酒店离老城很近，门口可以停车，早餐是约定时间送到房间，前台小哥服务很好，提供免费薄荷茶，4层露台很舒服，风景很好

I highly recommend this place! The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always helpful. The room was spotless and perfectly clean. The location is absolutely great: just a short walk to the historical center, making it extremely easy to explore the beautiful Blue City on foot. A huge plus is the parking availability: we left our car there for two nights and three days with complete peace of mind. Everything was just perfect. Thank you to the whole team!

Douche:- op dag 1 was er geen water en geen waterdruk en niet warm. In zo’n kamer met een gezin met kinderen is dit niet netjes. Dag twee was er iets meer druk en wel warm water maar niet prettig douchen. Hier mag vanuit het hotel wel iets aan gedaan worden.

The riad is simply dreamy, like something out of 1001 Nights. We were warmly welcomed with tea. The room was clean and full of thoughtful details. Parking right in front of the house was easy. The riad is centrally located, and the blue medina is easily accessible on foot. We were also given a map with the easiest route through the winding alleys to the best photo spots. The rooftop terrace offers a wonderful view of the city. We were able to order food in the evening and enjoy the view. Highly recommended!

The only downside is that the air conditioning doesn't work properly. We had to open the windows at night to get some cool air because it was very warm in the room.

We had a wonderful stay in Chefchaouen! The apartment was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Staying in a traditional blue apartment made the experience feel truly authentic, offering a genuine Moroccan atmosphere that perfectly matched the charm of the Blue City. The staff were very kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. We particularly appreciated the local recommendations, which helped us enjoy Chefchaouen like locals. The location was convenient for exploring the blue streets, taking photos, and experiencing the city's unique culture. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Chefchaouen.

Close to old medina, the place has a character to it. The terrace was beautiful but can only have tea there (not breakfast). Also, the tea was offered upon request all day long.

We ordered a pizza from room service which was delivered from a place with the same name: it was raw, we returned it but still had to pay for it 🙂

The staff was not respectful. When I arrived at the hotel, there was no one at the reception desk and no staff available. I went to a nearby restaurant, and one of the employees called the hotel on my behalf. They told him that someone would arrive in 10 minutes, but I waited for 45 minutes, and no one showed up. I left because I could not continue waiting. This experience was very disappointing and unprofessional.

We got the top floor which is like an apartment, with kitchen, living room and a terrace. They bring the breakfast up to you and it's very complete. The location is outside the medina, but not very far.

We had a wonderful stay at Résidence Hoteliére Chez Aziz. The hotel was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated with traditional Moroccan charm. Our room was spacious and well-equipped, making it feel more like a private apartment than a hotel room. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and enjoying Moroccan tea on the rooftop terrace with views of Chefchaouen was a highlight of our visit. The location is excellent—close enough to easily walk to the Medina while still being in a quiet area where we could relax and enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep. Parking was also convenient, which made traveling by car much easier. We would highly recommend Résidence Hoteliére Chez Aziz to anyone visiting Chefchaouen and would gladly stay here again on a future trip. Thank you to the entire team for such a memorable experience!

Sehr nah an Zentrum, sehr schön eingerichtet. Parkplatz vor dem Haus für Motorrad sicher. Tee beim ankunft. Frühstück sehr reichlich wird in das Zimmer gebracht. Sehr nettes auch english sprechendes Personal.

Услужливый персонал, завтрак приносят ко времени в номер, правда не очень удобные столы и стулья, чтоб завтракать, но сам завтрак отличный - сок, чай, кофе, сыр, омлет, хлеб и булочки. Все очень сытно. Расположение недалеко от медины, красивая терраса и вид с нее. Рядом находится мечеть - беруши необходимы для комфортного сна.

Занавеску в ванной необходимо поменять, когда моешься - много воды выливается на пол.

La Medina si raggiunge in un quarto d’ora di cammino . La vista del Riad è molto bella come il Riad stesso . Grande la cucina , il salotto , il terrazzo privato . Lo staff è molto gentile .

Migliorerei la colazione . Per me scarsa rispetto a gli altri Riad . C’era come bevanda solo te alla menta e mancavano burro marmellata frutta pancake caffè latte e altro che invece ho trovato in tutti gli altri Riad in cui sono stata . E il bagno piccolo per 4 ospiti .

Can't speak more highly of this hotel. We were assisted on safe street parking by staff. Greeted with hot mint tea. All our luggage was carried by assistant to fourth floor. My son had 400 sq foot apartment and I a smaller room. The hotel is modern, clean, absolutely beautiful. Good showers, comfortable beds, great linen and bed covers, good AC, blackout shutters, quiet neighborhood, hair dryer, refrigerator. We used terrace to watch sunset and they took tea up there. Breakfast with two eggs, pastries and freshly squeeze d oj. 5 min walk to Medina...easy access. Great attitude and accomodation to any of our requests. We loved our stay so much we extended a second night. Great deal for money charged. They do request CASH.

Maybe not offering water in the rooms. Nevertheless store right next door. Prayer call is heard for 7 min at 4:30 am but throughout the city.

Nous avions réservé 2 appartements, le grand pour 2 couples et le 2 ème pour 1 couple. 2 très beaux appartements aux décors typiques, le notre pour 4 ayant une belle et grande terrasse avec vue sur la médina. Bonne literie pour tout le monde. Bon petit-déjeuner copieux servi au grand appartement pour nous 6 Nous avons pu stationner nos 3 motos devant l'accueil.

L'isolation phonique des fenêtres d'époques qui fait qu'à 4h30 le matin, on entend bien les appels à la prière 😄

There was a lovely terrace on the top floor, with several couches where you could relax during the day or evening. The staff were helpful, they took our bags to the rooms as there is no lift. The cleaning ladies were excellent. The taxi could drop us off directly at the hotel, as it was outside the Medina. However, it was only a short walk to the Medina. There were plenty of grocery stores and restaurants nearby.

Breakfast was served in the bedroom as they don’t seem to have a dining room.

В номере много светильников из цветного стекла, что доставило нам истинное наслаждение.В любой момент можно попросить марокканский чай, который вам принесут в номер, красиво сервированный. Завтрак входит в стоимость номера и его также приносят в номер на большим подносе. Очень приятно и вкусно. Старый город и множество ресторанчиков и магазинов непосредственно рядом с отелем. Ночевка в этом отеле - это необычный опыт, сочетание современного телевизора и обстановки марокканского жилища. Приятный бонус- вы можете встать рано, сделать фото и посмотреть голубой город в одиночестве до появления туристических автобусов. В городе нет проблем с обменом денег в отличие от Марракеша и Касабланки, обменники повсюду, но и карточки почти нигде не принимают. Надо запастись наличными.

Дождь, в момент когда мы приехали. Но отель тут же предложил нам зонты. все остальное было чудесно.

Very comfortable and modern facilities. Very good view from above. Going to hotel requires uphill walking, but staff were nice to offer tea when we arrived in the hotel. Very well-located, surrounded by a lot of shops. Very clean. Breakfast was served on the room which was also very good.

Нас замечательно встретили, помогли припарковать машину и налили приветственного чаю. Сам отель как музей - ты просто оказываешься в сказке. Это не для любителей "европейского" стиля. Комнаты оформлены в фирменном стиле города. Вид с террасы на медину очень красивый. И да, в течение вашего пребывания вы можете попросить чаю совершенно бесплатно. Я путешествовал по многим местам - но здесь нас встретили особенно тепло.

Fijn hotel op redelijke loopafstand van het centrum. In de straat zijn parkeerplekken gereserveerd voor hotelgasten, heel fijn! Ontbijt wordt geserveerd op de hotelkamer, dit is prima maar niet ideaal. Fijn dakterras waar je een mooi uitzicht hebt over de stad. Hele dag wordt op verzoek verse munt thee geserveerd.

Kleine kamer en badkamer. We verbleven er 2 nachten maar de kamer werd tussendoor niet schoongemaakt, ook de ontbijtspullen bleven staan en hebben we zelf naar beneden gebracht.

Gentillesse du Personnel, et très à l'écoute. Très bon petit déjeuner.

Basic, small room. No family room to sit and relax. Basic breakfast served in sleeping room (and they did not clean it afterwards).

Nice hotel, good breakfast served in the room. Good location.

The only issue was with the shower - only rain shower head was installed, and water pressure was not that good. Still manageable.
