The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable. The location was perfect. Just one step from the Hayia Sofia, and all the rest monuments. Definitely recommended.

The parking area generally is tide and not sow easy to recover your place when you leave.

Благодарю персонал за человечность и вежливость: я приехала в 9 утра, меня сразу накормили (хотя этого не предполагалось) и заселили в 10 утра вместо 14- это было благословение после ночи без сна в дороге. Все очень чисто, уютно, вкусно, красиво пахнет, администраторы приветливые, общительные, ненавязчивые. Желаю процветания!

У нас из окна был вид на стройку. Ещё немного шумно, стеклопакеты тонкие, все звуки улицы прекрасно слышно.

I liked nothing about this hotel. It was the worst stay I've ever experienced, even though I only stayed for one night. I ended up canceling my reservation.

The staff were extremely disrespectful. As soon as they realized I intended to cancel my reservation, they called me a liar. Their behavior was unprofessional and completely unacceptable. I had to call the tourist police because of their behavior.

We absolutely loved everything about our stay at Atam Hotel! From the very beginning, the service was outstanding, and every member of the staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. Our experience started with our arrival. Even though we hadn’t informed the hotel in advance, they quickly arranged an airport pickup for us, which we really appreciated after a long journey. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was the sea view, and we had such a beautiful view. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of food every morning, the atmosphere was very relaxed—you could enjoy your meal without feeling rushed. The hotel’s location is perfect—just behind the Blue Mosque and within walking distance of Sultanahmet’s main attractions, making it easy to explore the city. A special thank you to Mr. Berat, who went above and beyond to make our holiday memorable. He helped us organize tours and activities, making our trip even more enjoyable. Since taxi can sometimes be difficult to find in Istanbul, he also arranged taxi for us at reasonable prices, which was incredibly helpful. On our last day, our flight was late at night. The staff kindly allowed us to stay in our room until the evening without any extra charge. We are truly happy that we chose Atam Hotel. It exceeded our expectations, and we would gladly stay here again. We highly recommend it to anyone and Thank you for making our trip so memorable!

The rooms may not be large enough, but offer good value for the price. Considering the perfect location, and overall experience, we found it to be well worth its price.

Администрация супер ребята. Все вопросы хорошо и во время решали. С уборкой и кухней девушки хорошо все делали. Мы с женой были довольны.

В банята няма малък мобилен душ ,само голям . Бяхме настанени за първи етаж и една съвсем малка част от морето се виждаше .

Overall, our experience was very good, the receptionist was friendly and he helped a lot and the services were great. The rooms were neat and the location of the hotel was very reliable and the view from the rooms were very peaceful.

Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Personal(Besitzer). Nah zu Sultanahmet Moschee und Zentrum. Sehr nette Menschen im Hotel. Guter Preis. Frühstück ist nicht schlecht. Ich werde gerne wieder kommen.

Eine kleine Moschee direkt in der Nähe. Deswegen hörte man jeden Morgen Adhän (Azan).

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Miły personel. Opinia dotyczy pokoju w nowym budynku ponieważ hotel składa się z dwóch budynków. Śniadanie codziennie takie samo ale smaczne.

La posizione straordinaria. A meno di 5 minuti a piedi dalla moschea Blue e tutte le attrazioni. Ristoranti e locali a pochi passi . C'è un bazar vicinissimo. Hotel centralissimo.

La colazione ci è piaciuta, l host era molto amichevole, accogliente e a disposizione. Ci ha chiamato il taxi,per l'aeroporto abbiamo dimenticato un borsello dietro i sedili del taxi ci ha chiamato ,e ha fatto tornare il tassista indietro all'aeroporto e ci ha riconsegnato la borsa. Estremamente disponibile. Camere ,piccole però accoglienti, bagno normale .ma nel complesso molto accogliente. Consigliatissimo

the hotel that was offered to us was nothing like the photos in fact we were told we had to stay in the hotel next door and go back to the Atam for breakfast because we were originally booked in with them and breakfast was included in the stay. We could not stay there

Καλή τοποθεσία κοντά σε πολλούς τουριστικούς προορισμούς.

Ενω αναφέρει οτι εχει ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ που διαβεβαιώθηκε κατά την συνομιλία μας με το ξενοδοχείο ότι θα υπάρχει, ήταν απλά πάνω στον δρόμο χωρίς κάποια οριοθέτηση. Επίσης το wifi τις ώρες που είχε κόσμο στο ξενοδοχείο ήταν άθλιο. Το πρωινό ήταν σχεδόν κάθε μέρα το ίδιο και σχετικά αδιάφορο, ωστόσο είχε ωραίο καφέ απο αυτόματη μηχανή.

Our stay at Atam Hotel with my family was excellent. The cleanliness was at a perfect level, and the view from our room was amazing. The hosts were incredibly kind, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was outstanding—better than what you would expect even in much more expensive hotels. The location in Sultanahmet is fantastic. On one side, you can easily walk to Kennedy Avenue, where you can enjoy beautiful sea views, beaches, and lovely coffee shops along the coast. On the other side, just a 4-minute walk away, you’ll find some of Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, the Obelisk of Theodosius, and many other important landmarks of Istanbul. I traveled with my parents, and booking this hotel was one of the best decisions I made. The hospitality and cleanliness were truly above and beyond, and I would highly recommend Atam Hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul.

Hotel bine poziționat în Sultanahmet, aproape de atracții și de Aksaray Bus Station. Ușor de găsit. Camera a fost spațioasă și curată, internetul a funcționat foarte bine, iar personalul a fost amabil. Micul dejun a fost ok, dar nu foarte diversificat.

The personnel at the reception and food are were nice. Location is great compared to main attractions and public transportation, but our room was in front of a minaret and facing the street and it was noisy. Food was good, both salty and sweets. We had transfer arranged for a fee, both on arrival and departure. Bed was comfortable. Cleaning was done daily.

It was very loud the first night, as the other guests from 12 am to 2 am kept making noise, climbing the stairs with big foot noises, talking loudly completely disrespecting the others. At 2 am my husband had to step outside to ask them to keep quiet and smoke from their cigars entered our room. So yes, some guests were even smoking in the hallway with their room door open. People should be told to keep silent in public areas, every time they enter the building if necessary, as the situation in first night wasn't unique. The rooms are not at all soundproofed, as you can hear noises from the street as you have the window opened. On top of that at 5 am we were again woken up from the minaret, then cats noise, seagulls, and boats, as the hotel is close to water. For a first time travel to Istanbul, it was unexpected. We chose this location based on comments that it was quiet, but it wasn't. The bathroom doesn't have a cord for shower, only fixed in the wall. The floor creaks. The furniture needs updates, restoration on the corners at least, and the fridge smelled awful, we kept drinks mainly on the table to avoid opening it.

Η διαμονη μας ηταν εξαιρετική. Τα παιδια στο ξενοδοχειο ηταν παρα πολυ εξυπηρετικα, πολυ ευγενικα και φιλοξενα. Το δωματιο ηταν καθαρο, ανετο, ομορφο και φωτεινο. Πιο ωραιο απο οτι στις φωτογραφίες. Το πρωινο χορταστικο και η τοποθεσια πολυ καλη. Σιγουρα αν επιστρεψουμε στην Κωνσταντινουπολη θα μεινουμε ξανα εδω! Ευχαριστούμε πολυ για τη φιλοξενια!!!

Останавливалась в отеле второй раз, т.к. в первый всё понравилось. Приветливый персонал. Есть лифт. В номерах есть чайник (чай, кофе, сахар). Красивый вид из окна на море (в номерах 201 и 301 видно супер, фото прикладываю). Удобные кровати и подушки. Под утро может быть немного шумно от крика чаек и слышно муэдзина, но редко где в Стамбуле бывает полная тишина. Уборка в номерах ежедневная. Заселили в 9 утра без проблем, при заселении с 14. Завтраком сразу накормили! Кто пишет, что плохой завтрак, наверное путает Стамбул с all inclusive в Анталье. Завтрак вкусный. Нас было 9 человек и никто ни разу не остался голодным. Две замечательные девушки на кухне выполняют свою работу на 100%! На отдых надо ехать с хорошим настроением и тогда никакие мелкие недостатки не будут заметны.

Очень хороший завтрак, особенно вкусная свежая выпечка. Удобное расположение в центре рядом со всеми достопримечательностями. Приветливый персонал. Великолепный вид из окна

The location was great literally 3-4 minutes from the agia Sophia and blue mosque . The stuff was great willing to help and very friendly . Room was very clean and cute decoration. Totally recommend it.

If you’re looking for a good, clean, affordable hotel, right in the heart of Sultanahmet, with friendly accommodating staff, then Atam is a good choice. Try to get a room with a sea view, we asked to transfer after the first night and were lucky enough to get a swap. Great views of the rooftops and the mouth of the Sea of Marmara.

Breakfast wasn’t to my taste, but at this price point it was fine.

У нас был номер на втором этаже с видом на море. Отличный номер, светлый, чистый, есть два кресла и столик, уютно.

Ochotný a milý personál, útulný pokoj, velmi čisté prostory. Už z 1. patra byl výhled na Bospor. Perfektní lokalita - pár minut chůze od Blue Mosque ale zároveň velmi klidná ulice.

Snídaně se podává v suterénu, ale nebyl problém s tím vzít si ji na pokoj, takže super.

Super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, sehr nettes Personal. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und ruhig, Frühstück ist sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. Klimaanlage funktionierte super. Flughafentransfer konnte ganz einfach und günstig über das Hotel gebucht werden. Das Zimmer war sauber.

Eines der beiden Zimmer war sehr hellhörig - die Fenster dichteten nicht wirklich ab. Die Einrichtung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen - stört aber nicht.

Very nice accommodation, with friendly and kind staff and a good breakfast. They are highly recommended on our side. Regarding the room, it was super clean, and decorated tastefully. It also fit perfectly the description provided. As far as the location goes, it's within a short walk of all the major sites of the Sultanahmet area. So perfect.

Bit noisy at night, but to be expected considering that it's in the most touristic area of Istanbul.

It was very clean and spacious three staff was very friendly and helpful and the location of the hotel very close to the sights and tram. Breakfast was also pleasing. And they also helped us book transfer from and to the airport also really worthy!

Very close to Blue Mosque, room was very nice though it was cheap for 4 nights stay. It’s a family run hotel like an old inn. We felt exactly home. They even invited us to a family dinner. Breakfast was amazing. They arranged us a cruise trip and private transfer to the airport. Their behaviour and services are up to mark.
