Kajali Siargao

La gentillesse du personnel et leur envie d.aider rapidement et de faire en sorte qu’on se sente le mieux dans les chambres. Nous n’avons pas eu d’eau chaude un soir et une fois informé, le personnel est venu vérifier et nous a remis l’eau chaude directement. Ils nous ont aussi proposé un service pour laver les vêtements. Il y avait une fontaine d’eau à l’accueil où on pouvait se servir à n’importe quel moment.

Rien À noter qu’une poignée de porte était cassée mais le personnel a dit qu’il la réparerait pour les prochains clients. À noter également qu’il n’y avait pas de restaurant dans l’établissement quand nous y avons été (fin de saison touristique)

Peaceful oasis in the heart of General Luna. The villas were very clean, and the staff were so kind and accommodating, especially Lito who made our experience one to remember. Couldn’t imagine staying anywhere else and will 100% book again if returning to Siargao!

It's a quiet place but it's also located just steps away from the tourism road. The room is really nice, big & comfortable bed, mini fridge with water supply. There's also a safe in the room. The bathroom is equipped with toiletries. The staff are really nice and welcoming. There's a large clean pool with pool towels. It's recommended for those who seek to stay in the center and yet have some peaceful time.

La ubicación es excelente, está a muy pocos metros de la carretera principal, pero no hay hay ruido en el hotel, esto se agradece. La piscina es preciosa, así como el entorno. Las habitaciones están cuidadas.

Hay que dejar un deposito al llegar, esto no se informa en las condiciones al reservarlo. El desayuno se podría mejorar, ya que no hay fruta.

The staff were very kind and accommodating, and the place itself was really nice.

It would be nice if complimentary slippers were provided for guests, specially considering the room rates. This is just a suggestion, but perhaps small complimentary touches like slippers, welcome drinks, or even breakfast could make the stay even better. We also booked another hotel for our teammates during the same trip, which had lower rates but included these little extras, so I think this could be something worth considering for future guests.

Wir haben uns im Kajali sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Personal ist sehr nett und immer gut gelaunt und das Ressort und die Appartements sind sehr sauber. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Leider gab es nur typisch phillipinisches Frühstück, was für uns nicht in Frage kam.

Highly recommend- everything was perfect during our stay! The rooms are amazing, so nice facing the pool and the lush garden. The location is super central but it still feels quiet and peaceful. Staff were fantastic!! So helpful with everything we needed, you can book tours, motorbikes/vehicles and do laundry.

Very nice stay in Siargao if you’re seeking for something special. The stuff is incredibly helpful and very friendly.

Petit paradis au milieu de la jungle. L’hôtel est parfaitement entretenu, les chambres sont spacieuses, la piscine au milieu de la végétation est parfaite pour un moment de calme, le personnel est aux petits soins et peut s’occuper de tout (scooteur, laundry, taxi pour l’aéroport). Si je ne devais retenir qu’une chose : tout. A ce jour, c’est le coup de cœur de notre voyage aux Philippines.

Great room and friendly staff

Super schönes Hotel mit wenigen Zimmern in einer top Lage. Die Zimmer sind mit allem wichtigen ausgestattet (Kühlschrank, Safe, Föhn). Auch der Pool lädt zum entspannen ein. Das Servicepersonal ist auch sehr hilfsbereit und wurde bei der Organisation von Scooter und Transport zur nächsten Unterkunft geholfen. Preisleistung ist sehr fair.

I loved my stay here. It’s close to everything. 5 minute walk to the main road. But quiet and peaceful as well. The owner/manager is so so sweet as well. I was getting a little worried my taxi to the airport was late and he bought me a tarro soy bean drink from a vendor to try. This was so so sweet and I had never tried it before it was delicious.

Absolutely nothing. Everything was perfect.

The hotel alone gives off peace the moment you step into the lobby. The location is 5mins away from the tourism road, the staff are the kindest and the rooms are spacious and very clean. The pool is incredibly accessible from the rooms and is always heated which is perfect after every activity or before going out. The breakfast is also very good with very generous portions. The best however is in the hidden little details, from the staff following up on the tour agencies, and to them going the extra mile preparing breakfast even if you check out at 6am (kitchen opens at 7) I would gladly come back here 10/10

The property was incredibly well maintained and peaceful. The swimming pool is open from 6AM to 10PM, which was really nice. The staff was incredibly kind and helped me arrange all the tours. The breakfast was delicious and accommodating with requests. Incredible value for price — I’ll be back! 🩵

The place is just a short walk from the party street, yet it’s still quiet and peaceful. The place itself is very aesthetic, especially with all the beautiful plants.

They don’t have a restaurant inside; they only serve breakfast for the guests. Also, expect some mosquitoes since the place is surrounded by many Strelitzia plants. It’s best to bring mosquito spray with you.

We loved everything about this place, the staff were exceptional and welcoming, the pool was the cleanest pool I've swam in and the location was perfect. Close to restaurants and bars, beaches and shopping. In the hustle and bustle of outside, this resort was an oasis. Very tranquil, peaceful and calming. The bed was awesome and the shower was nice and hot with excellent pressure.

Amazing place to stay when visiting Siargao. A stunning garden setting surrounds the pool and each room. Friendly staff who are always helpful and attentive. Walking distance to town and nightlife, with a short bike ride to Cloud 9 and the port for day trips. Highly recommended — I’ll definitely stay again when I return to Siargao

The Wi-Fi could be a bit stronger in the back rooms, but it didn’t take away from an otherwise great stay.

Saubere, gepflegte und geräumige Unterkunft. Der Pool und die Anlage sind wunderschön. Alles ist sehr gepflegt. Die Lage ist ruhig und man wird vom Verkehr nicht gestört. Aber trotzdem sehr zentral.

Alles was goed. Prachtig zwembad, mooie planten, heerlijke kamer, fijne douche met warm water. Lief en behulpzaam personeel. De locatie is fijn.

This villa was located in a very convenient location, it was on the main strip of the island with plenty of shops and restaurants in walking distance. It is a small villa and very green/quiet. The staff can also book everything you need from motorbike rental to excursions.

In my room some of the appliances were old/rusty. The door to the room did not close properly so I would say some maintenance and upgrades would make this a nicer stay especially for the price point.

The room was generally comfortable, but the bed was quite creaky, which wasn’t ideal for a holiday stay. I was also a bit disappointed with the breakfast options, as they felt limited.

Lovely setting with lots of greenery and quiet chilled atmosphere next to the hustle and bustle of General Luna. Staff very attentive and happy to help in any way possible - hired a scooter through them with no difficulties and returned Ipad to ourselves post check out when coming to collect our bags- as accidentally leff it, oops! Very comfortable spacious rooms and very clean. Overall a very pleasant stay!

Only thing personally for us would be a television could be a nice touch in the room. Floorboards around the pool could also do with a bit of TLC.

We had the most perfect stay here! I booked Kajali for my friends birthday and requested if they could possibly decorate the room. They did this perfectly at no extra cost which I found so kind!! The room looked amazing. The pool was perfect and so refreshing, always sun loungers available. The staff were so so friendly and also all looked like they enjoyed their job which was nice to see! We got our laundry done here and it was so cheap and they delivered it to our room less than 3 hours after giving it in. Honestly couldn’t fault it and we want to come back already! The location is perfect.

Very quiet area, pool was big and very nicely maintained, area around the pool gae off a teopical vibe which was very relaxing, all rooms lead to the pool aswell. Hot water available, big and comfortable beds, free drinking water, spacious rooms with private terrace and the staff was very friendly and helpful, AC was very cold and there was also a fan

The room has no TV. Although the room has a mini fridge, there is no minibar. Also, I think a bar serving cocktails/drinks by the pool would be nice

Fantastic location, really short walk from the main General Luna area but still really quiet at night time. Also directly across from a popular spot for food and yoga. Rooms were super clean and well Kept. The staff were very helpful with organising bikes, laundry etc

The restaurant was under construction so there was no breakfast options like we had expected but there are plenty options nearby.

The Location is perfect, Roms really nice with hot shower and people there are so nice. Also the Pool is warm and clean. We also Booked a Tour and scooter over them and it worked perfectly.

Rustige locatie vlakbij het centrum. Ontzettend aardig personeel dat altijd voor je klaar staat. Sfeervolle locatie met een fijn zwembad en ruime kamer. Ik heb een top verblijf gehad!

Top schoonmaaksters, de beste ooit! Lieve medewerksters. De eigenaresse geweldig. Ook met oorontsteking hebben ze enorm goed mijn zoon geholpen.

Personnel très gentil , chambres très spacieuse et propres et gros point positif de la piscine magnifique et très bien entretenu. Par ailleurs la décoration avec toute les plantes est magnifique

Die Anlage ist wirklich wunderschön hergerichtet und gepflegt.  Beim Betreten wird man durch einen Art Dschungel empfangen, mit wundervollen Pflanzen und Blüten. Die Bungalows sind um einen schönen Pool angelegt, durch die Bepflanzung genießen alle eine ausreichende Privatsphäre.  Der Pool ist warm aber sehr angenehm, trotz der guten Lage lässt es sich in ruhiger Umgebung entspannen. Unser Zimmer war in einem guten Zustand und sehr sauber. Klimaanlage hat funktioniert, auch der kleine Kühlschrank und der Ventilator waren einwandfrei. Hervorzuheben ist das enorm bequeme Bett und die schöne Dusche.  Lediglich die Handbrause und der Unterschrank des Waschbeckens waren ein wenig defekt, aber überhaupt nicht störend. Draußen hat jedes Zimmer noch einen separaten Bereich mit 2 bequemen Stühlen und einem Tisch. Die Rezeption ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit, wir haben uns für insgesamt 3 Tage 2 Roller gemietet zu fairen Preisen. Sie bieten auch Wäscheservice, Massage und Ausflüge an zu relativ hohen Preisen. Nachts ist Security am Eingang, insgesamt hat man ein sicheres Gefühlt (trotz fehlendem Safe). Wir waren rundum zufrieden, gerne wieder!

We had the most wonderful stay here! The staff was friendly and helpful. My husband was able to book a surf lesson through the front desk. Pool is beautiful and I love how every room is secluded-feeling. Would definitely stay here again!

There wasn't a thing I didn't like!

The Pool is extraordinary, the room sparkling clean. We enjoyed it very much. The garden and greens are planted beautifully and with much care. The location is great!

Der Pool und die Zimmer sind wirklich schön. Das Personal ist nett und hilft mit Dingen wie Scooterverleih und Laundry.

Das Wifi am Pool war besser, als im Zimmer. Leider hatten wir kein wirklich warmes Wasser beim Duschen.

The pool. The water felt so fresh, I literally open my eyes under water and the water did not hurt my eyes at all. The layout is also very aesthetic, you feel like you're in a lush jungle. I like the villa, it's huge, there's a lot of shelves by the bathroom, great for organization. I like the toilet had a bidet. I also like the bathroom acoustics, I could play my music and it feels like I have a speaker inside. I also like the location, it's a 3min walk to a pharmacy / convenience store. 5 mins to a full gym. And last but not the least, the hospitality from the staff and owner. I happen to just mention that I was transferring to another hotel in town and she drove me there. Although to be completely honest, I wish I just stayed here during my entire trip because the other hotel was not as great.

The wifi was spotty at times, but it was not really a big deal for me. Their in house restaurant had just relocated during my stay, but that's not their fault, and also there's a very popular restaurant across from the hotel. In addition, the main road has tons of options for food.

The road to get to the hotel is the worst. It’s bumpy, dangerous and inconvenient for visitors. Also, a long mirror in the room would be nice.

Kajali is like an oasis in General Luna. Stunning surroundings with all the rooms leading to the beautiful pool and garden. It is peaceful and quiet. The rooms are considerably nicer than they look on the photos. The staff are amazing. So friendly, kind and helpful. Highly recommended.

המקום מהמם, נקי, תחושה של ריזורט מפנק, המסעדה של המלון טובה, הצוות מקסים ומאוד רוצה לעזור, המים במקלחת חמים עם זרם טוב, יש מתלים נוחים למגבות ובגדי ים ויש פן. יש ארונות גדולים והמיטות נוחות, הכל מעוצב יפה ונעים, הבריכה כיפית וגדולה ואפשר להכנס גם בלילה. אהבנו מאוד המיקום עצמו טוב מאוד רק השביל גישה קצת קשה

זה לא היה כזה קריטי, וכן אפשר לעשות את זה ברגל, אבל השביל גישה למלון מתמלא בשלוליות מים ענקיות כשיורד גשם (ויורד כמעט כל יום) ככה שצריך ללכת בזהירות בין השלוליות במשך כמה דקות ובחושך זה כן קצת קשה

The staffs are friendly and accomodating. The place is relaxing and close to Watson, laundry, coffee shop. Special mention to Ruden, Lito and Amay. Will go back here the next time we go to Siargao.
