Probably just the check in time, as a hotelier myself we usually just offer the room once its available despite the standard check in time of 3:00 PM this could help in having guests from early flight be able to settle in and change. I understand that certain policies are put in place for guidance but as part of making the best possible experience having to be provided with the room and hour or 2 earlier than what’s expected means a lot. Check out is 11:00 AM and Check In is by 3:00 PM. Hopefully check in time would become flexible in the future provided that it is still subject to room availability

Best for simple, budget stay. There's not a lot of amenities. Just plain simple and comfortable room to rest. Best for travelers looking for budget hotels. Place is very clean and plenty of room for parking. It's very near to the bustling General Luna strip, easy access to restaurants, cafes, bars, etc.

Bath towels were kind of worn out. Just replace them with comfortable new towels. There was no fridge in the room. There is common kitchen but not a lot of appliances available to use.

Lovely staff and a great location - in easy walking distance of loads or restaurants, bars etc but not loud. Also very clean.

The airconditioners are pretty noisy but OK with earplugs.

The staff are very accommodating and friendly.

There are lots of ants in the bed

Great location just down the road from all the main strip of shops restaurants and bars. Staff were super friendly and tried to help.

Summarising, staff are fantastic but limited English and hard to communicate things to. Eg: The shower was either cold or boiling, no in-between. I normally sleep with a sheet over me, even when hot and the sheet was tucked in quite low (only over my feet) so the next day before they made up the room I asked if it could be made with the sheet higher, (so I didn't have to unmake the bed before going to sleep). It was so difficult to communicate this, despite the staff being super friendly and trying to help, that minor things like the shower I didn't bother even trying to tell them and just had cold showers.

One of the best things about it is the location - book this place if for this alone.

The place is showing its age so maybe a few upgrades can be implemented. The facilities are limited too.

Az elhelyezkedés tökéletes volt, közel éttermek, edzőterem és a tengerpart is. A szoba tágas, lègkondicionàlt és nagyon szép. Tisztaság volt a személyzet pedig odafigyelő.

Jó lenne egy pohár a fürdőben, ahova a fogkefèket tesszük .

Nous devons enlever nos chaussures avant d’entrer dans l’hôtel. Sauf que le sol n’était pas très propre. Si vous souhaitez vous reposer l’après midi à l’hôtel dans votre chambre, vous pouvez oublier. Il y a des travaux sur le toit de l’hôtel qui sont assez bruyant. Enfin, une odeur d’humidité était constamment présente dans la chambre.

Ganz schlimme Unterkunft! Obwohl wir das bessere Zimmer gebucht hatten, gab man uns bei unserer Ankunft am Nachmittag ein kleines Zimmer direkt an der Rezeption und Treppe. Die Tür schließt nicht richtig und lässt sich auch nicht korrekt abschließen. Wir hatten in diesem Zimmer keine ruhige Minute! Das WIFI funktioniert überhaupt nicht oder nur extrem langsam. Die Klimaanlage ist laut und eigentlich nicht nutzbar, da sonst der furchtbare Gestank der Feuerstellen von draußen hereinkommt. Die angegebene Quadratmeterzahl von 25qm stimmt nicht. Die Hähne direkt gegenüber krähen die ganze Zeit. Das Personal macht sich über die zahlreichen Gäste, welche sich an der Rezeption beschweren lustig. Das Personal ist außerdem extrem unfreundlich, grüßt einen nichtmal.

Location was perfect and closed to everything- literally everything was walking distance. Food, bars, BBQ, atmosphere machine and etc. Rental is at the property if need one. 24 hrs reception which perfect for late night outs. Room was big and clean, a bit modern the one that we stayed. Lower and garden facing. We definitely coming and will stay in the same room.

Staff maybe a bit of friendliness and smile. We noticed that they are not as approachable and smiley. The only person who is very helpful was the person working overnight. Short, white, Chinese looking lady, mid range age. But the young ones are bit 😩.

Good location and room was really nice.

Aircon was weak even at maximum and shower had a bit of a problem before I checked out.

The place is very convenient as it is located in General Luna and there is Watson and mini mart nearby. I like the ambiance. The place is clean. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends. 10/10 ⭐️

The only thing I didn’t like is that our room has no cabinet for our clothes to hang.

The location is close to a lot of bars, shops and restaurants. Rooms are neat and spacious, and beds are comfortable.

While the host was helpful and responsive and the place itself was fine, the staff experience was quite disappointing. During our stay, some staff members are unfriendly and unwelcoming. When we had queries, the responses were unclear and we were often passed from one staff member to another without a proper resolution. This made it difficult to get simple information.

All of 5 of us who stayed here were very satisfied. In particular these are best things we like about the hostel: 1. Cleanliness is superb. 2. Location is excellent. It is right where the establishments are (like food, tour, etc.) so it was so easy to go around. 3. The staff was so helpful and they were on duty 24 hours! Definitely a gem in Siargao.

Room for improvements: 1. Wifi can sometimes be weak and intermittent. 2. The CR has no divider for the shower area so the whole bathroom gets wet when someone takes a shower (but this may be a matter of preference as I prefer a dry CR.)

Estaba muy limpio y muy cerca del centro. La cama muy cómoda y grande.

El personal hablaba poco el inglés y costaba entenderte con ellos y que te pudieran ayudar en todo.. El baño normal.

It’s location is close to everything

Typical Philippines, new anything starts out good and then the Filipino mentality sets in of not maintaining anything. From cars, motorcycles, restaurants and especially hotels. It’s an absurd part of the culture. Not concept of the future or investment value. It really is the dumbest thing they do, that and driving but that’s the governments fault for not road testing or vehicle/licence checks. It’s no wonder 1500/day die on the roads.

The location is super nice, but at the same time quiet during the night, really helpful and kind staff (If you want to open the main gate, you need to pull hahahah)

The property was very clean.

The staff were nice at check in but not overly helpful. The room was very small and not as described, no pool or other facilities to offer. The shower was cold. Never offered any excursions or to help with trips.

Goede locatie (wel aan de hoofdstraat dus houd rekening met wat geluid). Scooterverhuur voor een prima prijs.

Er wordt strict aan de inchecktijd gehouden, wat natuurlijk prima is. Echter werd ik compleet genegeerd toen ik binnen kwam. Alsof er ook tot die tijd niet gepraat mocht worden. Verder was het personeel wel vriendelijk maar dat vond ik vrij bijzonder. Kamer oogt schoon, wel vond ik mijn gehele verblijf constant zwarte haren (ik ben blond).

-AC zwar vorhanden aber aufgrund des kleinen Raum, ist sie sehr laut
