Patul a fost foarte confortabil, liniste si chiar daca am stat 2 nopti, s-a facut curatenie in camera. Foarte aproape de gara Termini si in zona sunt foarte multe restaurante. Un loc ideal pentru o escapada si vizitarea Romei! Posibilitate de a lasa bagajele si dupa check out. Personal amabil! Multumim!

liftul este cam mic - max 3 persoane ( pentru cine este claustrofob asta ar fi o problema)

directly next to rome termini train station and subway so easy access to airports and day trips, within 29 minute walk of colesseum and trevi ect , 5 minute subway to vatican city. Air con and fridge came in super handy in the heat. Bed was big and super comfortable. Bathroom nice quality and great water pressure.

Bon Hôtel rénové à l'étage dans un vieux bâtiment donnant sur rue avec tram et restaurants et sur arrière cour bruyante. il faisait très chaud et heureusement qu'il y avait la clim. Chambre spacieuse. Personnel très sympas. Avantages : très proche gare et bus, restaurants.

Bem localizada e próximo à estação Roma termini. Recepção acolhedora e quarto muito limpo, tudo estava novo e reformado.

Konumu termini istasyonuna 5 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Otelden caddeye çıkıp aşağıya yaklaşık 10 dk yürüdüğünüzde tirevi çelmesine ulaşabilirsiniz. Temizlik olarak güzeldi. Manzarasını çok beğendik.

Výborná poloha blízko hlavnej stanice, pešia dostupnosť k hlavným pamiatkam, pohodlná posteľ a veľmi sme ocenili chladničku a klimatizáciu na izbe.

Internet nebol 100%tný a ocenili by sme aspoň malé lyžičky k hrnčekom.

〇ホテルはテルミニ駅から徒歩2〜3分でとても近いです。周りにレストラン、スーパーマーケットもあり生活しやすいです。 〇お部屋は可愛くて、天井も高く、１人での滞在には十分な広さでした。冷房と冷蔵庫有りで嬉しいです。 〇スタッフはとても親身でした、夜でもチャットすると即レスくれました。

・バスルームの排水口の悪臭が辛かったです。５分位は換気しないといけませんでした。 ・部屋の中に小さいアリさんがちょくちょく歩いてました。 ・停電すると、電子Keyが効かなくなりロビーに入れなくなります。また、非常灯が無いためロビーは暗闇でした。

Very good location close to Termini station. I’ve stayed at various hotels in the area over the years and this room was a bit better appointed than most of the others (which were also good). The room was spotless. Appreciated it had a fridge as the weather was hot. Although we didn’t use it the hotel has free luggage storage on day of check-out.

really enjoyed my stay in this place. very close to Termini, 5 minutes and you're there. as well as 5 min and you're in Santa Maria Maggiore. 15-20 minutes walk and you are looking on Trevi Fountain. 5 minutes walk several supermarkets bigger and smaller. the place was pretty spacious and clean. + the elevator is always always a good thing in a building, when you have luggage and need to get to the upper floor, so I was happy that there was one. the young man on the reception was the sweetest as well as the lady that took my keys and of course the woman cleaning the room. great experience, would definitely suggest to my friends. for this price in Rome in a max 30 minutes walk to sightseeings, the place is great

Not be rated a 4 star it is more like a service apartment, The lifts stopped working for 3 days, The front door is unsafe, This place doesn't equal 4-star hotel i feel scammed. Booking dot come presented and priced it as if was a 4-star hotel.

Déjà à l'arrivée, contrairement aux informations indiquées sur Booking.com, le responsable de la réception nous a informés à notre arrivée que les cartes American Express n'étaient pas acceptées. La chambre qui nous a été attribuée présentait une fuite d'eau au niveau des toilettes. Ce problème n'a été réparé que le lendemain, nous obligeant à passer toute une nuit dans ces conditions. L'ascenseur est resté hors service pendant toute la journée de vendredi, ce qui nous a causé un désagrément important. Nous avons également été confrontés à un incident de sécurité particulièrement préoccupant : un membre du personnel de nettoyage a laissé la porte de notre chambre grande ouverte pendant notre absence pendant plusieurs heures, sachant que le service de ménage à notre étage à commencer le matin à 10h/11H, et nous sommes revenues et avons découvert la porte de notre chambre grande ouverte à 15H30/16h avec toutes nos affaires personnelles à la vue et accessibles de tous. Nous avons demandé un geste commercial à l'hotel qui m'a proposé 50€ en bon pour une prochaine réservation chez eux, j'ai refusé cette proposition car je n'ai aucunement l'intention de revenir dans cet établissement. Suite à cela, j'ai répondu et demandé un geste commercial directement via un virement depuis cela fait plus d'une semaine que je n'ai plus aucune réponse de la part de Rose suite. Ni par téléphone ni pas message. Cela manque vraiment de sérieux, je suis extrêmement déçue et cela à gâcher notre voyage à Rome. Je ne recommande ABSOLUMENT PAS cet établissement qui contrairement aux photos présentes, laisse vraiment à désirer. État passable des chambres et des salles de bains, traces et rayures sur les murs, non entretenu, personnel disponible sur place mais plus aucune nouvelle pour assumer le service client.

Wonderful and accommodating staff, even when I locked myself out. Bed was very comfortable and I had a great rest here which set me up well for the start of my Italian trip! Beautiful room that was clean and well organized and had the amenities I needed. Close to the termini which was essential as I was traveling with oversized luggage (a bike) and it even fit up the elevator (barely, but it worked!)

Hyvä sijainti. Siisti huone, jossa kaikki tarvittava. Huoneessa oli toimiva ilmastointi, jääkaappi ja siisti kylpyhuone. Rauhallinen hotelli.

El hotel estaba a cinco minutos andando de la estación de Termini, a 15 del Colisseo y a 20 de la fontana di Trevi. Muy cercano a puntos de interés (justo detrás de la Basílica de Santa María la Maggiore) Es una calle con mucho movimiento pero las habitaciones están en las plantas 5 y 6 por lo que no se escucha nada de la calle. Limpian la habitación todos los días y cambian también las toallas. Si volvemos alguna vez a Roma nos alojaremos otra vez aquí, recomendado :)

We had a very good stay at Rose Suite. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The location was very convenient, right next to Termini station, which made it easy to explore all of Rome and move around the city quickly. Before our trip, we had heard that the Termini area could be dangerous, but honestly we did not feel unsafe. Like in any big city, you just need to pay a bit of attention to your belongings, especially at night, but overall it was fine and very practical for tourists. Good value for money and a great base for visiting Rome!

The stay was overall very good. The only small downside is that the area around Termini station can feel a bit busy and crowded, especially late at night, so visitors should stay aware of their surroundings as they would in any large city. Apart from that, the location is extremely convenient for exploring Rome and using public transport.

El acceso al hotel, porta y escalerasl viejo y poco cuidado. Luego la planta de las habitaciones si estaba muy bien y reformado.

La ubicación perfecta, no podría estar mejor caminas 5 minutos o quizá menos y ya estás en el hotel, la cama y las almohadas estaban muy cómodas y se podía descansar muy bien

La verdad todo estaba bien, quizá el mantenimiento del baño en sí podría ser mejor pero el resto bien.

Ruidos en el piso superior justo cuando uno quiere descansar. El aseo tampoco me gustó, ya que las almohadas tenían mal olor, las toallas dudo que las hayan cambiado. Y no cuentes con Wifi del lugar, aunque lo diga, porque funciona intermitente y lentísimo, por decir que casi no funcionaba.

It was pretty comfortable and cosy, the location is close to the railway station and not far from the sightseeings. The manager was very friendly and always answered the messages.

There was not bottled water in the fridge, but the manager said the tap water is drinkable (I would prefer at least one small one in the fridge). There was no coffee or tea with the kettle. There were no hooks for overcoats near the door.

O jovem do check in, muito simpático. Muito próximo da estação de Termini, o que tornou a nossa deslocação de comboio e metro muito fácil.

Na primeira noite toalha de banho estava rota, na segunda noite não colocaram toalha da saída de duche. A parede de papel que se encontra por trás da cama estava com muito pó, o mesmo é notório quando a luz está seduzida. A entrada do prédio tem os caixotes do lixo que dá um odor desagradável, e o elevador é muito velho é pequeno.

El trato del personal fue muy bueno, el alojamiento estaba muy limpio y con todo el equipamiento que necesitábamos. Además en la época que estuvimos hacía mucho calor y el aire acondicionado de la habitación nos hizo hacer la estancia más agradable.

We stayed at this hotel on two occasions during our trip to Rome. The first time (three nights) was quite good experience, the room and bathroom was clean. During our last stay (only one night) we were not satisfied. The hotel is really close to Roma Termini, takes 4 min to walk to the train station. The first 150 m closest to the station looks sketchy and unsafe but once you passed that it’s quite good.

During our last stay (one night) we got another room which was smelling quite bad, I suspect it was mold. The bathroom was moldy in various areas and the ventilation was quite bad in the bathroom. Can be quite noisy in the hallway. The hotel

Please do NOT book here. This is a 2-star hotel at best. It consists of just a few rooms located on one floor of an old building. In one of the rooms, we found leftover items/trash from previous guests. I requested a cancellation according to their policy, but they didn’t even respond to Booking.com. When they finally did, they offered no alternatives. There is only one person working there who acts as the receptionist, bellboy, etc., and he is very kind. That, along with the location, is the only redeeming quality

Lo mas molesto ruido de la parte superior, desconozco de que era , como si corrieran, pero todos los dias que estuve (4 dias). No hubo cambio de sabanas en cuatro noches de estancia.
