Le gros point fort est la vue et le balcon

Le prix est trop excessif pour l’appartement. On paye quasiment que la vue. Mais autant aller dans un hôtel 5 étoiles. Ce n’est pas indiqué mais la dame habite dans le même appartement mais juste séparer par une cloison donc « l’appartement entier » pas vraiment.

Comportement de la personne qui est dans la maison Les insectes et le chaleur horrible dans la maison, Il n’y avait pas de système de climatisation suffisamment puissant pour une maison aussi grande. La chaleur et l’humidité étaient extrêmement élevées et très pénibles. Pendant tout notre séjour, nous n’avons pas pu profiter de la vue depuis le balcon le soir et nous avons dû dormir dans une chaleur insupportable. Si nous ouvrions les fenêtres, la maison se remplissait immédiatement d’insectes. Il n’y avait que deux ventilateurs, qui étaient totalement insuffisants. Ils ne rafraîchissaient absolument pas la maison, et le taux d’humidité très élevé nous a énormément dérangés. Les portes et les fenêtres ne pouvaient être ouvertes que le matin. La nuit, dès que nous les ouvrions, de nombreux insectes entraient dans la maison et nous piquaient sur tout le corps. Le canapé-lit dans le salon était de très mauvaise qualité. Pendant tout notre séjour, nous avons très mal dormi. Il faisait énormément de bruit à chaque mouvement et était vraiment inconfortable. À mon avis, compte tenu du prix élevé de la location, notre séjour n’a pas été confortable et ne correspondait pas au niveau de qualité attendu.

Die Lage ist einzigartig. Die Wohnung ist für 2 Personen gross und komfortabel. Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüsst und verabschiedet. Sehr gerne wieder.

Einfach unglaublicher Blick über den See von einer riesigen Terrasse. Großes gemütliches Wohnzimmer. Komplett ausgestattete Küche. Badewanne für Riesen. Parkplatz direkt virm Haus.

Handtuchhaken am Waschbecken wären praktisch.

Widok z tarasu jest najmocniejszym atutem tego miejsca. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Z każdego pomieszczenia jest widok na jezioro. Blisko przystanek autobusowy. Daleko sklepy.

Pani przekazująca klucze bardzo miła, jednak pobrana opłata za późniejsze przybycie 2 godziny później (linie lotnicze zmieniły godziny lotu) wydaje mi się NIEUZASADNIONA, tym bardziej że osoba mieszka za ścianą a jej wejście jest na tym samym tarasie. Nadmieniam, że wysłaliśmy informację 3 dni przed przybyciem. Nie było nas cały dzień i jeszcze musieliśmy dopłacić. BRAK KLIMATYZACJI - ale dostaliśmy 1 wiatrak:)

Unglaubliche Aussicht. Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet.

Wir haben nach der Reservation per Nachricht mitgeteilt bekommen, dass der Parkplatz vor dem Haus noch extra 25.- pro Tag kostet. Vielleicht ist das normal in Lugano aber man könnte diesen Fact im Beschrieb erwähnen. Für einen normalen Vorplatz vor dem Haus fanden wir das viel.

Der Balkon und die Aussicht sind nicht zu toppen. Bushaltestelle in der Nähe. Generell eine schöne und grosse Wohnung an einer ausgezeichneter Lage.

Die Küche und teilweise die damit verbundenen Utensilien könnten sauberer sein. Die angepriesenen kostenlosen Pflegeprodukte (auch auf einer Fotographie sichtbar) bestanden aus nur einer universellen Duschseife. Mit der Vermieterin hatten wir nur Kontakt, als es darum ging, das Auto rechtzeitig wegzufahren.

The best thing about the apartment is definitely the view and the big outdoor space. Also, the kitchen is well-equipped (there‘s everything you could need during a stay). We also loved the spacious parking space right next to the building. Without a parking space it’d be hell since there is no public parking on the mountain. There is a lot of storage (especially in the bathroom) and the entire apartment feels homey and cozy. What‘s also great is the bus connection to the city center (the bus stop is very close to the apartment).

The bedroom was very hot (no AC) and the whole apartment was filled with insects (mosquitos, food moths and other little bugs). That doesn‘t come as a surprise as there are no mosquito nets on the windows/doors. The problem could easily be solved by putting up some protection at one window in each room. There was also a used sponge in the kitchen which I‘d prefer to be a fresh new one when arriving. What saddened us was that the balcony is so gigantic but there is no real furniture for two people to relax as there is only one bouncy chair. It’d be lovely if there were two deck chairs or two day beds. Also, the parking is very expensive (at least for non-Swiss-people) at 27€ per day. What also complicated things was that the neighbor who let us in only speaks Italian (no German, no French, no English). Thanks to ChatGPT we could translate the most important information, but in a country with 3 official languages I‘d expect better communication or basic English skills.

The view is exactly what we were expecting Perfect if you want to spend time with your beloved but if you want to party you need a car and when you'll reserve double chek the person's number , by default it's one, could be an issue if you are 2.

Location good. Not far away from the town center by car. The view is absolutely amazing! I recommend reserving the parking spot since there are not many parking spots available near the apartment.

Swimming pool not completed so we could not use it. No instructions on what to do with rubbish and recycling at the end of stay.

The views were extraordinary, and it was a great location for gazing endlessly into the scenic settings of the lake and surrounding mountains. The interior was pleasant, and the terrace was really spacious.

I found it disappointing that the parking outside the property was subjected to 25 chf parking fee, which on the day was exchanged for euros, which equated to 35 euros. Considering the space is vacant, the parking should be a benefit to the guests as opposed to a surcharge or at least build it into the cost. Additionally, I was advised my credit card would be charged 300 euros as a pillow was missing, which became apparent it was not. I would recommend not having such an extortionate approach to running a short-term holiday let, as can leave a distate with guests, considering the overall fee per night is already a substantial one. To summarise, the experience had been pleasant.
