Отлично расположение ! Горничные и уборка в номерах ВЕЛИКОЛЕПНА ! Стиральная и сушильные машины в отеле в свободном доступе круглосуточно это супер удобно (38 мин стирка и 30 мин сушка ).

Итак единственный минус ! Почти все время нашего проживания (01.04-07.04) , в ресторане был управляющий (невысокий мужчина ) ЛЕНТЯЙ И ГРЯЗНУЛЯ ! Докладывать окончившуюся еду не хотел, столовые приборы не клал , чай не доливал , уборку мест питания не производил ! Обратите на него внимание ! В последний день сотрудник сменился и все было замечательно !

人员及服务都很好。 洗衣房免费且非常干净。健身房器具都很新。

早餐管理还可以提高，行李储存和快递包裹在同一地点，任何人都可以随意出入，不合理。

The room size for one person was good enough but for 2 may be a little small , Everything was very neat and clean , short walking distance from subway station line #10 exit 2 . Breakfast was also quite okay , would surely consider staying next time .

房間裡，空調中都仍然有煙味，即使事先已經提醒了還是出現同樣的問題。早餐跟以前比起來品質變差了，雖然還是有一定的水準，但是跟以前比就比較差

Staff was very friendly and supportive. Rooms are exactly as presented, clean, even if not very spacious. The beds are comfortable, as well as the pillows. The breakfast is mainly Chinese, but very diverse and tasty.

Smoking is allowed inside, so you can feel the smell in other rooms. The curtains were not working in one of our rooms.

The location was great (airport, expo center and the Subway to downtown). The bed was amazing.

Clean room but too small, friendly staff, good breakfast .

High prices regarding to that small rooms .

Хорошее расположение, рядом станция метро Longbai Xincun. Магазины, ТЦ и закусочные всë есть. Номер хороший, есть стиральная машина, средства для стирки брали на ресепшн. Сушильные машины на -1 этаже, там же и стиральные есть, гладильная доска, утюг всё есть. Отличная кровать и спальные принадлежности. Автоматические жалюзи. Хороший душ, отличный напор.

Из минусов: слышимость, стены тонкие. Стеклянный туалет, сидишь как в аквариуме))) На ресепшн не говорят по английски, сложно понять друг друга, правда очень стараются, общение через переводчик.

服务非常棒👍🏻，早餐很丰富，房间很干净，特别是还有洗衣机，方便长住。另外周边什么都有，有大型购物中心还有各种各样口味的餐馆，周围逛逛都很开心，想吃啥都有，非常非常棒👍🏻

除了六楼住的那间房间有油烟味，据说是楼下餐馆飘上来的，但是工作人员立刻给我们换了四楼房间，还给了我们一点补偿表示歉意，最后我们很满意。

Location and Stuff

Der CheckIn war problemlos auch weit vor 14 Uhr möglich. Das Hotel lag höchstens einen halben Kilometer von einer Metrostation entfernt. Das Zimmer war echt groß, die Vorhänge gingen alleine auf und zu, und die Aufteilung fand ich auch voll okay. Das Frühstück war überwiegend asiatisch, aber lecker. Und von 7 bis 12 ist doch eine gute Zeit.

Der Wasserdruck war furchtbar, am Waschbecken wie auch in der Dusche. Im Waschbecken lief das Wasser ewig nicht ab, der Stöpsel ging nicht weit genug nach oben. Das war manchmal eine ekelhafte Angelegenheit. Es gab keinen Safe im Zimmer. Das war etwas gruselig, da ich etwas mehr Bargeld dabei hatte als üblich. Das wifi ist nicht nutzbar, wenn man mit seiner nicht-chinesischen Nummer keine SMS empfangen kann. Den Fernseher konnte ich nicht bedienen, da ich kein chinesisch lesen kann.

Le personnel, très aimable, le confort, le centre ville, les transports, (bus, métro) a proximité de l'hôtel.et la salle de sport de l'hôtel.

Manque un petit réfrigérateur dans la chambre, bien utile par ses fortes chaleurs, .

Kedves személyzet, finom tea a recepción, gyümölcstál a szobában, tiszta, kényelmes ágy.

Lo staff ottimo e accogliente, nonostante io non sappia parlare cinese. Mi è stato assegnato uno stuart (Jim) che mi ha assistito in tutto quello che può servire in 4 settimane di permanenza. Grazie a tutti e soprattutto a Jim. La colazione perfetta e per la varietà e per l'orario: dalle 7 alle 12... La pulizia della stanza prevedeva anche l' omaggio quotidiano di acqua! La posizione vicino alla fermata della metropolitana n. 10, ma anche a tante altre fermate dei bus.

Very well organised, very comfortable hotel. Desk staff were excellent. Range of food for breakfast was very good.

One of the two drying machines in the laundromat was not working for three days.

Located near Hongqiao airport. Some shopping places nearby. Very convenient location.

Easy access to most of the restaurants, convenience stores and even within walking distance to few shopping malls. Good things about the hotel is they do have a very good but compact fitness facility and washing machine for some of the rooms, depends on the room type.

The room is too small and not really sound-proof; the hotel restaurant not big enough and their foods not really very good.

The hotel is located close to Hongqiao Airport. The room was clean, and the TV had many channels. The hotel staff were friendly and provided good service right on time.

The room felt a bit small. It's not very suitable for a long stay, but it's fine for a short stay. There was only one elevator, and there was often a long queue of people waiting for it.

Staff didn't speak English and not very helpful. On booking.com it meantioned the hotel speak English and they have Tour Desk, but non of these have. I checked out 1 day early. Therefore, I should get a refund for last night, but I didn't get it. TV I don't know how it could be works. It meantioned, there is slipper in my room, but it wasn't.

The property is nice and fit for purpose.

I liked this hotel very much. The room was very modern and very clean. I was impressed.

The room is a little bit on the small side. I was travelling with a lot of luggage and it felt a little squashed.
