. If I had to mention something, I would say that there is always room for small improvements, but nothing that had a negative impact on my visit or would prevent me from staying here again.

Me gustó la atención del personal, que dejan guardar el equipaje antes y después del check in/check out gratis, los baños estaban bien.

Las ubicaciones de las camas en las habitaciones raras, no tenían cortinas, la ubicación algo lejos caminando del centro serán unos 40min. Desayuno caro.

Era impossível usar o frigorífico, muito desarrumado cheio de coisas sem identificação. Falta de insonorização (isolamento acústico), barulho durante a noite.

O atendimento dos funcionários, a limpeza e a localização.

Do colchão e do travesseiros. A cama também um pouco barulhenta, rangendo. O travesseiro praticamente não tem enchimento. Uma muxiba.

Realmente gosto do lugar, tem boa localização, bom espaço comum e bom preço e até bom staff.

Pequeno almoço é servido em outro prédio, além disso não é a primeira nem a segunda vez que vou lá mas eles tem dificuldade de atender pedidos. Não sou regular mas nas duas últimas vezes que fui para apenas uma noite solicitei uma cama em baixo, me deram após um pouco de insistência sempre a dizer que não tinha vaga e a se fazer de difícil mas sempre teve mais de uma cama de baixo vaga no quarto em que fui colocada, gosto mesmo de lá, e entendo a resistencia em atender pedidos as vezes, mas para hóspedes repetentes acho que deveriam ter mais atenção, são pequenos detalhes que nos deixam reflexivos.

El ruido de los demás en la habitación hasta altas horas de la madrugada no pude descansar bien, además la cama no era la mejor se notaban los resortes y amanecí con dolor de espalda. Era la segunda vez que voy pero antes no tuve inconvenientes

The room was large enough, luminous and functional. The noise level was really low and totally acceptable, whereas the air conditioning worked really well when we put it on. There was a working elevator (as mentioned there are a few steps to get there, but we were prepared for that) and a spacious luggage room (free for us to use) with lockers: we had a lock so we could actually lock our own things after check out. Luggage room and elevator were two things we looked for in specific and we were not disappointed! The facilities on the ground floor were awesome! There is space inside and outside, a large kitchen, bathroom and even what feels like a shared office space. I had to take a work call while I was there and overall this place totally suited my needs.

Three small things which I wish were different: - some shelf space in the bathroom: there was none and it was inconvenient to bring toiletries out after each use - more hanging space in the room/bathroom: despite what one photo showed us, there was no clothing rail in our room and almost no wall hangers. Managing towels and jackets was hard! There is the space for it, so hopefully a clothing rail can be made available in every room. - the Metro station Picoas is indeed very nearby. One downside is that the yellow line was not really going where we wanted to go, and changing line took quite some time since metro trains pass only every 5-10 minutes. Parque, on the longer blue line is also nearby, so perhaps think about using that instead.
