Reviewed Apr 7, 2026Sijainti on loistava, huoneisto on puhdas ja hyvä kuntoinen. Ikkunasta on näkymä Kemijoelle ja joen varressa kulkee kevyenliikenteenväylä.
Pysäköintipaikan löytäminen saattaa olla sesonkiaikana haasteellista, mutta pääsiäsen aikaan se löytyi lähietäisyydeltä vaivatta.

Reviewed Mar 21, 2026Everything was clean, bed was comfortable. The location of the apartment is directly in the city accessible to restaurants and malls. We found everything we needed in the kitchen. The communication with the owner was very good.

Reviewed Mar 17, 2026O facto de estar no centro da cidade, muito perto do rio. No geral a casa era acolhedora.
Infelizmente a cozinha deixou um pouco a desejar uma vez que, a chaleira estava estragada e o fogão demorava imenso tempo para cozinhar, acabando por desistir de cozinhar. Acho que também faltou um candeeiro na sala para obter uma luz média, mais acolhedora.

Reviewed Jan 25, 2026The apartment is located in the center of Rovaniemi, very close to local attractions and restaurants. It is well equipped; the kitchen includes a Moccamaster coffee machine with coffee and tea provided. The bathroom has heated floors, which was very nice. We were lucky enough to see the Northern Lights on our very first day, right by the river next to the apartment. A bedside lamp in the bedroom would be useful, and for more demanding guests a TV with Netflix could be a nice addition, but these are really just minor details. Overall, the stay was excellent — 10/10. Great value for money and I would definitely recommend this place.

Reviewed Dec 23, 2025Appartamento in posizione centralissima, con tutto davvero a due passi: negozi, ristoranti, servizi e attrazioni principali sono comodissimi da raggiungere a piedi. L’appartamento è molto confortevole, ben organizzato e ideale per soggiornare senza stress. La disponibilità e la gentilezza del proprietario sono state eccellenti, sempre pronti ad aiutare per qualsiasi esigenza. Punto di forza assoluto è il prezzo: davvero ottimo e raro per Rovaniemi, soprattutto considerando la posizione e la qualità dell’alloggio. Consigliatissimo, ci tornerei senza esitazione!

Reviewed Dec 18, 2025Cozy apartment im downtown. Wonderful location, in front of the Bridge and in the main pedestrian street. Warm floor in the bathroom and good towels. The Christmas” linen made the room more comfortable.

It took a long time for us to locate the key to the main door. The property could not be easily pinned on Uber;hence the driver usd that as reason to charge extra!
