In tutta sincerità, seppur destinato alla nostra sola camera, il bagnetto che si trova nel corridoio. Altre stanze mi sembra di aver capito che lo hanno all'interno e cosi avrei preferito!

El tipo de habitación.. no es apartamento... que lenpongan una cafetera, un microondas y 3 platos, no conviene una habitación cutre en apartamento. Además, la ventana daba a un patio interior donde se tiende la ropa de las habitaciones, lo cual la convierte en nula. Mal olor en en cuarto de baño olor espantoso.

Reviewed Aug 30, 2026The room was a bit cozy, but extremely clean and comfortable. The location is ideal with a great views. Our host was amazing—providing precise check-in details and going out of their way to help us navigate our trip to Madrid when we were stuck. Truly a kind and helpful host!
We were a bit surprised to find that our bathroom wasn't directly attached to the room like the others. However, since it was still entirely private and for our use only, it was okey.

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026I'm very satisfied with my stay. The room is very clean, has air conditioning, a coffee machine, very good quality linens, and comfortable mattresses. The staff is very quick to answer all questions, and it's very convenient to check in and arrive at any time, thanks to contactless entry. It's located in the city center, near the embankment and supermarkets, and there are many restaurants to suit every taste. I'll definitely be back.

Bagno angusto. Nessun armadio in camera e poco spazio per muoversi. Inoltre c’era un odore di fogna ogni giorno quando rientravamo in camera. Tutto sommato, però, se non si hanno troppe pretese, per 2-3 giorni va bene come appoggio, data anche l’ottima posizione vicinissima al centro.

Reviewed Jul 20, 2026L'emplacement est un véritable point fort : le logement est idéalement situé. Nous le recommandons sans hésiter pour sa localisation.
Concernant le rapport qualité-prix, nous avons été déçus. Le logement est mal isolé phoniquement : nous entendions tous les bruits provenant des autres logements (ouvertures de portes, douches, conversations, etc.), ce qui nuisait au confort. De plus, le logement est vraiment petit, il n'y avait pas de télévision et le lit n'était pas confortable. Au final, nous n'avions pas envie d'y passer du temps et cela nous a plutôt incités à rester à l'extérieur pendant la majeure partie de notre séjour.

Ci ha assistito sia durante il check-in, quando abbiamo avuto alcuni problemi tecnici nel recupero della chiave di accesso, sia al check-out, permettendoci di lasciare i bagagli in struttura fino all'orario della nostra partenza. Un servizio davvero eccellente. Consigliatissima! Un caro saluto dall'Italia e grazie di cuore per la splendida ospitalità. Speriamo di tornare presto!

Reviewed Jun 27, 2026Die Unterkunft hat ein hervorragendes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und eine perfekte Lage. Hafen, Strand, Restaurants und die Altstadt sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und hatte alles, was ich für meinen Aufenthalt benötigt habe. Besonders positiv fand ich die Klimaanlage, den Kühlschrank im Zimmer sowie die bereitgestellten Pflegeprodukte. Hervorheben möchte ich vor allem den außergewöhnlich freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Service. Der Kontakt mit der Unterkunft war jederzeit herzlich, schnell und zuverlässig. Auf Fragen wurde sofort reagiert und ich habe mich während meines gesamten Aufenthalts sehr gut betreut und willkommen gefühlt. Für einen Aufenthalt in Alicante kann ich die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würde jederzeit wiederkommen.
Es gibt nichts, was meinen Aufenthalt negativ beeinflusst hätte. Gelegentlich konnte man andere Gäste hören, wenn sie in ihre Zimmer kamen oder den Flur nutzten. Das ist jedoch bei einer kleinen Unterkunft völlig normal und hat mich nicht gestört. Insgesamt habe ich mich sehr wohlgefühlt.

They also provide water and capsules for the coffee machine. The location is excellent, close to the sea and bus station. There's a wonderful area for strolls along the beach, and shopping centers, restaurants, and supermarkets are also nearby. The room is very cozy and clean, with comfortable mattresses. The staff is always available, and contactless entry is very convenient. They send very clear instructions upon check-in. Parking is nearby, which is very convenient.

Za 100 evra po noći, ovo bi moralo da bude mnogo bolje. Jorgani nisu umotani u navlake, nego stoje zasebno u ormanu, puni fleka. Peškiri su toliko smrdeli na vlagu (kao da nisu dobro osušeni pa su tako polumokri spakovani) da ih je bilo nemoguće koristiti, tražili smo nove peškire da nam donesu, koji su stigli istog dana ali nisu bilu ništa bolji od prethodnih. Sve ostalo je bilo okej ali vrlo skromnog sadržaja a precenjeno.

The cleanliness could have been a bit better, but it wasn’t completely dirty.

Reviewed May 5, 2026Todo estaba muy limpio y tenía todo lo necesario para pasar unos días: microondas, nevera, aire acondicionado, manta, menaje, hervidor de agua y cafetera, incluso un par de cápsulas de café. La estancia fue muy agradable. Además, Daria fue encantadora con nosotros y nos ayudó en todo lo que necesitamos. Le estamos muy agradecidos por su ayuda!
La ducha y el aseo eran un poco pequeños; quizá estaría bien buscar alguna forma de aprovechar mejor el espacio o hacerlo más cómodo.

Meget småt. Seng 120 .. ikke til 2 voksne. Badeværelset også meget lille, man kunne ikke vende sig .. også badet. Spiseplads består i en stol foran køkkenbordet, så vi spiste på sengen. Meget tynde vægge. En del støj fra andre lejere. Det er en lejlighed som er ombygget til 5 værelser til udlejning. Derfor meget småt.

The 15-minute transfer from the airport was a breeze, and the bus station was literally just across the road. Big shoutout to the team for their top-notch communication, and huge thanks to the cleaners for keeping everything spotless - they were lovely! Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Bagno esterno, pur sapendolo già al momento della prenotazione, non è molto pratico ed inoltre è molto piccolo. Anche la stanza, l'unica col bagno esterno, è un po' piccola. Consigliamo di aggiungere specchio a figura intera nella camera e microonde.

Reviewed Feb 10, 2026The property is in a great location with access to all amenities and near the marina, our favorite part about our stay was the staff member Daria who helped us a lot. We booked this room because we were scammed in another accommodation so we booked this one very last minute, Daria contacted us upon booking for the normal check in process and in 5 minutes we were already in the room. She also helped me with me questions on how to file a report on the scammers from the previous property and she helped us and supported us and explained everything. Thanks to Daria our rough start was turned around. The room is also very clean.
No sound isolation so neighbors can be heard.

The bathroom was very small, I kept hitting myself to different angles. The shower holder was so high up that the water wasn’t falling on me. It wasn’t possible to move it, so I had to hold the shower head in my hands all the time. Really thin walls, so you can hear how someone is sneezing next door.

Reviewed Dec 10, 2025The room is basic, but the bed is comfortable, great value for money. The location is very good, easy links to buses, trams and trains. Within walking distance of all tourist areas. Building is easy to find and detailed info from the host as to how to get in. If you are just looking for a place to sleep while visiting the city this is a great find. Free wifi is a great addition. Heating/Air-con is very easy to use. Overall the room met my needs and I would visit again, it's a great little place for a solo traveler or couple.
Cleanliness could be improved - lots of dust and hair under the bed and a few loose hairs under the fitted sheet, the blue blanket on the bottom of the bed is covered in stains and so is the additional quit which is kept in the kitchen cupboard (which was very much needed as its a bit chilly in the evenings in December) While the towels were clean they did smell musty. (Room 1)- The bathroom is very small but workable, temperature on the shower fluctuates - assuming from other users in the accommodation using at the same time.

El baño es muy pequeño, la cama no es demasiado cómoda, no hay canales de la TV, el frigorífico hace ruido de vez en cuándo.

Reviewed Nov 30, 2025Близко к набережной. Очень чисто, постельное белье свежее. В ванной также все чисто. Удобная квартира для 2-3 человек. Администратор на связи 24/7, быстро отвечает, без контактный заезд понятный.
