Impeccable stay. The place was very warm, cozy and comfortable, and the service, the house, the area and especially the host made the whole experience really special. It’s honestly been a while since I had this kind of stay where everything just felt right and relaxing. If you’re looking for a cozy place to spend a few nice days in Chefchaouen with your partner, I’d recommend it 100%. Can’t stress enough how great the whole experience was.

Très bon hôte, très bonne accueil , très serviables ,logement fonctionnel et très propre ,une grande terrasse extérieur avec une belle vue sur une partie de la ville. Très proche du centre-ville.

Youssef qui nous a acceuilli, nous a proposé de nous emmener en ville en voiture. C'était sympa car la monté pour la médina est raide. Il a monté nos bagages jusqu'à notre appartement. Super terrasse.

Le lavabo est un lave-mains. Un peu petit et manque 1 étagère dans la salle de bain pour poser nos affaires.

There was parking facility which was important for us. Mostly all places are at walkable distance but we went in car as we had our daughter with us. The place was clean and tidy and had a good view too. It was a comfortable stay.

There was nothing to dislike.

First, the staff Yusuf was amazing. He wrote to us offered to pick us up at the bus station and drove us back He ordered food for us offered to drive us anywhere we wanted to go could not have been more helpful. What a gentleman never had such great and kind service. He upgraded us to a two bedroom suite with a magnificent balcony overlooking the valley and the town. It was magnificent.! The apartment was very clean very convenient walking distance to everything.

De lakens waren vuil De badkamer was eerder primitief maar goed bruikbaar Heel luide omgeving door hanen en honden. Maar met oordoppen goed gelukt.

Estuvimos 3 días alojados y la experiencia no puede ser más recomendable. Por un lado, queremos destacar la excelente amabilidad de Hatim y Youssef. Ambos están totalmente pendientes de que no falte de nada en ningún momento de tu estancia, además de permanecer en la parte baja del edificio hasta las 2/3 de la mañana velando por el bienestar de los huéspedes. La única preocupación que teníamos antes de ir era su "lejanía" con el centro de la ciudad según habíamos leído en comentarios, pero al ir el primer día, decidimos que esto era un pro en lugar de un contra. Por un lado, escapas del bullicio propio del casco histórico de cualquier ciudad turística, lo cual es de agradecer. Andando se tardan escasos 15 minutos, pero más allá de esos, Hatim siempre ofrece transporte gratuito al centro de la ciudad, demorando no más de 5 minutos. Repetiríamos seguro y lo recomendamos al 100%.

El piso está bien, espacioso y cómodo, lo mejor es la terraza y buenas vistas. Muy buen trato de Youssef que está a tu disposición para ayudarte con cualquier cosa. Gente agradable y piso cómodo

Está en la zona baja de chefchouen y para andar hasta la medina tienes 5-10 minutos. Tampoco está muy lejos y no sé hace cansado.

Youseff fue maravilloso

Sobre todo, el trato del personal. Hatim y Youssef siempre ayudando con una sonrisa y amabilidad excepcional. Hatim nos llevó siempre adonde necesitamos. Buenas vistas, agua caliente rápido y abundante. Sin pretensiones pero muy práctico y cómodo. No usamos la cocina. El baño es el típico de Marruecos.

We stayed at Casa Abdou, and this is my honest take. Let me start with Youssef, who was an absolute star. He helped us with everything we needed, did exactly what he promised, and handled everything with a warm, friendly spirit. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with and made a real difference to our stay. The apartment itself has a lot going for it. It is spacious, very conveniently located, and the balcony has a beautiful view that we really enjoyed. The air conditioning in the main room was also a real blessing, especially on the chilly nights. For the price, it offered excellent value for money.

There were a few small but meaningful frustrations. For a self-catering unit, the lack of cooking utensils was quite disappointing and made preparing meals far more difficult than it should have been. To add to that, only one of the gas burners worked, so cooking was difficult to say the least. The shower also needed attention. The shower head had come off the wall and the pipe was damaged, so having a shower became a slightly chaotic exercise in cleaning yourself while also unintentionally spraying half the bathroom.

性价比太高了，房间很大，露台景色很棒，卧室有空调对于下雨湿冷的夜晚太重要了。停车也很方便。Youseff是个看起来有些腼腆又不失个性的小伙子，沟通很愉快。

如果毯子下面能再多一条床单隔离就更好了，但是基于价格不能要求更多了

Der Gastgeber hat im Januar das Zimmer vorgewärmt! AC funktionierte gut als Heizung. Doppelbett war gut. Es gibt 9 Unterkünfte auf 3 Etagen im Haus. Schöner Blick von der Terrasse auf die Altstadt. Gastgeber war immer erreichbar!

Haus ist nicht leicht zu finden - Beschriftung nur seitlich und sehr klein. Von der Straße nicht gut zu sehen. Küche muss besser ausgestattet werden - wenig Geschirr und Töpfe!

Loved absolutely everything. Fantastic location and a beautiful terrace with great view. The manager is also very helpful, speaks fluent English. They also have a small store downstairs which is very helpful for buying some quick stuffs like tea, coffee or cakes. The manager can also arrange for a taxi for quick shuttle around the area if you like. Also, trust managers suggestions for food, restaurant etc..

Nothing to complain

The place was super clean, the AC worked, we had hot water, kitchenware and a satellite TV the bed was comfy and smelled fresh. Big thanks to Youssef he was a great host. Met us exactly on time, provided us with all the necessary information regarding the flat and city. Guided us towards the best places to see in a short time he even provided us with a car when it was raining to get us to the old city and another ride when leaving. All free of charge. Best place to stay in chefchaoun! Definitely recommend! See you again in the summer 🌞

The weather ☁️ luckily we arrived to a cloudy city but still got the chance to see everything we wanted to see before it rained none stop but that didn't stop us from checking the beauty of this city.

Výborně funguje komunikace. Od okamžiku rezervace manager recepce pres WhatsApp komunikuje, odpovídá. Dojeli jsme autobusem na nádraží CTM a vyzvedli nás osobním autem, nebylo tedy třeba brát taxi. Vybavení pokoje přesně odpovídá fotkám. Je tady vše co potřebujete: ručníky, toaletní papír, klimatizace co dobře topí, každý pokoj má svůj bojler s teplou vodou. Náš apartmán měl i dostatečně velký prostor pro odpočinek. Lokace: 10 minut chůze a jste v centru městečka. Byli jsme přes noc, oslavy Nového roku= městečko absolutně klidné (za celou noc práskli asi jen 3 petardy) a na vysoké úrovni ( námestíčko se stánky= jako Vánoční trhy v Evropě). Toto ubytování využijeme při další cestě s přáteli.

My first 10/10 stay in booking.com The exceptional service from Youssef and Hatim. They were equally very friendly. These guys made our stay amazing. They went above and beyond to ensure we had all that we needed. Hair dryer, pressing iron and they picked and dropped us off from the bus station. They were simply amazing.

Le séjour était parfait, la vue depuis la terrasse sur les montagnes était époustouflante. Le logement était très propre et bien équipé. Les hôtes étaient à nos soins et nous ont guidé tout au long de notre voyage, notamment Youssef qui était très disponible pour nous. Merci également à Hatim qui nous a offert des navettes gratuites et nous a fait visiter quelques endroits de la ville.

Casa abdou war für uns die richtige Wahl. Wir hatten eine große Wohneinheit mit einer eigenen tollen Terrasse mit tollem Blick auf Chefchauen. Es Es war alles sehr sauber. Youssef war immer gut erreichbar und er war eine große Hilfe. Auch Mohamed war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Appartement liegt zwar etwas außerhalb, daher auch gute Parkmöglichkeiten direkt beim Haus. Super war daher der kostenfreie Shuttleservice vom Besitzer. Danke. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen.

Youssef der Rezeptionist war einfach super. Immer ansprechbar, sehr hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Ich habe mich sofort wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank!

Our stay at Casa Abdou was amazing! The hotel manager, Youseff picked us up with the driver, Hatim, from the bus stop. We booked a smaller room but Youseff upgraded us to a larger room when we got there with a huge balcony and it was absolutely stunning! Beautiful view of Chefchaouen and we were able to watch the sunset every night from our balcony and also the rooftop. The hotel was located away from the city center which is what we wanted so it was very quiet at night. Also, if we didn’t feel like walking into town, the driver, Hatim, was very kind and was always happy to give us a lift, even at 5am to the bus stop. We also loved that there was a convenient store in the same building as our hotel. Great for snacks and water. Above all, the manager, Youseff, made our stay incredible and took great care of us while we were there. If we needed anything, he was always quick to respond to text messages and solved problems immediately. He recommended great restaurants, pharmacies, and always made sure we were doing okay. We even extended our stay by 3 nights because we loved the place so much! Will be recommending to all of our friends!

We loved everything about it! The only thing to be weary of might be that it’s outside the city center, but Hatim, the driver at the hotel, was always happy to give us a lift whenever we wanted. If the car was gone, Youseff was always happy to arrange rides. However, we usually walked since it was so beautiful everywhere, we liked the exercise, and we felt super safe, even at night.

Séjour parfait, logement conforme à la description et très confortable. L’Hôte nous a même trouver un restaurant excellent et un chauffeur gratuit pour l’aller et le retour. Je recommande vivement !

El apartamento, la terraza con vistas, la atención y cuidado de Youssef, la dedicación de Hatim, atento a nuestras necesidades de desplazamiento , olvidándonos por completo de la moto, aparcada y vigilada a la puerta del alojamiento. Nos sorprendieron con una serie de atenciones que jamás hemos disfrutado en ningún sitio. Así que solo puedo decir que repetiremos sin duda, y que lo recomendaré en mi extenso grupo de moteros. Gracias Youssef, y gracias especialmente a Hatim por su hospitalidad y empeño en que pasáramos en Chaouen uno de los mejores días en nuestro largo viaje por Marruecos. Volveremos.

The apartment was very clean and well-maintained. There is also a beautiful rooftop terrace, nicely decorated and perfect for relaxing. The car service that picked us up was very convenient and much appreciated.

I had a pleasant stay at this property in Chefchaouen. The location is excellent, with a convenience store right on the ground floor and the main attractions just a 15-20 minute walk away. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. We were able to park our car safely at the property, which was a big plus. The highlight for me was the terrace, which offers a fantastic view of the valley-we prepared our breakfast and enjoyed it there every morning. Checkout was seamless and hassle-free. There was nothing I didn’t like about my stay. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Chefchaouen.

Nice apartment which includes everything we need. It’s 10 or 15 minutes by walking to Medina. The staff was amazing, they picked up us from bus station when we arrived and leave us when we’re leaving also. They helped about everything and brought what needed. Also whenever we want they drove us for shopping.

Youssef was great! He picked us up from the bus terminal, helped us get to the hiking trails and everything else we needed. If there was anything missing in the apartment, it was there the next day. Couldn't ask for a better service.

+ There was no lighter for the gas stove. + The entrance slope and stairs are extremely slippery when wet. + Some guests were loud past 10 pm.

Great value, super friendly owner and staff, helped me out at the police station when I left my wallet in a shop and then got a little tour of the town. Free lifts into town but it's only a 10 minute walk. Apartment was super clean and the views are hard to beat, mountains views out one side, town and mountains out the other side. I was lucky enough to be here for a thunderstorm which was amazing from the terrace. I'll be staying here again whenever I return ❤️

Very comfortable apartment in a local neighborhood, excellent hosts providing top level hospitality and even taking the time to provide a tour of Chefchouan and a very nice drive to Akshour for hiking, great view of the mountains from the property, neighborhood cafes nearby for good and very affordable breakfast, a big thank you to the hosts!

Lovely upstairs room very quiet, comfortable bed bathroom washbasin very small and bathroom basic best sleep in whole Morocco trip, stayed a 2nd night in downstairs apartment no balcony, still comfortable bed and cosy apartment but very noisy, get the upstairs if possible (no lift) Mohamed and his wife are a delight

Its placed in a very calm and relaxed area. The staff is super gentle and helpful. Very nice people to trust in. I recommend to everyone who wanna find a nice and safe place in Chefchauen

We had a wonderfull stay at the apartment. The managers of the building were enormes helpfull, gave us a lift to town for free or to the waterfalls just for the fuel and helped us with any questions! The medina is just a 15 min walk from there and in the shop downstairs you can get the basic groceries. If you dont have a balkony you can use the roof top terrasse and enjoy the view over Chefchaoun an the mountains. Perfect accomodation to plan your trips from there :) All the best from germany.

Location was just a 15min walk from the Medina which was awesome. The area was quiet, the appartment was super clean, the hosts were super super nice, friendly and helpful. Definitely value for money.

From the moment I arrived I was treated like royalty. This property is run exceptionally well by three brothers… I won’t try butchering their names by inaccurate spelling… but if you have the opportunity to experience a 5 star level of hospitality, attention, and service, jump at the chance. A little confusion at the bus station. , but constant texting, calls, and pictures, we did locate one another. Upon arrival at the hotel, I was invited to eat lunch with the family, friends and staff, which was an amazing experience. So far, I have yet to have a better meal. I was feeling ill, so they took me to a pharmacy and a market to get water and juice. Who does that? The next day, Mohamed communicated by text( as he had done since before I arrived, and we scheduled a tour into the Medina after lunch. I do have a rare muscle disease which I warned him about, but this did not concern him at all. He was so kind and patient with me and refused money. Also they did my laundry for me. Who does that? That evening, he arranged to bring me dinner and again water and juice. I did not know that he would reheat the soup and make me mint tea as he sent me to go eat. Above and beyond! In my final day, we went to Akchour. The patience of this man is remarkable. He must have been bored out of his mind, but never showed it. After lunch we went to the Spanish Mosque to see sunset. I didn’t think I could do it, but his constant encouragement enabled me to keep going. Who does that??? Constantly attentive, always remembering your name, always striving to improve your stay. If I could rate higher than a 10, I would. The apartment was large and spotless, with a huge bathroom, full kitchen, living room and bedroom including a remote to control the temperature, and a flat screen tv with remote. The closet is stocked with additional blankets, etc., and cookware is provided as well. I had no issues with anything.

De hosts of the accommodation were really super. They help you with everything. I really like the location, bcz it is inside the Medina and you still can walk to the Medina in 15 to 20 minutes.

You have to climb to medina

Hasim(sorry if I got the name wrong) picked us up and dropped us off at bus station. Drove us to town and pharmacy. Also let me print boarding pass. He was just so incredibly nice. Apartment is adequate. Comfortable bed, powerful hot shower and a little kitchen for simple stuff. Highly recommended.

Apartment 18 which we picked randomly has a leak under the basin. So bathroom is always a bit wet. Minor issue.

Casa Abdou is the perfect place to stay in Chef - it is close enough to walk into the Medina, but far enough away that it feels peaceful. The apartment was very spacious and clean, exactly what we needed. In particular, our host Hatim was the real highlight. He went out of his way to make our stay comfortable, drove us to and from the bus station and even took us for a trip to God’s Bridge. We really appreciated his kindness.

The apartments are all very clean, bright, spacious and comfortable. The location is slightly out of the town but it is an easy walk and the hotel also offer a lift service whenever you want to go. Fasel and Hatim are really friendly and funny and can help with everything you need. We thoroughly recommend staying in Casa Abdou you will be very welcomed.

The property is excellent. I stayed in one bedroom property with kitchen. Everything looks very clean, big windows and fresh air. The cost of the property is excellent value. Amazing views from the roof top.

You have to walk 10-15 min to town. It was not any issue for me.
